The Postcard Cuelim

We returned back to Postcard Cuelim within a year of our initial stay for our wedding celebration and booked the villa for our family as the events took place in the grounds of Postcard Cuelim. It is because of Pandurang and his team that we had decided to host our event there and wanted to share the great experience that we had with our family and friends. The villa is located in a quiet setting and the Portuguese architecture surrounded with lush greenery made it a perfect setting for our event. Team of Postcard led by Mr. Pandurang are so very welcoming, go out of their way to accommodate the requirements of guests and deliver exceptional service always with a smile - especially Vishal! We would definitely come back to Postcard Cuelim in future.

We were lucky enough to have the privilege to return to this most beautiful Portugese house. Even better was being greeted by some of the staff who were there in January 2025 when we last visited. The service by the staff is nothing short of superb. They are genuinely kind giving people and take it upon themselves to make you as comfortable as possible . The food is amazing. Breakfast is a feast and the evening meals are a delight. They will basically make you anything you want. There are some fantastic walks around the hotel - all easy - a mile to the beach, which itself stretches as far as the eye can see. You can choose to walk through small villages, paddy fields etc. You will be greeted by the friendliest of locals. Love this place and will definitely be coming back! Thanks to the whole team for making our stay so special.

This year over Christmas vacation we decided to try out the Postcard Hotels. Having travelled all over the world we were intrigued by the vision of the founder and this new concept and offering for luxury vacations. ||||You really must treat yourself to this experience! We received exceptional service and enjoyed the creations of premium chefs at each of the four venues where we stayed. All in Goa: The Postcard Saligao, The Postcard Mondavi River, The Postcard Cuelim and The Postcard Hideaway. Each location was a gem, each a unique and curated location for a quiet and relaxing holiday. Cuelim was a quiet beautiful estate surrounded by rice fields on one side and tall palms on the other side||||The property and ambiance of each place is unique. Spa services were available at two locations. These were delivered with a wonderful balance of professionalism and tailored personal care, leaving a comfortable and refreshed feeling. I will definitely take advantage of this again. ||||Rooms were all spacious. Views were amazing. Beds very comfortable. Overall a delightful experience. Looking forward to visiting some of the other Postcard Hotels in our travels.

The Postcard Cuelim is an exquisite, intimate retreat with only a handful of rooms, creating the rare feeling of staying in a private home rather than a hotel. This refined and highly individual concept is truly exceptional and unlike anything we have experienced before on our travels. Tucked away in a very quiet location, the hotel offers complete tranquility, while taxis are readily available and affordable. A nice small village is in walking distance. The food was excellent, and we especially appreciated the thoughtful recommendation for a beachfront restaurant with breathtaking sunset views. The rooms, like the entire house, are beautifully designed, and the service was outstanding. Our sincere thanks go to the entire team for their exceptional hospitality, warmth, and attentiveness, which made our stay truly memorable. We wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone seeking peace, privacy, and understated luxury.

We loved the Postcard Cuelim. Set in the most magnificent old colonial mansion full of beautiful antiques and character. Service was impeccable. We loved the food - some of the best we’ve enjoyed in Goa and towards the end of the holiday we appreciated the variety of dishes with both Indian and Portuguese influence. The hotel arranged a driver to take us to Panjim so we could visit the Fontainhus area and Old Goa. He was incredibly professional and ensured that he knew where to pick us up, liaising so well with our walking tour organiser. We also loved the sunset sundowners at Utorda beach a few kilometres away. Also enjoyed time by the beautiful pool set in the gardens. Thank you to the team. This was our third Postcard hotel of the holiday (Saligao and Netravali) and we loved them all. They are all so unique but with an overarching dedication to quality service.

We were incredibly thrilled that a room became available at the last minute at The Postcard Cuelim. What a gorgeous 350 year old heritage building in Goa with incredibly spacious rooms and absolutely beautifully designed and thought through. But what makes the place so exceptional is the service, the manager Pandurang and his team went out of their way to make the stay a true highlight. Can’t wait to visit all the other new postcard hotels opening up!

Phenomenal hotel, super quiet and exclusive experience. Gorgeous old 350+ year old house, stylish old fittings and finishes. All day breakfast is awesome. Terrific service by Vishal and Ritvik and special mention to Charith as well. Definitely going back to this one and has put Postcard firmly first on my list of hotels to check when I’m traveling next.

Such a special stay in an extraordinary oasis of charm in this rural location of Cuelim. It is a beautiful property in an historic house. ||Only 6 very comfortable bedrooms, each with their own charm, all with a little outside area and ours looked out on to the many acres of paddy fields, beyond their lovely garden and colourful lush plants and palm trees. ||The Staff were outstanding, discreet while being so attentive, super helpful and located us taxis for our various trips out. Helpful restaurant suggestions etc.. ||The food was outstanding and a lovely menu to explore, particularly the chocolate ganache with passionfruit sorbet…. ||Just close enough to the beach by bicycle although they weren’t the easiest ones to ride!
