"Opened in 2022, Hyatt Regency Jaipur Mansarovar recently got a new addition to its rooftop area: The Pink Bar, a high-concept cocktail space crafted with narrative architecture paying homage to Jaipur's palaces. It boasts elements like chhatris, jaalis, and hand-painted pink ceilings, which connect it to the rich history and culture of the Pink City. Look away, and you’ll be greeted by panoramic views of the green expanses of Hyatt Regency's lawns and frequent peacocks down below. Inspired by glorious sunsets, cocktails like Ramos & Roses, Old Smuggler, Syahi Picante Paloma, and Rolls Royce come in vivid reds, yellows, and oranges. The bar's menu includes nibble-size gourmet delights to complement your drinks—think torched salmon sashimi, chicken yakitori, portobello steak sliders, and Mulwarra lamb sliders."

Love this bar. The ambience is perfect so as the services. There’s an in-house mixologist and he has the most insights about local spirits. He’s recommendations are out of the world. I can spend every night here while I’m in Jaipur here.

Excellent experience at The Pink Bar in Hyatt Mansarovar. Mixologist Hitesh is a cocktail artist, and Aman provided outstanding service and great recommendations. We visited twice and were thoroughly impressed with both the drinks and the attentive team.

The Pink Bar in Jaipur is an absolute gem, especially if you’re looking for a spot to enjoy a breathtaking sunset with great drinks. We visited in the evening specifically to catch the sunset, and the ambiance was nothing short of magical. The rooftop setting offers stunning panoramic views of Jaipur, creating the perfect backdrop as the sky transitions into shades of pink and orange. The bar itself is beautifully designed, with chic décor that complements the vibrant energy of the city. While we didn’t try the food, the drinks were excellent—creative, refreshing, and well-crafted. The staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring our experience was seamless and enjoyable. If you’re in Jaipur and looking for a memorable evening, The Pink Bar is highly recommended—perfect for soaking in the beauty of the city with a drink in hand. We’ll definitely be back!

Always a preferred stop for drinks since it’s a quick drive away for me. The cocktails are stunning. The service is attentive. Wish there was more vegetarian bar food on their menu. It’s a bummer that they only open in the evening. On days that I want to start drinking in the afternoon, I get cocktails at TRBB on the ground level and then make my way up to TPB. Here’s what I’ve ordered here so far: 1. Eryngi Mushroom (2/5) - odd texture and almost felt raw in the mouth. Did not enjoy it at all. 2. Crusted Gnocchi (4/5) - pairs perfectly with drinks, an interesting take on pasta. 3. Lamb Shish Kebab (4/5) - beautifully spiced and cooked! 4. Grilled Vegetables and Haloumi (3.5) - the haloumi overpowers the veggies. Haloumi feels dense and heavy and I have almost never been able to finish this dish!

If you want a private space with great view and delicious cuisine. Do visit this place. Very rich menu & Liquor options. We had a great time. Thanks for making our day enjoyable and memorable. Special thanks to Mr. Aman Mittal for making all these arrangements at such a short notice.

Definitely one of the best places I have been to in a while. Exceptional cocktails ! Kudos to the bartender to have made it a very personalised experience . Our server Raghav went out of his way to make sure we had the best time . Will be back soon

Extremely underrated spot in Jaipur! My boyfriend and I stopped by on Valentine's Day for drinks and appetizers and sunset. Amit was our waiter, who went absolutely above and beyond—we loved talking to him and trying everything he recommended! The bar has a beautiful view and impressive architecture, like the rest of the hotel. It's a little far from the center of Jaipur when traffic is bad, but definitely worth the drive.
