Great food. The best wings and nachos 😋 I am glad there are so many locations around Kansas City. Added bonus, they stay open late late.

Google
I always have a great time here me and my wife like coming to this location. It's always so pleasant plenty of TVs to watch for sporting events. If you like watching Chiefs games or royals games this is the spot. The chicken wings are bar-none. The BLT is definitely fantastic. All in all I would definitely recommend anybody to take people there and have a great time.

Google
The Peanut Restaurant has always been a go to for me. Very reliable and consistent. Whether friends or family coming to town or hanging out watching sporting events. The food is above average for a neighborhood bar. The wings are second to none and the blue cheese dip is the best in town. I strongly recommend.

Google
The best place in KC for burgers & fries. Large portions and a family friendly atmosphere, with different sports on year round & great food. Very clean, very attentive staff & an all-around great experience, consistently. Highly recommend.

Google
By far the largest chicken wings I’ve had in a restaurant. The buffalo sauce on the wings is delicious perfect balance in taste and heat, no too spicy. The BBQ sliders were very tasty the brisket was smoky and tender with just enough sauce to keep it from being messy. My husband tried the cheese fries, he said they were delicious. I’m a repeat offender lol.

Google
I love coming to the peanut to eat. It is such a nice atmosphere. I love watching the different sports. I have had nothing but great service every time I come here. I try something new each time and each time it has been good.

Google
I googled the Peanut and saw a location downtown drove there but had difficulty finding parking. Decided to drive to State Line which had a lot of parking. Visited twice in a few days. Saturday went at 11 am and went back Tuesday and no issues with parking. The food tasted so good. I ordered chicken nachos both times and I was very satisfied. The serving size was very large. Great atmosphere. Loved that they had televisions everywhere. The service was the best, especially in today's world. ☆☆The BEST Waitresses☆☆ Visited the women's restroom and it was very clean. Definitely will be visiting again. Again Great Atmosphere!!!!

Google
Heard they have the best wings so jumped on the chance to finally taste them. I thought it was going to be a bar but it has more of a family diner feel. Cocktails were good & the food was fabulous 👌 great little date night 🌙 Wings did not disappoint 😋

Yelp
One of our absolute favorite spots for enjoying delicious wings and refreshing drinks is this local gem. Every time we visit, the chicken wings are perfectly crispy and tossed in a variety of flavorful sauces that never disappoint. Paired with their creamy ranch dressing, each bite is a delightful experience that hits the spot every single time. The atmosphere is lively, making it the perfect place to unwind and savor good food with friends.

Yelp
!!WORLD-CLASS WINGS!! We visited The Peanut after my wife had been there with friends from work. She was sure I'd enjoy the wings and she knows me well. The wings are huge and I barely got six down. I wasn't a fan of the house sauce as it is vinegar based which I don't care for but that's just me. The atmosphere is loud - it's a sports bar - and it was busy but the wait staff got it done. It did take a while (20-25 minutes) for the wings to come out which they tell you up front so do keep that in mind. If you find yourself jonesing for wings, The Peanut should be at the top of your list. I certainly recommend it!

Yelp
This place is packed. The atmosphere is crazy insane. I enjoyed their chicken wings very much!!! I would recommend them but they are a bit pricey but worth it.

Yelp
Food, portions, service, and value were excellent. The group thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We had 10 of us for lunch.

Yelp
Great local bar. Came here while visiting family because our uncle has been going here for years. The wings are MONSTER size. Probably part of why they say they are the best wings in KC. They will definitely fill you up. I also enjoyed the onion rings. They weren't dried out and the batter was nice. Enjoyed the laid-back atmosphere. Servers are nice even when really busy which they were. If the kitchen is backed up, expect a wait for your food but when it arrives you will likely not care.

Yelp
I'll get straight to the point. This place is good, but not great. Positive: The lemonade had a perfect sweet/sour combo It was nice to see Mac and cheese options instead of the basic Mac and cheese. Food came out piping hot. There was music bingo (optional) Double dipped Caribbean Jerk was the perfect amount of spicy! The Santa Fe burger was a little more spicy than I thought it would be, but it was good! The meal was quite filling! They brought back the card within minutes. Negative: Plain cheeseburger was good, but I found a random hard thing in the middle??? My lemonade refill took the whole meal to get. "Double dipped extra hot buffalo" wings came out steaming, but they had NO sauce or spice. Wrong order that they didn't correct. We would've said something, but they never gave us a chance to speak. The whole place smelt like chicken. (Understandable, but come on.) The lettuce was TWO TIMES the size of my burger??! The fries were very bland. I would've added salt but there wasn't any salt shakers/packets on any table except the booths. The food took ages to come out. ------------------------------ Overall review? 3 stars. How this review helps you out!

Yelp
Super casual local hangout generally fairly busy with a decent lively vibe and lots of TVs. They have drink options and for a sports bar, I appreciate that they do have some wine selections and by that I mean more than "red or white" twist off! Food is decent for bar food, it's expected. They usually seem appropriately staffed. When it's nice out, I appreciate getting out on the small patio.

Yelp
Recently stopped in The Peanut up north off 64th Street. Decided it was a "spin dip" and wings kind of night. What I appreciate about this establishment is that they warn you, if you are ordering wings it will be around 20 minutes which ensures fresh, hot wings delivered right to your table. I also love you can get chips AND pita bread for the spinach dip. My husband is a bread guy and I like the chips as an alternate option. There is plenty of dip for 2 people and I suggest ordering extra pita which I think is around $2. They offer bar area seating for those that prefer that setting as well as booths for people like me who love a good booth . We are early bird eaters but we haven't had to wait even if we do venture out after dark when most people eat. PS. Apparently the wings were so good I forgot to grab a pic! Don't worry, you won't be disappointed.

John C.

Yelp
Heard this place had the best wings around. Unfortunately I do not believe that to be the case. The wings have a drum and wing attached, so the overall size is large, but the only option given was buffalo and the wings were slightly overcooked. Otherwise the flavor for a buffalo wing was alright. My wife had a caesar salad that I also sampled. The dressing flavor seemed off for a caesar. Service was slow as we sat waiting for someone to notice us for several minutes with the 'seat yourself' option. The ambiance was a typical sports bar type setting and was rather loud at times with several intoxicated patrons being obnoxious. If this is your style then this is likely your jam but it isn't for me.

Yelp
Food : The wings are huggheee! And tasty! The buffalo house sauce is very vinegarrrry so prepare to get a strong wiff of that. Overall loved every portion size here. Good bang for your buck. Service : quick, easy and friendly. All the ladies who work here do their job well and have really great recommendations. They ask the right questions and make sure you feel at home. Ambiance : Definitely a typical all American bar vibe. Chill, not too loud and plenty of space. They also have a golf arcade game that the boys can play while the ladies sip and gossip.

Yelp
The Peanut is a solid place. They are famous for their full wings and they don't disappoint. However, the rest of the food is pretty average to me. Not bad by any means, but nothing I go out of my way to get. It is a good place to meet friends, watch a game, and have some average bar fare. The service is always good for me when I have visited, so that is always a plus.

Mike C.

Yelp
The food has become so good after the place struggled a few years ago, the staff has always been on point. The place has highly upgraded in every area over the past 3 years. Someone knows what they are doing now. the 64th street location is great.

Cheri M.

Yelp
I've heard so much about their wings that I had to try this place. The wings are awesome and big. Just the right amount of heat. I also got the wedge salad which was delicious. They make their own blue cheese dressing and the only other dressing that I have liked was Bob's big boy blue cheese and I found a recipe to make that. They put a load of bacon on top which is so good! I would definitely go there again

Kylee S.

Yelp
The 3 wing meal with fries is the perfect amount of food for me and the wings are soooo good and tender and huge could even be a shareable, i think they make the ranch in house it's a 10/10, it is a sports bar so nothing fancy inside but a good experience overall

Jazz T.

Yelp
Beware of the bartender at Stateline named Kasey. She will double charge your card. This has happend twice now. The second time was Saturday, Nov. 18th. She was the one behind the bar both times. The first time I noticed it, I gave her the benefit of the doubt, and brushed it off as a mistake as we are all humans and that happens.. But sadly enough, my card was double charged again. I told myself, IF i go back ( because I LOVE this bar ) I would use cash only to pay her! Beware when you pay with a card with Kasey behind the bar.

Matt B.

Yelp
Wings are to die for! Definitely have a grip on how to make customers happy with their food and overall customer service.

Yelp
The last time I was at one of their restaurants was probably 20 years ago at the downtown location. Well I finally made it back, but this time it was up at the N Crosby Ave location. And I did not order chicken wings, for whatever the reason I just don't care for chicken wings. So, I went in and sat down at the bar took a long look at their menu and went with a burger instead. The burger was called The Roadhouse, they take two slices of Texas toast, put a nice fresh ground beef patty, juicy and succulent and prepared medium, between them and cover it with some onion strings, cheddar, bacon, and a tasty barbecue sauce. Along with that I had a really nice beer, an Alaskan porter. Bar food at its best!

Yelp
I love this place!!! Anytime I have family in town. I take them here for the wings and the drinks. You may have to wait a little bit, but it's well worth it.

Yelp
Great bar food and the atmosphere is like home.the staff are friendly and attentive.great place to watch a game

Yelp
This is a run of the mill place to me. I have tried numerous items on the menu, and just can't seem to find a standout. The interior is typical of a neighborhood bar. The tvs are plentiful, and the volume is always at a low hum. The place is known for their wings, and BLT's. Don't you dare order those dinosaur wings( huge!) without sauce. Literally no taste other than buffalo sauce. The dressings are homemade, and the blue cheese is INTENSE. Proceed with caution. The menu features a good amount of typical freezer to fryer food, but the chicken fingers are hand breaded. This is my go to when made to visit. I recently found myself here with a large group on Easter Sunday. The brunch menu was a nice change. Always GREAT service, which is a plus.

Wade C.

Yelp
The Peanut is without a doubt our favorite spot when we have a craving for wings and cheese fries. The wings are huge ( the whole wing) and come drenched in an amazing buffalo sauce. If you are not a wing lover, you can't go wrong with the BLT or BLT with egg. We frequent the original Peanut on Main Street and also the one off of 9th and Broadway. It's our go to for a fun Saturday outing.
google avatar

Sarah W.

Yelp
Absolutely LOVE the peanut! Can't go wrong with the wings but so many good options. A must in KC
google avatar

Shelby B.

Yelp
Hands down - best wings I've had in Kansas City. I always get the 3 wings and fries meal and it is absolutely enough. They wings are huge and always crispy. They do take awhile to cook, especially on a busy day, but I promise it's worth the wait. The Buffalo sauce has the perfect amount of heat and the ranch is definitely made in house and so good.
google avatar

Yelp
This is my favorite Peanut location in the city even though there are two locations closer to me. We all know about the incredible wings, the unbeatable blue cheese dressing, and the BLTs. What makes this place special is the phenomenal service. They also have additional options for their wings (such as tossed in their signature sauce and then lightly charred on the grill). My favorite Peanut hack is to get the delicious pork tenderloin tossed in wing sauce and topped with the blue cheese. Also, worth checking out is the mammoth 12-16 oz hot dog fully loaded with a heap of heartburn called "The Chief". Amazing. Also, I never go here without getting the mini corn dogs. Crunchy but doughy with a light sweetness and the wonderful honey mustard dip.

Yelp
The Peanut has perfected the suburban sports bar concept. Find a good spot in a strip mall with a large parking lot. Fill the room with tvs turned to the game. Then stock the bar full of your favorite beers and best spirits. It's a simple process that reaps rewards when it's done right... and The Peanut does it right. I recommend the wings and the BLT. A cold Boulevard makes both taste better.

John G.

Yelp
It's hard to know where to start. The service is very good and today was no different, thank you Meg. The Boulevard Space Camper is a given and the fried pickles can't be topped anywhere. I normally go for the Nacho Supreme but today opted for the Tenderloin. The wings are good if you like the whole large wing. I prefer the smaller disjointed wings because they are not as messy. The BLT is outstanding in the summer and the Nachos are excellent. The tenderloin is hand breaded, not an overly processed frozen restaurant supply house special. It is the most tender piece of pork ever to fall on a bun. Tenderloins are common but really good tenderloins are rare. The Peanut makes the best tenderloin I've ever eaten, and I've eaten a lot of them.
google avatar

Erica C.

Yelp
I really wanted to like this place. The beer is cold and the environment is fun; however, when you're served a sandwich that smells like a three week old open package of deli meat- it really puts a damper on things. I came out once and the service was not the greatest but the wings were tasty. This time, the server was nice but the food was definitely not something I'd come back for. Oh- I took the order to go. I'm decided to toss it and eat a can of Campbell's soup, instead. Truly disappointed.
google avatar

Roxanne B.

Yelp
I'm just annoyed. Each time I come here I order a drink and a different appetizer, and each time the only thing that tastes good is the drink (can't mess up a cider on tap). I figured.... they can't destroy chips and salsa- so that should be safe, haven't done that yet!! Well folks, hate to tell you- don't order the chips and salsa unless you want stale chips with something akin to tomato purée with no flavor. Definitely never order the nachos!!! We made that mistake twice historically.

Yelp
This highly rated restaurant just gained two more fans. We had a great lunch of Buffalo Chicken Wrap and Chicken Caesar Wrap. Delicious!
google avatar

Mark M.

Yelp
I've been hearing about this place for quite some time now and finally got the chance to drop by. The Peanut is know for having the best wings in the area and I can understand why. A welcoming and friendly bar/diner setting, the peanut is a place for nearly any occasion. As I sat there, I saw all sorts of delicious looking American bar fare. The wings... so again, everyone praises the wings here. Were they good, yes, but they are full wings and just not my style. These enormous things look like they are ready to fly off your place and for 10 bucks you get three and fries. Three sauces are offered, pictured is the buffalo. The blue cheese has a bluish hue and is slightly different than most and absolutely delicious. In my opinion, drop by and give it a try! Pro tip: the wings take a minimum of 20 minutes so be mindful when dropping by if you need an immediate hunger fix.

Yelp
I scouted this business because the business confirmed music bingo on Tuesday nights. On the Tuesday I visited, there was no bingo. Our server was articulate but not inviting. Seemed like we were more of an inconvenience to her from the start. An additional selling point for the Tuesday visit was $6 burger night. The options were varied, but compared with the standard menu, not the most exciting. We ordered mozzarella sticks with marinara. The order arrived in a reasonable amount of time. The cheese sticks were crispy and hot. The marianara was unseasoned tomato paste with small chunks of tomato. The dip was topped with shredded cheese. Unappealing dip. I suggest asking for another dip. Be cautious of the ranch dip though. Our table also ordered the fried pickle chips. The chips were good. The side of ranch was too runny. I ordered the chicken bacon avocado salad. A great option! Heaping romaine lettuce topped with grilled chicken, tomatoes, sliced avocado, bacon and cheese. The menu mentioned croutons, but none came with the dish. Perhaps the kitchen was out. I don't recommend the housemade blue cheese dressing for this dish. The dressing was over seasoned and far too intense for this delicate salad. My spouse ordered the buffalo chicken wrap. It was underwhelming. A generic dish with chicken, lettuce, tomato and cheese. He could barely catch the flavor of the supposedly spicy jalepeno ranch sauce. The dining space features several high and many low table options plus bar seating. With plenty of televisions for game day viewing. I've heard good feedback about this location and brand. But we struggle to find enough reasons to return.

Yelp
Hands down, the absolute BEST wings. Nothing can compare. We really like this new location. Lots of space. Great place to watch the game.

Steak F.

Yelp
Gotta be honest nah, these wings rubbery and if y'all like 80/20 cartilage to meat then this the spot for y'all. Don't do it nah. *Edit - Update 1.. your man just got off the pot for a 6th time. I'm blowing shit out I've never even seen before. I'd rather eat Little Caesar's fake meat boneless wings over this meat and that ain't even a thing babe.

Christina S.

Yelp
Outstanding wings for sure! A bit in the pricy side but well worth it. Most def worth the try!

Paul G.

Yelp
Classic tavern in KC. Oldest existing liquor license in Jackson County. Fantastic Buffalo Wings- the WHOLE wing and BLT's.

Yelp
There was a time in my past, that The Peanut was a destination spot. The original in the South Plaza and the more recent one in Quality Hill had unique and quirky character and quirky characters that frequented. Most importantly they had THE best BLT I'd ever eaten. I have always bragged to others about the sandwich, it seemed to live on in my mind as a classic, even though I hadn't set foot in a Peanut in many years. I was glad to see a new Peanut open in the northland near work and serving food late. I stopped by Saturday to re-unite with my old friend - THE BLT, but ended up with nothing more than the acknowledgment than memories stand still and time does not. In the passing years I have realized that I've had better BLT's many times better than this. I don't understand how that sandwich has maintained being the benchmark in my mind. It truly makes me question what else I think I know but really don't. Depressing...just like the atmosphere in this suburban wanna be lowest common denominator sports bar. I went back this evening after work because it's near and they serve food until 11pm. My co-worker had the most flavorless Chicken Caesar wrap he's ever experienced and I had the Carnitas Nachos. Taco Bell could have done better; cold shredded pork, velveetish cheese sauce and metallic tasting salsa. I'm not sure if I'm mad or just sad. Sometimes you just shouldn't try going home again...

Yelp
I always love The Peanut. This location did not disappoint. Great service and great food.

Yelp
I hate to say it, but this Peanut is subpar to other Peanut locations. Atmosphere is pure suburban dive bar, which is fine, but it does not share the charm of the other locations. I did like the neon sign though. This location is probably better for families, though. It's far more open and well lit than the other ones I've been to. Brother and I got the classics - triple BLT with fries and a dozen wings. Of course we didn't finish. BLT was good but didn't live up to the hype (the Cali BLT at Grinders has basically ruined every other BLT for me). Not Peanut's fault. The fries, though, as you can see from the photo, were grossly underdone and not seasoned at all. Yipes. The wings were delicious as usual. Unlike when I've gotten them at other locations, however, they were not bathing in a vat of buffalo sauce, which was sad. The ranch was fine, not amazing. Their blue cheese manages to be both watery and chunky, not as creamy as I'd like. The pitcher of KC Pils was fabulous but it's hard to mess that one up haha. Prices at the Peanut aren't the worst, but they're certainly not a deal...which places this experience in settled mediocrity. If you wanna go to dive bar heaven, go to one of the other Peanut locations. The extra drive is worth it.

Kristen G.

Yelp
My husband and I have been here a few times and we love their wings! Here is what we've ordered: {Appetizer} Fried Pickles - nice crunch & tasty house ranch dressing {Buffalo Chicken Wings} NOTE - they are served as a whole chicken wing...the drumette, the flat, and tip. For lunch we each order the 3 wings & fries special for $10. It's a good portion - he usually finishes his and I usually have one wing left. I'm not a fan of bleu cheese but my husband says it's one of the best he's ever had. {Side} Sweet Potato Fries - we pay for the upcharge because we just prefer the taste of sweet potato fries; they are good but could be a little crunchier for our taste. {Salad} Chef Salad - hearty & huge portion! The atmosphere is a sports bar, but it's never been too loud while we were there and service has been consistently good. The wings alone will definitely keep us going back!

Yelp
I've never been to another The Peanut location so can't compare. This one is fairly large, kind of darkly lit and filled with TV's mounted along the wall, about every 7 to 8 feet apart. Each one was playing something different but they do keep the sound down low so you don't feel like you have to scream to be heard. Our waitress was very friendly and welcoming. I ordered a swiss and cheddar grill cheese sandwich and cup of chili. Both were good. The chili was heavy on the meat, which I like. Here's one thing I don't like about The Peanut - too many add-ons. And by add-ons, I mean extras they charge for. For instance, my little cup of chili was 5 dollars but to have onions, cheddar cheese, or jalapenos, you had to add 50 cents. I wondered if this was 50 cents per item? The sandwiches showed various lists of add-ons...such as cheese. Other listed add-ons include "extra bleu cheese, 1.00, extra sauces 50 cents, extra celery 75 cents, extra bacon 2.50 cents (for a triple BLT that costs 13 dollars to begin with), avocado, $2.00. I wouldn't think a thing about all these add on expenses if the prices of the food were super cheap to begin with but that's not the case. I won't say the place is outrageously expensive but food isn't exactly a bargain. For what they charge, I'd just as soon not be nickled and dimed on extras that are often included at other restaurants. It looks like this place has a pretty good selection of beer and other drinks.
google avatar

Angie G.

Yelp
The Peanut has really good food, however we have had a few to-go orders take a very long time. I also feel that they end up being very expensive-adding $.50 for ranch or .50 for avocado, etc. it all adds up and makes the pricing pretty high. Food is good and the people have always been nice.

Lindsay B.

Yelp
The wings live up to the hype, as do the BLTs. Definitely worth a visit if you like either of those.
google avatar

July L.

Yelp
I forgot to take a photo! I love the Peanut! We used to go the the one downtown so when they opened one in the northland we had to check it out. The wings and BLT's are amazing! I had to switch it up today and have the BLT salad. It was delicious and I highly recommend it. So yummy with ranch dressing.

Ffloyd H.

Yelp
Tried to support local by ordering lunch from here instead of a chain. Mistake. First, was disappointed to find out this location does not have curbside pickup option. Went inside, no one on staff to greet or help me for about 4-5 minutes (waiting among 10-15 customers eating, drinking, not wearing masks). Then first two servers who emerged from kitchen area invited me to "sit wherever" but then couldn't help with a carryout order, telling me to wait longer. -Order was made online 30 minutes earlier with online confirmation it was already ready. The order was paid for and sitting on a shelf by the bar (only to-go order up there). So the servers were just not willing to be helpful enough to walk 50 extra feet and hand me the order. Third person said she can help but wants me to (needlessly) walk to the far end of the bar to pickup the food (past 4 tables of customers eating, drinking, not wearing masks). So pretty bad takeout experience, AND get home to find out they messed up multiple things about the order (again, order was entered online - so someone just didn't read it and/or care to get it right). Food was okay but no plans to return anytime soon.

Yelp
This is my favorite bar in Kansas City! Abby is always my waitress and makes sure I get very well taken care of everytime I come in here! She is fast, smart witted and has a very positive and fun attitude even during stressful and busy times at the bar! Thank you Abby!
google avatar

Guy L.

Yelp
It's a solid peanut location. To anybody posting about menu items...it's The Peanut. You get wings with the blue cheese or you get a BLT. If you didn't know that already, this probably isn't the place for you. Or you're from out of town, in which case, welcome! Service is always adequate, outdoor seating is nice. Normal neighborhood bar vibe...again, it's a Peanut. Just get the wings.
google avatar

Brandon M.

Yelp
Well this is my first adventure to The Peanut. It's not what I thought it would be inside. It's the right kind of lighting. Not to bright with that track lighting or can lighting the true sports bars atmosphere! The seating was comfortable and plentiful. I came in during the week and it was busy. However, I was greeted quickly by a sever after I chose my seat. She quickly got my drinks and took my appetizer order. There was a special for 1/2 order of Nacho. It was less than ok and kind of made me feel sick but I was with some others who seemed to enjoy it. Perhaps I was being a bit tough on the nachos but the fake cheese was cold and just not sitting well with me at all. I think if it was warm it would have been better. I ordered the 3 wings and Fries. The wings were great! The were seasoned very well. They were not fried. Tender under the skin and lots of moisture in the meat. The fries were crisp and delicious. My son had the Turkey club with coleslaw and he wasn't able to finish it all. It was a very large portion. He is a bottom pit usually these day being a teenager but had to bring home about half his meal because he was so full. He didn't say much about it but said it was good and ate the coleslaw so I'm gonna say he liked it all. Throughout the visit the server checked in with us and we didn't have to remind her about anything we order special. While we were there we noticed that she was one of 3 servers coverings about 20 tables. That is a lot of tables considering everyone in there was eating and drinking. Overall it was a great time there and I can't wait to try it again. I'd skip the nachos for sure though.

Yelp
Friendly neighborhood bar. Seating either at bar, high top tables, or regular tables. Staff are hard workers and friendly. Food is pretty good. The place gets pretty loud on a Saturday night but it's not too crowded.

Yelp
I'd give less if possible... never going back. So I was told this place was 'the spot' for wings. I'm a big wing person and have been on the search for the best wings. Let's just say... since I walked in, this place just went down hill all around. First, you walk in and there's a crowd of people. I assume the food must be good if that's the case so, I get more excited to try it. I look around and see no host stand and no one is around the crowd of people by the door. Awkwardly, I ask someone standing near where the host stand is to put our names on the list. The lady tells me, "There's no host stand. Some guy is walking around taking names". Talk about inconsistant... because we had to track this guy down to ask for our name to be added on his list. After about 10-15 minutes of waiting (no big deal. I noticed a larger party of 8-9 in front of us), we get our name called and get sat. A guy comes up and gets our drink order. Simple. Secondly a young lady, Abby comes by asking if someone stopped at our table to get our drink orders, we looked at her puzzled and said yes. Turns out, she's our server and I'm not sure who the other guy is. I understand setting up someone's table if they are busy but, no mention of someone else being our server had been told to us. We look over the menu and order an appetizer-chicken nachos and the half order of wings with a side of tots. We asked for extra sauce on the wings and to make them extra crispy. Our server tells us, "That'll be an extra 5 minutes, is that alright?" Of course. I live crispy wings no big deal, we have a appetizer. We get our order in and about 10 minutes later we get our nachos. First touch and something feels cold. I thought, 'maybe I just touched the tomato'.. a second bite in, I notice what's cold is the chicken. It's almost cold like it was frozen and microwaved... We look around waiting for our server and she doesn't notice us, as another server does asking if we needed something. We ask if the nachos are suppose to be served cold and she slowly says "no". She kindly takes it back and not even 3 seconds later our normal server comes up and apologizes. The same guy who took our drink order brings us our nachos back with a rude comment of, "Tell me if these taste better so I can sleep better at night". It was awkward enough having him stare us down as we ate. But once again.. it was just the same as when we got it. I'm not one to send food back, let alone a second time so I told him it was fine and he left. Come to find out, he's the bus boy walking around clearing tables. Now our wings come out. They look drenched in sauce like someone had poured it out onto the wings on the plate, not actually mixed the wings up in it. I grab for a wing and instantly I'm irritated. The wings are cold to the touch. As again, if it was just frozen and microwaved. I tasted the chicken part itself and was disappointed all around of the taste, quality and temperature of the wings. Apparently that extra 5 minutes didn't happen with these wings... Most disappointed I've ever been in a restaurant. The only good thing... Our server Abby was really sweet and did her best.
