Amazing service, relaxed vibe and engaging customer service from Cam. Food was perfect, clean plates from all of us! We were all so full but Cam managed to twist our arms to try the sticky date .. another clean plate ☺️ Thank you.

Great Vegan sharing board but a bit much oil on everything. Great location and staff and the Fish and Chips was the best of the holiday for my international guests.

Such a great night at the Pen! 2 separate private events on, providing an awesome atmosphere with live music and the service in the main restaurant was still brilliant. Great wait staff, service was fast considering the amount of catering on and everything from starters to desserts and cocktails was mouth watering! Extra care also given to us and our kids. Absolutely recommend 👏🏽

Seriously good! Food was great service was great, if I could only add one tiny criticism, the Crab spaghetti needs a slice of crusty bread to soak up the yummy sauce left over. The coconut Panna Cotta was awesome. Special mention to the service from Shauna, perfect recommendations.

My boyfriend and I came to The Pen after leaving another restaurant due to terrible service, and what started out as a bad night turned into such a wonderful one thanks to Teala. From the moment we walked in, she was warm, funny, and incredibly attentive. She walked us through the menu, recommended some amazing cocktails, and kept us laughing the whole evening. Her energy completely turned our night around and made the experience so enjoyable. We will 100% be back, thank you, Teala, for making our night so memorable!

Food was great. Atmosphere was great. However, was there for Wednesday night trivia in which the same table had won for 3 weeks straight. Was 16 players on the table, which did not seem fair to everyone else who had no more than 4 or 5 on a team. Team sizes should be capped at a maximum of 8. Otherwise, had a great night.

Only had a drink and French fries/chips while sitting outside. Beautiful view. The atmosphere was pretty chill on a Friday afternoon. Service was fast and very friendly in the bar. The outside seating faces the hotel and is a nice place for having dinner or just drinks.
