We booked the premium room. It was very clean with a new bathroom.
Motel was very quiet and they have thought of the small things including a windscreen cleaner to clean off the bugs as you are leaving.
Welcoming and opposite the club where we had a good meal.

We had a pet friendly room for my wife and I and our terrier dog. The hot water is very hot in seconds. You need to add some cold water to wash your hands. The room was warm in cold weather and spacious. Everything that could reasonably be provided was there, wifi, toaster, microwave, TV, cutlery, crockery, tea towel, info etc. The staff were friendly and accomodating. It really was a very pleasant stay while we were there.

False advertising with pic of Town Hall, but room was clean & comfy. Smoke from smokers outside of rooms wofts in with any open windows. Recommend a central smoking area to avoid this.

The bathroom is very old with water damage, shower water went all over floor and left brown redisue. The room was freezing apon entry. Way over priced, we had a room in Airley Beach that was cheaper, Beach views from balcony and much newer. I think motel do their own reviews.

The worst room I have ever stayed in. It was dirty, extension cords to plug the fridge in, broken and chipped cupboards. The bathroom was appalling it had a spa with smashed controls which didn’t work.
The front door was broken with sawdust falling from the inside of it.
We had a cat and dog with us so the cost was $202 and concerns about the mess my ragdoll would make 🤣🤣

The motel is fairly typical of Australian country motels (in my experience) and although at the chepaer end of the price range, proved to be an excellent choice.|The motel had a pool, but more importantly for me, they provided a small bottle of fresh milk for my coffee and tea.|The bed was compfortable with a new air conditioner that was whisper quiet, so kept the room nice and cool.|Difectly over the road from the motel is Club Forbes, an RSL that has a cinema and the usual Bistro. |I'd defintiely stay here again on one of my trips

We needed a place for one night on a long road trip and this fitted the bill. The family room had plenty of beds. It makes the most of the limited space. Clean. The unit itself is fairly basic but it has what you need for a stopover. Conveniently the RSL is just opposite which was a great option for dinner just after we arrived. It also has a good bakery opposite for the morning coffee, muffin, croissant. A convenient stay and the management have worked to make it comfortable.

Friendly staff, extremely clean facilities and lovely amenities. I stayed at short notice with family. Our group booked several rooms and each were beautifully decorated and very well serviced. The motel is a short walk from the centre of the town and water. We tried the continental breakfast and found it delicious and great value for the price. The guest laundry was convenient and the rooms had good versions of the usual tea, coffee and biscuits. There was full sized crockery and cutlery, as well as a kettle, microwave and toaster. Staff were welcoming and accommodating and I would definitely recommend staying here if travelling to Forbes.
