Clean beds and amenities. Soundproofing is non existent. The privacy blinds that separates the room, makes quite a bit of noise rolling up and down. Any noise made can be heard throughout the room. Room gets a little warm , no individual AC vents. Locker for belongings is directly at the bottom of the beds which means that when anyone in the room needs to work on their luggage. Everyone can hear it. The ladder to head up to the upper bunk is narrow so it's a careful mission going up and down. It would have been better if lockers were in the shower area, that would help reduce some of the noise as well If you're a heavy sleeper, this would be a great place to stay. This is the 3rd capsule hotel I've stayed at, and the first one that I've contemplated mid night to just head to the airport to snooze. The lack of sound proofing is the biggest negative of the place. Staff and amenities are great thou!

We slept in a shared female dorm for three nights. Bed and room were very clean. Bathrooms as well. A shelf would be helpful in the room but we managed. They had a changing area with a curtain in the room which was nice. The doors are a bit loud while closing but your are provided with earplugs so it works. Location ist great with Haji Lane and Arab street around the corne. Mrt only s few minutes away and a bus stop right in front of the hotel.

This was my first time staying in a capsule hotel, and overall it was a really good experience. The space was cozy, clean, and surprisingly comfortable. Even though the capsule is compact, it felt private enough and had everything I needed for a short stay. One tip I would suggest for future guests is to bring a small portable fan. The ventilation in the capsule can feel a bit warm at times, so having your own mini fan makes the stay even more comfortable. Overall, a unique and enjoyable experience—I wouldn’t mind staying in a capsule hotel again!

I had a fantastic stay here, the room was small (as advertised) but had everything I needed with plenty of storage under the bed. The staff were super helpful, the amenities were amazing with individual bathrooms each with a toilet, shower, sink, mirror, water, coffee, good wifi, everything I could have needed. Also fantastic location My only small issue was that I hadn’t realised that you couldn’t talk in the room as they’re not at all sound proof. I had booked a private room so that I could take work calls etc but I had to leave my room any time that I wanted to do that. There were some individual meeting pods in the reception but 1 of them was used for bag storage and the door was broken on another, so that only left 1 that was usable

The staff are really friendly and helpful, the room itself was clean and had plenty of space for my two suitcases and bag. The amenities in the seating area is nice as well, with a tea/coffee station and hot water for instant noodles, napkins etc. However the walls are extremely thin and you can hear your room neighbours even in the private suites. It’s not too bad if you have respectful neighbours but it is hell if there are noisy westerners with door slamming, talking on the phone loudly etc. Luckily I sleep with earphones in and I’m only staying one night but I would lodge a complaint otherwise. Stay here if you are a heavy sleeper or don’t mind sleeping with earbuds (they give you a packet of disposable slippers, toothbrush and earbuds at check in) or only need it for a short rest stop. Wouldn’t recommend for long stays though.

The Pod is an affordable option which still offers a lot comfort. Many toilets/ showers available. Everything was very clean and well kept. We had a pod for 2 and it was very comfortable. The staff was nice and helpful. Free water and coffee dispenser. The location is very good, with a huge hawker 5 minutes far and others nearby. From the hotel we managed to visit most of Singapore's attractions on foot (it was the "cool" season) All in all: this place really exceeded our expectations.

I booked a private room directly from their website. From their website, the photos show two versions of the private room, a bed on the "upper bunk" or a bed on a "lower bunk, both as side entry, with enough space for a side table and luggage. However, once I checked in, I was given room 301 (3rd floor first room), to my surprise, the "private room" looked more like a single front-entry pod. There was not enough space for the table and chair, when you open the door, the door instantly hits the table and chair.||||And that's not the only thing that's bad about this specific room. Every morning I could hear some clanging on the room beside it, I dunno if it's the storage room or whatever, but it was so noisy. I initially thought it was my neighbor, but no one was staying on the room beside mine. I could also hear the water from the pipes flowing. Horrible room.||||I dunno if it's because I got a "discounted" price when I booked from their website or what. It's a shame because I've booked with them multiple times in the past, and this was the first time I experienced such a bad room. Honestly, I'd probably be better off booking a pod from their shared room.

This was my first time staying at a capsule hotel and overall I had a great experience. This place so you're getting good bang for your buck. The front entryway was pretty narrow and requires going up some stairs before you reach the elevator, so it can be a struggle if you have multiple or large luggage you need to bring up. The main thing I wish could've been improved on would be the cleanliness of the bathrooms. Some of the showers were clogged and not draining properly, and many of the toilets smelled like old urine. The rooms and beds themselves were clean though which is the most important part. We had a large enough group to book out a whole room to ourselves which was nice, but they also have the option for gender-separated rooms. They give you a key to lock up your private belongings if needed. Checking out with the front desk was an easy process. Overall, highly recommend for anyone looking for a quick, affordable place to spend the night.

Upon recommendations by friend, I chose to stay here for one night. This is one of the nicest hostels I've stayed at. The pod that I was assigned to was of good quality, with a built-in table, plugs near the headboard and a night light. The pod was not stuffy at all even with the privacy shutter blinds pulled down. The dorm itself is well ventilated with good wifi connection and air conditioning. The toilets are very clean and had a nice, fresh smell. Each toilet cubicle came self-contained with shower and toilet facilites. Very conveniently located near Bugis Junction and accessible by train and bus. Will recommend to friends and will stay here again!

Indeed a very cosy and well maintain interior. The bed sheets are fresh and clean. Eventhough it took a few hours to check in, I believe its worth the wait if one isn't in a hurry. Nevertheless, their breakfast was good, I hope in future they have other varieties of breakfast. Keep up the good work! The night shift staff are professional at their task too.
