Me and my partner got to early check-in at Picasso. They have good service, the people on the front desk are friendly and approachable. The room is clean, neat and has fragrant smell, the comfort room is clean you really can feel the comfort with it, and you can see how organized it is. The location is accessible for us, we instantly spotted the Hotel for the value it was worth it and affordable, I enjoyed and feel safe while staying in the room together with my partner. My partner and I enjoyed the amenities, the gym helped us stay in shape. The Wifi is very fast and I can browse without disconnecting, and the quality of food is high, it's so delicious that I want to order again.

My family and I recently stayed at The Picasso Boutique Serviced Residences, and we had such a fantastic experience! From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm and welcoming. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to check in early, which made a huge difference after a long trip. The hotel itself is spotless—our room was clean, spacious, and had a modern, artistic vibe that made it feel unique. The beds were super comfortable, and having a balcony with a city view was a great touch. Location-wise, it was perfect! We were close to great restaurants, shopping areas, and everything we needed, which made getting around so easy. Safety was never a concern, as the hotel had 24/7 security and keycard access for the rooms and elevators. The service was top-notch, with staff always ready to help with a smile. We also loved the amenities—there’s a well-equipped gym, a cozy lounge, and even an art gallery that added to the hotel’s charm. One of the highlights for us was the food. Breakfast at the restaurant was delicious, with fresh ingredients and plenty of options. Plus, the WiFi was fast and reliable, which was a big plus for both work and entertainment. Overall, The Picasso Boutique Serviced Residences was the perfect place for our family stay. It offered comfort, convenience, and amazing service at a great value. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Love the location of this hotel. Even though it is in a business area, there are still lots of food options around and within walking distance too. The front door security staff were friendly and helpful. Special mention to Ruth, who cleaned my room everyday, she did a great job. Definitely recommend staying here if you want to be close to the shops too.

I had an amazing stay at the Picasso Boutique Serviced Residences. I love how clean the hotel is. I also noticed how the staff was very welcoming and really provided us with good service. It's also a good thing because this hotel is located in Makati which is near restaurants and business areas. When it comes to their rooms, it is very spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed. I highly recommend this hotel for business and leisure travel.

Yelp
The Picasso Boutique is a lovely hotel in the Makati district that is walking distance from the Greenbelt Mall shopping district. I went ahead and booked online and reserved the Barcelona suite that has a king size bed and a tub with spacious living area. The check in time is at 3pm and I arrived around 240 PM. I didn't fully get the keys to my hotel room until 345PM since the manager was doing a room inspection before I could enter. The room was lovely in every way with a king size bed a living and dining room with a huge bathroom that offers a tub and a shower. The bed had multiple pillows and sheets with blankets and the mattress was oh so ever soft. the living room had a nice size couch a live seat and even a office table where you could catch up on work with multiple outlets to charge your electronic devices. They even have in bedroom special massages where you could get a deep tissue or Thai massage for a very affordable price. Down stairs in the lobby they have a bar / restaurant named Pablo serving up great drinks and food such as a reubon sandwich and beef carpaccio. Customer service was great and the staff even allowed me a later check out time instead of the standard 12 noon. There is a Jollibee nearby as well as Chowking and a 7 11. I definitely recommend this hotel for its luxurious space and second to none hospitality and I guarantee you will enjoy it as much as I did.

Yelp
I am starting this review on my first official day of the mandated 5 night, 6 day quarantine as per the IATF of the Philippine Government. I will give a final review before my check out. Let us start from the moment I made initial contact with Picasso, the email exchange and the efficiency of the customer service/front desk was very good. As a seasoned traveller, I pretty much gauge what kind of service I will get in person with the emails, help and all out assistance I get before I hand them my money. So 5 stars on that first contact. The accommodation and pickup arrangement with the driver at the NAIA2 airport was so smooth, you would think I was a frequent visitor to this hotel. NICE!! Very nice! The driver was waiting for me at the exit area of the International Airport. When I checked in (since we are still in a pandemic, here!) was very efficient. I was "processed" at the parking lot, by Leonard (very professional, in every sense of the word!) and was taken to the 3rd floor to my room. The room is spacious for one person. It has a kitchenette (electric stove, microwave, kettle, utensils, etc.) for one to use. I requested for a balcony seat and ironing board (it is a ME-thing!). Very quick to respond to any request. Since I was thirsty, I bought a coke and some nourishment - after a long flight, I needed some sustainance. The Cartel Pablo cafe is just downstairs and you can order a la carte as per their menu. I did not opt for the offered quarantine daily meal, because I eat when I am hungry, and no set time for that. Definitely, no outside food delivery is allowed. I am surprised that not a lot of people review this hotel because it is very nice. Very quiet, large bed, well-lit, good internet, AC is superb, ( I slept like a log last night). The bathroom is a stand in shower, a toilet and a nice size sink. Hand Soap, disinfectant spray and sanitizing alcohol are all over the place. Very nice touch! I am giving it a 4 star for today, but will have a final review a day before my check out, just to keep it real. I look forward to the final review that I will post. The hotel is ideal for quarantine, I am not looking for a wonderful view (there are constructions all around) but since I am not going anywhere, I sit ourside on the balcony and do my most favorite activity when I a travelling, people watching. I love the balcony even if it is humid (it is after all in the Philippines!!) It has kept me sane on the first day of quarantine. If you are looking for a place to quarantine or to stay in the Philippines, you should check this place out, Picasso Boutique Hotel, is the name of the place. Simple Picasso-isque all around. I have a couple of things I need to mention to the front desk on my check out time but nothing that will warrant a star less than I what I am giving them at this time. I am not much of a TV person, so the TV size works for me. For the price, the wonderful staff and excellent service - you can get less somewhere else and pay even more. Why? I like the people that work here - they are very courteous and so helpful. You need a touch of home when travelling - you will get it here. That is my review of Picasso Boutique Hotel on my first day in quarantine here. So far, so good...

Yelp
I've had the distinct pleasure of crashing at the Picasso for the last week. And I'm digging it. It's considered a boutique hotel but the rooms are ultra spacious, large enough for me to set up a bowling lane with my empty water bottles. You sure do get thirsty out here in this wicked humid tropical weather. Which is why I love prancing around on the smooth tile floors barefoot because they are cool to the touch. And when you crank the AC, it's like you are ice skating. I asked concierge for a few penguins to complete my ice fantasy, but all I got was some fried pigeon from a local food cart vendor. Even better. There's an impressive gym that I admired from afar, mainly because I fear the mocking when I pass out from 3 minutes on the elliptical. And luckily there's a massage parlor on the 4th floor, perfect when you pass out from going to the gym, so that when you regain consciousness, it's to soft zen-like music and 40 gallons of massage oil on your back. It's heavenly. And the staff. I'm literally giving them a standing ovation in my room, though I am simulating a slow clap because I'm typing. They sure is nice folk. You'll think this often from the people that work in the hospitality industry in the Philippines. Don't take it for granted and act like some high brow tourist. Give them that extra flash of the pearly whites, that double dap, and a sweet tip. They make your day because you make their day. I think Picasso said that once. Or maybe not. Speaking of which, while I love the faux Picasso art all over the place, I'm a scad disappointed that the TV isn't mega large especially in comparison to the room. Hey TV is art. Show some appreciation, eh? Also, it took me way too long to figure out how get the TV to tune into the cable channels, and I consider myself king geek. Which is a weighty title to bear because I work with geeks, and it would be a disappointment to my subjects if I profess that I operate a remote like someone's grandma stuck at a nursing home. Update: Apparently "scad" isn't a real word. Substitute with "twid". - John Master Lee

Yelp
I always stay here when travelling to Manila. First visit here staying for a few months back in 2012. Great service. Nice rooms. Clean. Rooms are bright with natural light. Close to the major malls and heaps of restaurants. Not on a Main Street so reasonably quiet. Every room has a balcony. Pablo restaurant is pretty good too. It's also quite affordable, so, great for those who are budget conscious. Room Tip: stay on LP Leviste st side. It's a little brighter. Also Malaga studio is the basic room, it's as wide as one balcony (see picture of building). The next one up is essentially a double room, as wide as 2 balconies. There are also a couple of loft suites; stay in the loft on Level 8 - it's awesome!

Yelp
I use to go to this hotel a lot, because of its good location and the charm of salcedo village, but lately it has become very disappointing. Rooms: good size with kitchenette, but the tiles on the floor give a cold look and lack of intimacy, overall decoration cheap looking and paint in the rooms totally faded. The overall lay out of the room is questionable. Towels are worn out and not decent for a hotel, and I couldn't empty the bathtub since the mechanism is broken. Service: awful, wether you need to park or to check in, staff is totally corrupted and only gives privileges to its special notion of vip. My wife and me were publicly humiliated at check in (I booked on agoda) and being married for the past 10 years this is the first time I experience such treatment: asking for an ID from my wife as if she is a prostitute and then checking us in after 30 mins of hesitations. In the parking at the back, just beware that the staff has connections with some friends to privilege non clients of the hotel. I got bounced of the parking and I had to fight to finally be allowed to park. It is such a waste to see a beautiful property like this destroyed by low quality power tripping employees. Special award of the worst guest relation receptionist in the past 12 years I have spend I the PHILIPPINES to Kechie.

Yelp
Top notch hotel in a perfect location in Makati close to Ayala. The service from all staff is amazing. The rooms are spacious with a modern artsy look. The house keeping staff is fabulous. The best part of the hotel is its restaurant. I highly recommend this trendy restaurant for all meals. Jess, a waitress at the restaurant is the absolute best. She gives honest, and great recommendations with prompt service. This is the perfect boutique hotel in Manila/Makati.

Yelp
We booked two units of Malaga Studio room for our family of 5pax. One room is spacious even for us 3 adults. Clealiness can be improved especially in the bathroom area. The soap dispenser looks "cloudy" due to soap scum and water stains. Some tile grout looks dirty. The Safe didn't worked, apparently the battery is not fully charged. And some other minor issues (the door card key had to be re-programmed next day) but the Hotel staff are always accommodating to come fix the problem. We had a hard time with Grab and ordinary taxis as the Hotel is not popular, so we have to help navigate the route using our roaming data plan. Staff are courteous - especially Raphael. He is very calm, despite my ill-tempered nature. Overall we had a great stay. This can be a good option if ever we will be in Makati area again.

Yelp
The Picasso is an arts and design-led boutique hotel located conveniently around a lot of independent establishments in Salcedo Village. It's also a quick ride away from the Ayala malls, and a bit of a walk to Ayala Triangle. The hotel lobby is filled with colorful paintings, but the rooms have a more subdued palette and a more subtle abstract art motif. (A total holla to ya boy Pablo Picasso.) I booked a free overnight stay here, and used it for a Halloween post-game place to crash for my group of 4 (myself included.) We stayed in the Malaga studio, which was the most basic unit, but it was waaaay more than enough for this girl, who's used to staying in hostels. Even the basic units in other non major hotels still ran a little small. The Malaga studio was extremely spacious (like if I cleared out the beds a little, I totally could've held a group Yoga sesh.) The bed was a double, and we even had a balcony. Other amenities included a clear glass desk, a TV, a bathroom with a great, relaxing shower (which was ALSO spacious!) an extra couch, and my personal favorite: free WIFI (yeah yeah, I'm easy to please.) Everything about the stay was extremely comfortable, and the service was excellent. I informed them I had a few more guests with me and the prepared an extra foldout bed for us immediately. Our stay was very comfortable, and the morning after, we had free breakfast. The dining area was an intimate room on a higher floor, and the buffet was small but succinct. Overall, I loved this place for its strong art theme and a 5-star hotel experience without the huge crowds, and for HALF the price.

Yelp
I've stayed at the Picasso and had a memorable time there bonding with a friend of mine who was visiting Manila for a quick trip. We probably ended up talking our faces off and enjoying the ambiance of this deco hotel in the heart of Salcedo village. Just a stone throw away from the Salcedo park, its the perfect location for travelers, visitors, and staycationers who don't want to stay in a hostel or a big hotel in Makati. The rooms have modern amenities and comfortable beds as well as different themes that you can choose from. Its location offers a central location that is walking distance to the malls and museums of Makati. The restaurants and bars nearby also offer ample choices for even the most discerning diner. The staff are also very attentive and friendly so you would expect a very warm welcome to your stay. They also recently renovated the restaurant of the hotel so its a good choice if you're planning to stay in. The only thing that could probably improve is the wifi connection but since we're in the Philippines, its not such a big surprise to have slow internet service.
