I made a lunch reservation to this restaurant as it had a unique story in Monaco. Founded by biologists that cultivate their own oysters, and love the marine environment.
They did not disappoint in any way!
Staff was friendly, knew the menu, and provided some great service. The oysters were wonderful and very healthy looking. I also ordered the grouper which was also plated nicely and had a delicious taste. Wine was on point to go with the meal as well. The tart, made in house, was sweet and fresh.
The meal and experience was one of my top meals I have had of all time.
This is a must dining experince!
