We ordered two açaí bowls, coffee, smoothie and ice cream. First of all, one of the worst customer service! There were at least 4 ladies working. The girl taking my order seemed annoyed like I'm an inconvenience there! My açaí bowl was a joke! I paid $14 for maybe half a bowl of frozen açaí. Coffee was bitter and not good at all. Do me a favor and go across the street for the yummiest açaí bowl and smoothies and best customer service. We will not be coming back!

Cool ice cream shop. Always has great flavors…we had Trash can, which is amazing, Cookie Monster and chocolate. Staff is very friendly and bathroom soap was 5/10…foaming soap scores higher. 🙂

came to the beach for the day and stopped to grab some ice cream after. Quaint little parlor with a couple handful of flavors. Cutely decorated and he staff were friendly. If in town again, I'll definitely come back.

What a treat!!! This place is iconic and by now it almost feels like this island would not be the same without it. They have all flavors and few dairy free options, smoothies, boba and shaved ice. You will not be disappointed

Best Ice cream in the Southwest region of Florida! This place has been around for decades and continues to bring joy to our family every year when visiting Boca Grande. Great customer service that goes above and beyond!

I was at this place multiple times before and loved it. But today, there was a server with zero customer service. I was waiting for her to say “ no ice cream for you “ because of how rude she was being to my family. She was somehow so angry and I couldn’t fit her to such a nice ice cream shop. Owners should hire friendlier staff or teach them how to treat customers.

Worst customer service from the girls working. When ordering multiple things they looked irritated and annoyed. At some point the girl left to talk to employees in the middle of me ordering. I had to say “excuse me can I order more, im not done”. We paid for a scone and got a cup. Ordered an açaí bowl and that was one of the worst açaí bowls I’ve had. It’s frozen, and a quarter of the size. ! Unfortunately not coming back. They need to have a more welcoming attitude and better service!

Fun little shop, delicious ice cream, and great coffee. We got iced coffee and coffee ice cream, and they were both really good. They had other drink options and some cute merchandise. I try to find stickers for places we visited, and they didn't disappoint. The only complaint is that they didn't have the best customer service.

What a very cute location The service here was amazing. The people were very polite and took great care of me. I walked in and didn't even read the menu like an idiot and asked if they made an avocado and then I noticed on the menu it was there. I did order an avocado with a salted caramel ice cream that was absolutely delicious. I took it outside and after getting the ice cream to melt my friend tried it, and immediately came in and ordered one for himself . If you're in the area and you need an ice cream or like me a quick pick me up with an Affogato, I highly recommend stopping in to the pink pony.

We got the Cookie Monster ice cream in a waffle cone. The girls were friendly and quick. Cute little shop - wish it was open later so you can get some ice cream after dinner! Not THAT many ice cream flavors and no soft serve. They do have milkshakes

They've been serving ice cream to the island since 1988 and I'm the first review?! Cute little shop in the heart of Boca Grande that has plenty more than just ice cream. They have little gifts and coolers full of alcohol as well. The staff was efficient and the ice cream hit the spot and cooled us down. The pricing is higher than your typical ice cream shop but that's what's expected in Boca Grande. The traditional sundae is a scoop of ice cream with whipped cream, nuts, and a cherry. Pretty small sundae for $8 but it was good. They also have Mexican food, which is kinda random.

If i could give this 10 stars i would. I absolutely am obsessed with the Pink pony and all the items on their menu. I have been a returning customer for years and I'll never stop going. I hope there's Pink Pony's in heaven. Service is quick and good as well.

The Pink Pony is a great place to grab afternoon ice cream. I went with a group and we were all pleased by the flavors that we tried. The service was efficient, so the long line moved quickly. The interior of the store was charming, and they carried a surprising variety of items outside of ice cream like alcohol and souvenirs. The prices are as expected for a Boca Grande ice cream shop.
