The Pour House Bar and Kitchen

All I can say is meals were 10/10, the steak sanga was like nothing I’ve ever eaten - so tasty and such a unique flavour. Service was quick and staff were friendly. My partners fish and chips was equally as good. Generous serves. Thanks guys!

Wow awesome place for dinner, we got the meat platter for 3 people and it was awesome, filled us all up plus leftovers we took home, staff are super friendly and great atmosphere. We will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our meals, drinks and service. The fish & chips was the best ever, that batter was to die for! The Korean chicken was a real winner too. The guys and girl behind the bar were great as well. Will definitely visit again soon as we are locals and appreciate the effort as this busy time of year. Thanks!

Wanted a pub feed, but drove past this place first on the way to the pub. Glad I stopped in here, really nice atmosphere, and friendly helpful staff which goes a long way. The staff recommended the Rib eye on the bone which exceeded my expectations. Beautiful steak with cowboy butter. Not cheap but worth it in my opinion when the kitchen knows how to do it properly. My mate really enjoyed his chilli pasta. Smelt delicious Will be coming back here again.

The meat platter is quality. Took a while to cook but so worth the wait! The meat is tender and flavourful with heaps of chips. Super happy, can't move now but will be back for sure. Highly recommend!

The atmosphere was great but The pasta could be nicer. It was nice and thick but needed a bit more salt. Most of the people in my party liked the food but others were disappointed. Overall, we were happy with the experience.

We have eaten here 3 times now and it’s been perfect every time. Food is delicious. Service wonderful and friendly. Wish we could keep it a secret but won’t happen I’m sure.👍

I don’t know what I was expecting but it was better than I could have expected, the fried chicken flights is a great idea and even better delivery. Staff are friendly and accommodating and not just robots clocking in and out. Only constructive criticism was one of my pints of Guinness wasn’t served in a Guinness glass (that’s a sin) but I’ll get over it. Can’t wait to come back, keep up the good work

20 customer limit and it's still bar service ? Every customer has to go To the bar and make unnecessary contact with the staff. I really can't understand why they wouldn't take one order and one payment? Instead of 9 orders and 9 close counter interactions. It's pure laziness. When I raised my concerns with the bar staff they just rolled their eyes. I won't be back, despite a recommendation for this place. So disappointing.

If were talking strictly space, then I think it's pretty cool. Relaxed vibe and a great balcony beer garden that captures a bit of Dunsborough beach as well as the town. Hard-wood and faux-grass make up the decor and there's a neat little alcove for more intimate lounging inside. By way of food, it's your typical pub grub, pizzas and steaks and on Wednesday nights they do a Burger + Pint for $20. The experience I had with a simple bowl of wedges however, was enough to turn me off trying anything else on the menu. They were very undercooked and wayyyy over seasoned. Just about inedible. All in all, it's definitely worth a visit for a lazy Sunday Session, a social drink and to maybe catch some live music. If you're a cider enthusiast, I noticed they had a good selection, with a few names I hadn't heard before.

Good pub grub, pizza was very nice, green salad crisp and Duck Confit moist and succulent. Excellent fare to go with their large range of beers and ciders. Relaxed setting, no bookings, just turn up. This is Dunsborough, it is not fine dining but with a simple menu it hit the spot after driving down. Deserves more than 3 stars!

I attended The Pour House on Saturday night during a running retreat on the weekend. There were 14 of us and this was the perfect venue for such a large group. You can't book but there were plenty of tables available when we arrived. We also called ahead to give them a heads up we were eating there. Food across the table was great, everyone was happy with their selection and the menu is divided between tapas, pizza and a few main dishes. I chose the Beef Burger, to be honest I didn't expect too much but is was one of the best burgers I have had in recent times. All of our meals came relatively quickly and all around the same time which for a table of 14 people is no mean feat. If you are a beer drinker this is the place for you, there was more beer on their beer list then I have ever seen in my life, at any bar, and if it wasn't on the list on the menu then it was on the chalk board above the bar. My only gripe was the bar service was a little slow, this may be due to the fact that you order and pay for food at the bar as well as order drinks, there was no table service. If you do find yourself in Dunsborough this is definately a place to check out for a sneaky pint of meal! I will certainly be heading back here when I am next down south.

Nice bar just a little closer to the beach and away from the main shopping area. Alastair the manager is so friendly and helpful and easy going, something some of the businesses are missing in the area.

I attended the Pour House during the Easter holiday. As a busy weekend it was understandably crowded. I was quite impressed with the the prompt bar service. I also ordered the 12 hour smoked brisket and I received this within a reasonable waiting period. I sampled a number of beers as well. A great variety of beers available. The staff was great.

Oh my god!! I have never seen so many imported and local beer choices. This place has every beer you can think of. And some of them are upwards of $50, but from what I understand these are the larger style bottles which would serve a few people, if you can convince your mates to go thirds in one. But a little bamboozled by the selection here. I really like beer, but how do you know what you would like to try when there is over one hundred different types available?? Oh and the fireplace was really nice too. There is also an upstairs balcony type area.

This is a nice quiet hippy style pub, there is an abundance of beer to choose from, but if that's not your cup of tea then they also have a variety of ciders to choose from. Considered staying for a meal but unfortunately I couldn't find annoying on their menu that appealed to me. The waiter was very knowledgable so this was the best part of this venue for me

Not bad. Decent atmosphere, good beer selection, and pretty decent burgers. Not especially cheap, but not outrageous either. The nice thing is, they're open late. Pretty much nothing else in this town is, so at least there's something half decent to eat past 8-9pm on a Friday. I'd probably give it a 3.5 stars if there was an option for it.

Been here a couple of times over the last few months. Excellent venue, with an outstanding selection of craft beers. Two different menus, downstairs with the usual pub grup, and upstaairs with a selection of gourmet burgers. The burger selection is very good, though over priced, and they do not come with chips, which are an extra $5 - $8, making a burger and chips a bit pricey.
