Very Disappointing Experience – Especially the Reception Staff
I stayed at this beach resort for two nights, and the worst part of my experience was the reception staff.
From the moment I arrived, the receptionists were rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. Their attitude made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable from the very beginning. Check-in was extremely slow, and instead of being polite or apologetic, the staff behaved arrogantly and dismissively. The same problem happened during check-out, which was also unnecessarily slow and unpleasant.
Because I had traveled from far away, I had no choice but to stay, even though I already felt uncomfortable due to the staff’s behavior. A hotel’s first impression always comes from the reception, and unfortunately, this resort failed badly in that aspect.
The restaurant was also disappointing. The food portions were very small and overpriced for very basic, ordinary dishes. In addition, beggars were constantly standing around and staring at guests, which was disturbing and made the atmosphere uncomfortable.
To make things worse, the swimming pool closed very early in the evening, which limited our ability to enjoy the resort.
Overall, this resort seriously needs to improve the professionalism and attitude of its reception staff. I would not recommend this place unless major changes are made.
