The Pinball Luxury Suites

The property is beautiful and unique which makes is quite memorable. It was 2 story with bedrooms upstairs and downstairs. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom had a heated towel rack. The property has a washer/dryer combo. The kitchen and dining area is well equipped. The women that come in the am to make breakfast do a great job. They shop that morning and everything is fresh and presented nicely. But best of all is Simon who manages the property and is a great resource and so helpful. He made sure our visit was perfect.

I cannot say enough good things about the Pinball. The owner, Simone, was extremely accommodating and helpful to my family. From preparing the apartment and making sure it was well-equipped for my children, to providing local recommendations (and even making a dinner reservation), he made our stay excellent. The apartment itself was stunning – impeccably designed and furnished. The sauna provided a peaceful respite after a long flight. Highly, highly recommend the Pinball to all who are interested in exploring Lazio & the hidden gem town of Viterbo. One note: our apartment had a lot of steep stairs. It wasn't a major issue for us, but definitely something to keep in mind for those who have mobility issues.

We had the opportunity to stay in the unique "The Pinball' in Viterbo Italy in July this year. We have been to Italy many times, though this was our first visit to Viterbo. Being just about an hour outside of Rome, we had not had the privilege before of visiting such a charming place. For 5 wonderful nights, we were hosted at The Pinball, with is unique and exclusive luxury suites. Each suite is painstakingly decorated and themed by Claudia Scarsella, a renowned artist from Milan, with long family roots in Viterbo. Claudia and Simone and staff treated us royally, and took care of every need. We even had the pleasure of joining them for dinner a couple of nights at unique places in Viterbo. There are so many unique things to see in the surrounds of Viterbo, they include wonderful gardens, ancient sculptures, beautiful castles and old towns.. and then you get the pleasure of returning to your incredible suite. Our suite had it's own sauna, separate living area for our daughter upstairs, and unique design furniture all wrapped around Claudia's art. It is wonderfully located, easy to access with lots of restaurants and fantastic shopping just around the corner, and definitely in walking distance. Enjoyed our time tremendously, and I would recommend The Pinball to anyone!

It was three of us, 2 young ladies and 1 man travelling together from Rome to Florence. We loved our amazing and huge and elegant apartment. A unique style and quality of service which we would never expect to find in this area. The attention to every single datail is beyond! And we are very picky customers, 2 of us are designers. We spent three nights in the Royal Cards suite but we would have loved to stay for a week at least, finding out how rich is Viterbo and the area of Tuscia not even a week would have been enough! Great stay a unique experience. Highly recommended.

Fabulous! I had no doubt that the apartment would be our ideal base for getting around the area. The owner was very friendly when he welcomed us on arrival, he showed us the unique design and interior, also when we left, and the staff was very helpful. The apartment is comfortable, luminous, clean, no details are lacking and is so quiet! In addition you have the option to request any service for your stay, as a concept beyond the usual, or if you prefer to have absolute independence. Coming back every day to spend some time on the terrace watching the changing light over Viterbo was the best end to every day!

My wife and I stopped in Viterbo on our way to a Villa in Montepulciano and stayed at the Pinball Luxury Suites. While it was a little hard to find, it was great once we found it! Simone was an excellent host and personal concierge. He had fantastic recommendations for wine, olive oil and restaurants. We stayed in the Little Robot Suite and it was a comfortable, 5-Star experience. ||The vintage pinball machines were fun and brought me back to playing in arcades, bars and my friend’s basement! ||I highly recommend the Pinball Luxury Suites and a trip to Viterbo.

Never in my life have I had an unbelievably excellent stay in a hotel which not only had outstanding customer service, but added to the experience of going to Italy. The customer service can not be rivaled by a large chain hotel, or any hotel. The artwork on the suites give off a personality and identity as each suite is themed with different artwork beautifully done. I have been to countless hotels and suites which were more expensive than this one but none of them gave me a motivation to go to trip advisor and express my joy. Viterbo is a great location compared to the crowded and expensive Rome hotels. The location is very nice with a fresh fruit market accross the hotel and a delicious pastry place very close by. Viterbo is very conveniently located in between Rome, Florence, and Tuscany and the drive to each location has beautiful sights. If you ever want to go to Italy, go to this hotel. You will not be disappointed.

We spent the Festa di Santa Rosa night in Viterbo and Pinball. The whole event, atmosphere and especially carrying of the Macchina di Santa Rosa was spectacular, but the stay at the Pinball was the icing on the cake. This was the second time we stayed at the Pinball and the host made us feel very welcome again. He is incredibly positive, always smiling, arranges all we could possibly need, and he does whatever he can to provide an unforgettable stay. The view from the "Royal Cards" room over Viterbo is amazing! We warmly recommend this hotel to anyone!
