Absolutely divine. Very, very spacious apartments. Lots of amenities, too. A variety of floor plans to choose from. Priced just right. And they have specials. Definitely enjoyed the tour. The staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. I am definitely considering making the Porter Brewers Hill Apartments my next home. #howdidyoureact

Ursula is the BEST community manager. I have loved having her here so far. The old management company did a less than great job with running the property- but you can tell Ursula really cares and wants to turn it around. Don't let the reviews scare you! She's amazing and you can tell she is truly invested in turning our community around. People need to understand that it takes time to turn around a community that wasn't ran the best and to be a little more patient and empathetic. I would recommend for sure. Great, lively area as well.

Jude was amazing in helping us lease our new place. His expertise and dedication made the process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend Jude for anyone looking to lease!

Editing my review. I’m giving this 2 stars. The service that Travis provided was excellent. Apart from that the management is horrible. They have been charging me for renters insurance for the past 3 months even though I got renters insurance through a 3rd party. When I brought this to their attention they failed to respond for a month and then replied to me telling me I should contact the renters insurance company that THEY signed me up for asking for a refund. Isn’t that their responsibility?

I wrote another (negative) review a few years ago while the Porter was under different management, and ended up deleting it as the management changed and I didn't want to be unfair. Well, I could have left it up because the issues are the same 4 years later. This time, I had no hot water all weekend and was instructed to call the emergency maintenance line. No one responded all weekend. I talked to the front office and they said they were unable to get in touch with the on-call maintenance team who was scheduled for the weekend. Basically they told me I was SOL until I pushed back enough and they sent someone over from Lucie maintenance next door. He couldn't fix the issue (why should he, it's not his problem), so finally Monday morning the Porter maintenance came out. The front office staff could literally not care less about any issues going on, which are many, because they don't live here and get to leave at the end of the day. But they sure will tell you "we understand your frustration" with a smile on their face right before they clock out. :) I'm sure the Property Manager will comment on this review asking me to contact them so that they can resolve any concerns. The problem with that is she is never available when I call the office to speak to her.

Exceptional service by Travis! He came on a Saturday evening after a little flooding, and spent two hours deflhumidifying the apartment and fixing the problem. He was very knowledgeable, exactly aware of what the issue was, but also very discrete and polite with us, while focusing on every detail and making sure that everything was fixed before leaving! We couldn't have a better person to handle the problem!

Google
Travis is amazing! Professional, knowledgeable, and customer focused. He fixed the dryer, icemaker, and installed silverware rack within 30 minutes. Very encouraging for a new renter to see. Additionally, Dave and Jermaine worked diligently on our A/C to ensure we had it functioning properly before the 100 degree, weeklong heat wave this past week.

I recently had the pleasure of having Travis A provide maintenance for my unit, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Travis was not only friendly and professional, but he also demonstrated a commitment to perfection that truly set him apart. He meticulously addressed my requests and ensured that everything was completed to the highest standard. His dedication to providing excellent service made the entire experience positive and stress-free. Thank you, Travis, for your hard work and attention to detail!

Yelp
I came in for a walk-in tour with my mom, and Michaella W. was awesome to help me out and give me a tour right on the spot. She was very professional, answered all my questions kindly, and was so pleasant to be around. The moment she walked in, she helped get us seated and ready for the tour. She explained all the amenities to us, and gave us a viewing of all the floor layouts we wanted to see. Thank you Michaella for a great tour! Porter Brewers Hill itself is beautiful - it's a fairly new building that is located in Canton. All the layouts we saw were beautiful. I also loved the movie theatre and the outdoor swimming pool area. Beautiful apartment complex and so glad I got to tour it!

Yelp
Regrettably, my experience with porter brewers hill has been marred by numerous disappointments. In September, a fire incident in my unit forced me out of my home until repairs were completed. Communication from the property management during this time was virtually non-existent, leaving me in the dark about the status of my unit. In December, I was shocked to receive a call from the property manager claiming I owed a balance, despite not being informed that my unit was ready for re-entry. Upon my return in January, I faced further challenges. The lock to my apartment had been changed without notice, and obtaining access proved to be an arduous task. Upon finally gaining entry, I discovered that essential fixtures such as light fixtures and bedroom carpeting were missing. This lack of basic amenities made the living conditions uncomfortable and unsuitable. To compound matters, I was served with an eviction notice that had been mailed to my apartment, even though I had been provided with the wrong key to the mailbox. Overall, my experience with porter brewers hill has been deeply disappointing. The lack of communication, inadequate amenities, and administrative mishaps have left me feeling frustrated and unsupported as a tenant. I strongly advise prospective renters to exercise caution when considering this property until significant improvements are made in management practices and tenant relations.

Yelp
The amenities look appealing but they're always broken or have parts missing. Additionally the management staff is incredibly incompetent. Maintenance will receive work requests but will then mark them as complete without doing anything so its nearly impossible to get anything maintained. When we first moved in there were ants everywhere and neither maintenance nor pest control ever came to help us fix the issue. Fast forward a couple months and water is pouring from the fire sprinkler onto my floor, It took Maintenace 12 hours to show up. The worst example of incompetence I can point out is that for the last few months their has been a broken pump (might not even be safe) in the fire system that causes very loud noises and vibrations constantly that are annoying and keep us awake at night. It took me 2 weeks to finally get the chance to voice my concerns to building management and when I did all she could do was tell me she was new and that she had no knowledge of any of these issues but she also immediately refused to do anything about it. She was unwilling to take some money off rent or provide an answer on when this issue will be fixed. I personally will never live here again or pursue living in any building managed by Avenue5. If you have any interest in this building id highly recommend you consider literally any other option.

Yelp
Expensive parking, disorganized mailroom system, noisy HVAC & thin walls, staff is selectively responsive. Overpriced. See photo for huge bug I saw in my shower twice in a month! Looks like my review on Apartments.com didn't get approved. I see that they pay for that perfect rating on that site.

Yelp
Porter Brewers Hill has seen a lot of changes to common areas as well as the team. This community is very dog and human friendly and is located in the heart of Canton.

Maddy B.

Yelp
After a year living at the Porter, here are few helpful things to know! 1) You will (guaranteed) not get many of the packages you order due to an extremely disorganized mailroom system. The leasing office does not care or reimburse for these. Last week, a $300 package was stolen from the communal package room and I can't get the leasing office to even respond. There were about 10 other packages that were opened, so clearly someone was in there shopping. I sent pictures to leasing, but haven't heard back! :) 2) The hallways in the second building are not air conditioned and it gets HOT. It's always nice to leave your apartment and get a good sauna sesh in before stepping outside! 3) The garage gates rarely work, allowing strangers to enter the Porter through the garage. (see #4) 4) If crime happens, the leasing office will not inform it's residents. There was one instance this December of armed man hiding in the garage (found via Citizens app). Although the cops came, no communication was sent out to residents... at all. This also goes for fire alarms! If the leasing office is closed, be prepared to wait hours for the alarm to be turned off. This is especially fun in wee hours of the morning! 5) The outdoor TV's don't work. Other than that, the location is awesome and the apartment space is actually really nice (when it's clean).

Yelp
I'm not sure where to even start as every interaction I had with the property management company was a nightmare, or just go check the Better Business Bureau website for everyone's horror stories about living here. But things first started with me when I signed my original lease, I went to go set up Xfinity and Xfinity had told me that someone was living in the apartment I had signed a lease for and would not be moving out so I called the office and they confirmed that was true. (Meanwhile I was supposed to move in the following week) I wish I would have taken that as a sign I shouldn't live there. They were extremely unhelpful at finding me a new apartment and said the 67 page document I signed wasn't a lease until I moved in. After numerous calls/emails to the office that went unanswered, I finally was able to get ahold of someone and they told me they would look into it. 2 days before I was set to move in they finally were able to find me a new apartment and the day I moved in, they sent me the new lease to sign in the morning. While this was going on, no one was reaching out to me for anything, I had to call/email several times before getting any type of response back. There were other problems that arose that had these same communications tactics from the property management company. Fast forward to moving out, my lease was up on August 5th, I responded back to the rent renewal letter sent by management the same day I got it saying I would be moving out on August 5th and tried to confirm they understood this numerous times via email. I got no response, so I went to the office to confirm they had me moving out August 5th and they would update my August charges to show the prorated amount till the 5th, which they confirmed. I moved out a week before and confirmed again they will be doing this, but this never happened and still hasn't happened. When someone finally reached out to me they said they didn't receive my emails as there was new staff (there's always new staff) even though the emails went to the main email for the leasing office and received an email the same day about renters insurance from one of the emails cc'd on the emails I had sent. They also stated that since I moved out a week early I was "breaking my lease" which I informed them, that is not what happened at all. Right now, things have not been resolved and they are trying to charge me for a full month's rent in August, even though everything clearly shows my lease ends August 5th and I previously confirmed with them they had this as my moveout date. I have been reaching out to them for 2 months trying to clear things up so I can move on from The Porter with no resolution in sight. I wish I would have never lived here as the amenities do not outweigh a complete lack of communication from the management company. I am hoping that by posting this review, this issue can FINALLY be resolved.

Yelp
I have lived at The Porter since Oct. of 2019. I rented their largest 1 bedroom option and I'm pretty pleased with the size of the space. My only 2 complaints about the interior would be that the blinds are super cheap and that they fall off all the time (they are quick to repair them), but they fall off if you touch them wrong. The other thing is the hardwood floor. The only time it looks good is 2 min after its been cleaned. It shows everything whether you wear socks or not. Lastly, what prompted me to write this is the fact that the hallways are littered with trash. Residents just leave their trash in the hallways for the concierge however between the PM team changing constantly and whoever is in charge not regularly sharing or enforcing a policy, no one understands how it works ALSO no one is picking it up! It smells awful! Also, forgot to mention that the garage door has been broken for weeks and my neighbors back window was smashed and a Jeep Grand Cherokee was stolen out of the garage. For $2000+/mo you shouldn't be getting this. Pay up for one of the newer spots. So glad to be outta here.

Taylor H.

Yelp
I started out liking the porter when i first moved here and honestly the only good thing about it is the nice maintenance staff. There is not security about this place, the garage gate is broken all the time and although you pay $100 a month for secure private parking, anyone can get into the building. I parked my car on the 6th floor and left it unlocked for one night and the next morning my car was ripped into. I do not feel safe at this building. Our apartment has had ants on the 6 th floor, the mail room is a mess and when I asked the leasing office to help me with a package they offered not help. I do not recommend living here.

Elizabeth C.

Yelp
I contacted The Porter because I was interested in a tour of the available apartments. There were a few things that occurred that made me concerned about the attentiveness and availability of the staff: 1) While I was waiting in the foyer for the leasing agent to get the keys to the apartments we were about to go see, one of the current residents who was also in the foyer said that he was "not allowed in his apartment" for several hours because the carpet was being replaced and that no one had notified him that he could not enter his apartment for several hours. 2) When I asked to look at one of the apartments I had seen available online, I felt rushed by the leasing agent who told me I could go see it with her "really fast." 2) One of the units I wanted to see was not available to view on the day I visited. I emailed the leasing agent email address the evening I had visited and asked when it might be available for me to see. My email went unanswered. I called the leasing office the next day again inquiring when I could see that unit. My call went to voicemail and I never received a call back. After these experiences, I did not pursue living at The Porter.

Jen D.

Yelp
I had a horrible experience with the Porter. I lived on the bottom/street level. My place was infested with mice the entire length of my contract. Many of the apartments on the street level had a similar issue. They did send out an exterminator each week to remove the dead mice from the traps and set new ones, however, they were unable to resolve the issue from continually occurring. I had mice droppings in my cabinets, all along the baseboards, on my furniture and clothes. I had lost my job so I felt trapped into staying for the length of my lease. The property manager and front office turnover continually here. They are not responsive and just downright rude. They treated me like I was inconveniencing them with my problem. I had told a friend not to move in due to how I had been treated and next day received a call from the interim property manager threating eviction and legal recourse if I didn't shut my mouth. Also extremely thin walls, ceilings, and floors, you constantly hear stomping, running and loud talking from surrounding apartments. Leaks with heavy rain storms. Nothing about this place is luxurious.

Yelp
Coming to the end of our second 18 month lease. This building is not a place you want to live. Since being here management has fluctuated and has gone from absolutely unmanaged (----/piss in the hall from dogs, trash not picked up, broken grills/TVs/Games) to much better but many things are still broken and residents still let their pets relieve themselves in the halls but maintenance, myself or other residents are quicker to clean it up. Since covid the management has been uninterested in addressing any safety requirement aside from putting up hand sanitizer and a few signs in the hallways for masks (occasionally sending out a soft toned reminder email). Gyms are still unenforced on wearing masks, and management seems to not care about safety in the most high trafficked area. Parking garage gates are constantly broken so anyone can come and go whether they live in the building. The pricing is not much better than surrounding buildings and currently you'll be paying for the three available amenities year round, when we came here these were free to use but now you'll be paying hundreds to rent the club room or the waiting room for a limited 6hr party (can't use it all day) and $75 just for 4 hours in the theatre (which is usually not set up so you'll be spending an hour setting up the sound and video depending on what you're trying to do). No one uses these that often because of that. I'm sure next season the pool will be restricted to paying for access. The only saving grace here is the maintenance team, when we request something to be fixed in our apartment they're usually early and do a great job. While the overall staff have been pleasant to work with their policies made by the property owner that they have to enforce are ridiculous and generally their caring attitude to your face results in lack of attention and interest when you leave the room.

Yelp
I've lived at the HBH for a year and a half. My experience has been fairly unpleasant. I have been driven to move out by the following factors: *Extremely thin walls, ceilings, and floors - I constantly hear stomping, running, and screaming from the apartment above me. This has affected my sleep, my work, and my sanity. I have reached out to the front office who has not been able to enforce the rules of the lease and quiet down the neighbors. *Dirty hallways, elevators, and staircases. Often times there are smells of urine accompanying stains and filth. *Doors to get into the building are often broken and unlocked, leaving the building unsecured. *Poor parking - no overnight parking for guests, and; my car was towed from the garage despite having a garage parking sticker in the back window. The front office again didn't offer any help when that happened. *High rent costs. For the amount I pay, I shouldn't have to deal with the problems I've listed above. Save your money and live somewhere better.

Yelp
LUX·U·RY: Noun. The state of great comfort and extravagant living. The Porter Brewers Hill (formerly Hanover Brewers Hill) is marketed as a luxury apartment complex. While it has great amenities and the apartments make a great first impression with their high ceilings and nice finishes, there is absolutely nothing luxurious about the thin walls. How thin are the walls? As I type, I am listening to my neighbor upstairs practice his guitar....for the third day in a row. The same notes over and over and over again. I also know way more about his and his girlfriend's/wife's personal habits than I ever wanted to know. I think they would be equally disturbed to know that I know when they go to work, when they come home from work, what time they usually go to bed, when they are doing laundry (or otherwise using water), what time they usually get up on the weekends and when they have company over. The neighbor to one side of me likes to blast his music so loudly that when my elderly mother was recently visiting, she and I could no longer carry on our conversation. This is in spite of multiple warnings from the leasing office in the two short months I have lived here. And then there was the singing below me that came up through, and was amplified by, my bathroom sink. (I addressed that directly with the aspiring singer and it has since stopped.) It's really disappointing because I look around and think it's such a beautiful home. I really want to like it here and wish I could stay long-term. But home also needs to be a sanctuary away from all of life's other stresses, not a contributor to it. Luxury? Porter Brewers Hill does not live up to the definition.

Yelp
We love it here! We're NYC transplants. The building is modern and well maintained. The staff go above and beyond. You can pay rent and make service/maintainance requests through thier online portal. Easy living.

Sete N.

Yelp
Please don't pay for parking permit for this building cuz you are going to be very disappointed...Many cars in garage with out of state license plates without permit in garage and outside on the street .Before signing lease please make sure about this issue...you need to make sure this apartment management respect your money too .

Yelp
We've lived here 1+ years and have continued to renew our lease. The location is perfect with Canton Crossing and Merritt across the street! Attached to the building is an Italian deli and market, a spin studio, yoga studio, GNC, nail salon, dry cleaners and more! The Porter plans events with the other residents which is nice to be able to meet others in the complex. Maintenance is always very quick and the leasing office is extremely helpful. We have nothing but good things to say about The Porter!

Yelp
This place is a dump. Building is nice with great amenities unfortunately they can never be used. Pool appears to open to the public and often doors are propped open and random people from neighborhood arrive. The aftermath on weekends is a nightmare with trash filled throughout the entire building. The courtyard is a local neighborhood party and guests access is not monitored. Although the cost is high, the building has potential to be great. I do not recommended this place to anyone unless you enjoy an expensive trash pit. Read other reviews as well they are all true.

Lived here 1+ year and it's wonderful. Having a parking garage is the best. The gym and pool are great amenities to have. Office staff is helpful and friendly.

Yelp
Unresponsive leasing office, followed up for over a week regarding "Welcome Letter" and something in writing to confirm my reservation. They never followed up however they did cash my security deposit of $200. I continually called and finally got a hold of someone to make an appointment to visit and clear everything up; however, the leasing agent LaKindra took someone else at that time and requested I view the apartments by myself (she was the only person at the office). I also arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment and waited 20 minutes for her to finally come back to the leasing office, just for her to suggest I take a tour by myself. So after walking around by myself for a half hour, I returned to the office where LaKindra was still with other potential residents. Doesn't even acknowledge me. I finally gave back the keys and left, I rescinded my reservation (if there ever was one) and requested for my security deposit back. There are nicer buildings in the area and management companies who actually care about their residents/potential residents. Not worth the aggravation.

Chris K.

Yelp
I feel obligated to write a review of this building because in looking over the reviews, I think there is some funny business going on. Notice how all of the 5 star reviews are by people with only 1 or 2 reviews of places? Hmmm.... I lived here briefly in corporate housing a while back. I could talk about the furniture discomfort and such, but that is really related to that separate management company (Bridgestreet, who was very good), not the actual apartment complex management (Hanover). While I was not there long enough to attest to certain aspect (like towing or poor pool maintenance), I can certainly comment on the structure. As many other reviews have stated, the walls are paper thin. You can hear everything everyone around you is doing. The trash areas are limited, most likely very far from your apartment, and always overflowing. The garage gates break at least once every two months, and if you live in the South building like I did, the walk from the garage to your apartment is a long one. Additionally, its not even enclosed on the bridges, so you go inside, then outside, then inside. A plus side is the location and proximity to the shops and restaurants... which can be a double-edges sword because traffic can get a little congested. For the amount of money you are paying, take a look at Gunther or Domain, or go over to Fells. Or buy a house.

Yelp
I've been here for almost a year now and have no complaints overall. Great location (I-95 & 895) amenities, pool, outdoor grills , community activities , safe place to live, and above all great management staff, especially Kenny Goldberg. I'll call this home for one more year!

Alex Z.

Yelp
It used to be amazing when we first arrived. Now, it has completely fallen apart. They pride themselves on being dog friendly but dont allow dogs in any community areas. The new management is awful. The pool was dirtier this year than any year's past. The doors have all been broken and there was actually a homeless man on one of the couches one night. Just not worth it anymore.

Whitney C.

Yelp
I spent five and a half years at the Porter and loved it. Maintenance was responsive and fast, and when Tabitha joined the team as the manager for the property I saw a huge change in the experience there. Please consider the Porter for your home, it took me five and a half years to leave and finally buy a house!

Yelp
I had a matter of a few days to find a place and move to an entirely different state for a job opportunity. Not knowing anything about the area, let alone anyone. Kerrie and the ladies of HBH made my transition smooth and easy as possible. I really appreciated it. The communication is impeccable. They honestly never miss a beat, even the maintenance team is amazing and very prompt and polite. The neighborhood itself, is very clean, and quiet. The convenience to do shopping and dinner is definitely a 10. I am so happy and satisfied that I decided to put my trust and live in such a marvelous area. Hanover Brewer Hills has not disappointed:).

Yelp
Terrible. Staff is not willing to help and when you ask for something such as a simple work request they look at you like "why are you asking US to do this". There is constantly trash around the grounds, no sanitation wipes in the fitness center, and the garage gates are a nightmare. The staff is quick to tell the tenants what they need to improve on and what rules they need to follow but things aren't reciprocated.

Yelp
Wife and I have been living here for a year and we are astonished that the management and staff can't get their act together. The place itself is nice, however, there are a laundry list of rules about the common areas that are obnoxious at best. Then to top it off, my wife's car was towed while parked in the PARKING GARAGE THAT SHE PAYS FOR. It's kind of unbelievable actually that a place so expensive can't do the little things right. With so many alternative options, my recommendation is that you take your time to seek out the best of the best. Hanover will charm you with their pool and club room, but those fringe benefits fade away and at the end of the day - all anyone wants is great staff and a safe environment. Very disappointed.

Laura G.

Yelp
TERRIBLE! I would NEVER recommend this place! I've lived in Canton for over 10 years. This is the worst place I've ever lived in! The leasing office has no clue what is going on! Expensive rent, but don't worry, your car will get towed (even though is has proper tags in the window), you can NEVER use the common area, the garage doors never work. (my cars bumper is destroyed) The leasing office changes every day. Who knows who works there and who does not. From renting out rooms, from getting my car towed, getting my cars bumper destroyed, from elevators not working, from having unintelligent people run the office....oh, and from losing my packages - I had to save documentation on who signed for what package, otherwise I never would have received it. Also have drunk staff members (Discussing during so-called tenant events about dating meeting married men... Jen)...the list continues. Worse place EVER---and yes I had the college and graduate school experience... They do not care about REAL Americans...those who served and/or lived here their whole life. From moving in, to moving out, terrible experience ---thank goodness I do not live there anymore. Do yourself a favor, the amenities may look nice, but you can never use them. (Also they told my fiancé that they shouldn't fix anything because the tenants break willl just keep breaking them --in regards to grills). The manager, Amy, has no experience or interpersonal skills. Oh, if you invite her to your party, she will break the rules for you (screw the rest of the tenants, you should have invited her to your party). STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE UNTIL THE HANOVER MANAGEMENT PUTS COMPETENT PEOPLE TO MANAGE IT. FIRS TIME I EVER WROTE A REVIEW.

J V.

Yelp
When we moved in, we had high hopes for Hanover Brewers Hill, but things have been going downhill steadily. While the building isn't even a year old, there are many maintenance problems including numerous leaks and issues such as mice. Carpet is stained and coming up in the hallways, and overall the community has a "beat up" appearance already. In the summer the pool area is clearly out of control, with no acknowledgement by the building's management. Most of Canton arrives at what now appears to be a city pool with loud pool parties going into the night on almost every weekend through the summer. The individual apartments are nice, but the noise from our neighbors above is unbearable. Due to the wood construction (not concrete), you can hear every step. Neighbors are loud and screaming in the hallways in the middle of the night. Bottom line - it's not worth the high rent. There is no 24-hour concierge unlike every other luxury building in Baltimore. It's loud. The build quality is not good. Neighbors treat the community like it's a 24-hour party place. Check out Union Wharf or The Gunther instead.

Yelp
I've been at Hanover Brewer's Hill for just over two months, and so far my experience has been fantastic! I relocated to Baltimore for a job opportunity, and had very little time to spend apartment hunting. I had a short list of four buildings to check out when I was in town, and the staff at HBH made the decision an easy one. I worked with Mildred and Jackie, who both were incredibly patient and accommodating. They both seemed to really love the community, and were happy to answer all my questions - and coming from out of town, I had A LOT of them. Every time I stop by the office, the staff greets me with a big hello and Mildred still asks how I'm adjusting to the neighborhood. The community is kept really clean, and the lobby is beautiful. The only amenity I've used so far is the pool, and it is gorgeous! Plenty of chairs, and very clean. I definitely recommend this community! It's a great luxury option in the Canton area.

Yelp
This place is horrible. The people who run this place need to be fired. Rude, Lazy,, the worst I've ever seen. The management is incompetent. The building itself is nice. The amenities are nice, but the people running this place are very shady. If this place had a professional management team running it, it would be a great place. Hey Target, Harris Teeter, if you are missing shopping carts, go look in the Hanover's loading dock. Almost all the tenants have complained about this to management, but we either get ignored or they make excuses that the culprits are foreign residents and don't know any better. Hello, if they don't know better you tell them that they are braking the law. Stealing shopping carts is illegal! Instead, they direct their maintenance staff to put the stolen shopping carts in their loading docks so tenants can use the to move in or out of the apartment. Not a joke and not exaggerating. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. I tried contacting the Hanover Group, the owners, just to ask them to come her for a while to observe how their beautiful Luxury apartment is being managed. For mail, I had to get a P.O. Box. Could not rust them. They lost, misplaced, broke so many items that I could not afford to have anything shipped there anymore. The list goes on and on. All is because of the staff there. If this place was managed by bozzuto, it would be incredible to live there. Right now, I'm just waiting for my lease to end to get the heck away from these people. Oh, trash on our side, we are the furthest building, they may or may not pick it up which makes the entire floor smell. Again, complaints go unanswered. We just had friends move out. They charged them for work that they did not do and coincidentally, the work done was equal to the rent deposit and the pet deposit. Wow, what are the chances of that? I live next door, they never did the work. I told my friends to contact a lawyer and sue them. I say check in a year or so and see if the reviews get better before deciding to move in here. If the same manager and staff is still here, go next door to the Gunther or the Domain. Stay away from the Hanover.

Yelp
This was an amazing experience touring this building. It's beautiful. Great location. And the management was courteous and Gracious looking out for our best interest. The manager Jackie Caron was wonderful. She was so enthusiastic and willing to bend over backwards to find us what we want! Customer service and professionalism are truly her expertise! We can't wait to move in!

Yelp
This place is like living in a Pit Bull music video. The pool is over-run with fist pumping morons in the summer. Then in the winter, you get emails saying that apartments were broken into, peep holes were covered up, and freezers were searched. It's "pet friendly" yet no pets are allowed in the courtyards. And there's a murderous parking lot with small, murdery patches of grass for your dog to go on. Parking is impossible because no matter what, that absolutely crooked towing company they use will get your car sooner or later. And oh, the 6th floor of the second building has, a "trash room" This room is where you go to... put your trash in. There are no dumpsters. It just sits on the floor. This CANNOT BE HEALTH CODE OKAY. Also the architect that designed this fortress of horror should be kicked in the shins because it makes zero sense. The elevators are miles from most of the apartments, the stairwells are strategically placed in strange places on one side of the building and basically you'll get lost and die, if moving in hasn't killed you yet. So ya. Pass on this one friends.

Yelp
This place has such potential and started out great. However for the money that this places asks you to spend, you would think the office staff would be more helpful. They are rude and have NO CLUE what is going on within the building. They don't get how to go about running the place and do not repair things when they break. Of course after two years a couple grill handles get worn and replacing!!! We pay $2,000 + a month to live here, those things need to be repaired. Regretting our decision to continue living here. The place is experiencing a rapid decline.

Yelp
Great place to live. Great amenities, nice staff at the front desk, and overall quiet and comfortable. No place is perfect, but I will likely be living here for another year. My girlfriend and I are both young professionals and feel comfortable with the environment and quality of our surroundings. A little pricey, but you get what you pay for.

Yelp
Look, overall the place is good and, I think, getting better. I have noticed a positive change over the last few months in the leasing office and their attention to detail, under Ashley's stewardship. They've been open to conversation about how they can make the experience of living there better. Just recently, we had a situation specific to our unit where management demonstrated flexibility and were willing to work with us on, when they could have said no. While there are still some drawbacks (noise travels through the walls and floors/ceilings easily, so get a top-floor apartment if you can...no concierge/security desk...trash pickup around the whole property could be more timely), I would say the pros still outweigh the cons. I was originally going to go 3 stars since we shouldn't have to be worrying about that stuff with the amount we're paying, but I'm throwing in an extra star to acknowledge the efforts of the current staff and to encourage them to keep up the progress.
