We had a awesome breakfast. We had the biscuits and gravy. It was huge but awesome. The staff was very nice. It is at the front of the island by the car ferry.

I ordered the beyond burger, and it was absolutely incredible. The fries were also very well seasoned. The service was phenomenal, and the staff went out of their way to offer water for our dog. I'd definitely eat here again.

What an excellent place for breakfast. Simple menu but the breakfast outcome was excellent.

This sandwich was way bigger than my eyes, and tasted delicious!!! The nachos would make us take the ferry for them!

Small grill on Washington Island. We arrived for lunch after few trekking under the sun looking for somewhere to get some energy back. It was Sunday of the 4 Jul weekend and tons of people were looking for the same there throughout the whole island (this was the second restaurant we queued in after a 25 minute wait at another place and already sick of lones not moving). We waited in line for about 10 minutes to place our order and provided with a number. About 20 minutes later a different order came to the table, however we did not realize right away, so we started eating it. We then realized that our order was misplaced and inquired to learn more. The owner of the place showed up and in few minutes, straightened things up with great customer care and being supportive of the situation. We understood that it is unusual for a small place like this to maintain a steady rithm during such a busy day, however it was clear that everyone was doing their best, smiling and keeping ul with orders as much as they could. We got offered some of the chef's special fried cheese for the day and that was greatly appreciated. The place was also offering a couple of vegan option in the menu that makes the place more accessible to everyone. The selection of meat is wide and the prices are accessible.

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! This was our first time on Washington Island and this was the best food we've had in all of Door County. I had the pulled pork sandwich and my fiancé had the fried chicken sandwich. Both were fresh, hot, and exquisitely prepared. The staff were also very nice and were conversational and provided good recommendations for spots to visit. We're home now and are already very much looking forward to visiting again next year.

We ordered two half chicken lunch specials. They came severly undercooked and inedible. I showed the server, and he said they would bring two new ones. The owner came back with two new servings and then proceeded to lecture us about how the chicken wasn't actually undercooked and talked about how bad the server messed up by taking our food back. I BBQ chicken frequently and know what raw looks like (pink translucent meat, this wasn't smoke ring pink). She told us that they temped the two new pieces of chicken to 190. If they did, it was with an infrared because the new pieces were just as raw as the first underneath the first half inch of meat. We decided to just not eat the chicken and leave. Everyone else we interacted with on this island was wonderful. Based on the responses to other negative comments from this owner, she is probably going to call me a name and explain it away and say I don't know what I'm talking about. If you want dangerously undercooked chicken and terrible customer service, this spot is perfect for you.

The menu was not what I expected from a BBQ place. That being said the food was delicious and they have a dog friendly patio. The server brought a bowl of water out for her as well!
