The Pinnacle Hotel and Suites

I'll start by saying that I wish that you could give them negative stars. I would never stay he again. I came here for my anniversary and when we got here they tried to give us two beds when we paid for king bed then they wanted to up charge us for the king bed that we paid for it. It took asking to talk to a manager to get the room we paid for. When you first walk in to this Hotel you thing that it super nice but I think the spend their money on the lobby because when you get into you room it's Worse then a Motel 6. The rooms are ran down the shower ceiling is falling in some in the corner. The fridge is old ,the bed is as hard as a rock ,the lock on our door did not work, there is only have 8 TV channels and only 3 of them come in clear and had sound. We paid for 6 nights with breakfast,and are trying to find somewhere else to stay and take the loss on the money that we paid on this one

Great affordable premium rooms, great staffs, GREAT FOOD 101%. This was a very relaxing stay here in my hometowm Davao City, im based in CDO now but if im here in Davao, i will definitely stay here.

Ultimately, The Pinnacle is an affordable option that delivers a quality, functional experience for those prioritizing space and central downtown access.

The hotel room and amenities scream old. It wasn’t properly maintained. The bed sheets are a but itchy however, with the right maintenance and probably repainting, this hotel still have its potential. The customer service though was really excellent. The staff were really kind, accomodating and efficient. They attended to all my concerns right away. Honestly, the staff (and I mean everyone) deserve a raise.

In light of the earthquakes that have happened recently I understand that there is a possibility the hotel would shut down - HOWEVER; the fact that the hotel did not have the courtesy to post and update their social media status as developments have transpired SO CLOSE to check in date for myself and my companion guest has left me unsatisfied with their professionalism and lack of communication. I could only imagine the stress the staff there are going through but it has probably compounded more stress on them because of irresponsible management. I haven’t even stayed at the place but If the hotel can’t even have the courtesy to update customers I doubt the service they provide is up to scratch.

This hotel looks old, but its beautiful. The rooms are surprisingly spacious. I like the high ceiling at the lobby area which spans from the ground floor to the third level.

This family room offers a wonderful space for relaxation and connection. The cleanliness of the room adds to the overall comfortable atmosphere. The staff's polite and attentive service enhances the experience. Guests are sure to appreciate the welcoming environment. It provides a perfect setting for creating lasting memories.

Decent mid class hotel. Very centel and friendly staff. Breakfast was nice.
