Overall, it's a pretty cool museum with local artifacts and also worldwide examples of similar artifacts. Lots of stone tools, axes, points, pestal grinding bowls etc. The young lady who gave the tour was super friendly and helpful. Although we booked the private tour to be conducted in ENGLISH, they somehow weren't expecting us and could only offer a tour in Hebrew. My son understands but I do not. I saw everything I wanted to see while waiting on the tour to begin, and after a 1/2 hour of hearing descriptions in Hebrew, my 3 1/2 yr old son was not interested, so we left during the tour. Maybe it was miscommunication from the managers, but I was not very happy to have paid 30 shekals and not understood anything.

A great one room museum. It has world class finds from prehistoric times. I came with my four kids and we all enjoyed the guided tour in Hebrew. They have the actual first burial of a woman and her pet dog.

The guide was super friendly and helpful even though we got there a bit late and close to closing. She was very informative, smart, and knew how to get the right points across about the exhibits. The exhibits show a neat and detailed timeline of the prehistoric man in Israel. We felt like it was a private tour and it was really nice. Would recommend to everyone visiting the area as a must!!!!

Charming little kibbutz museum with local finds, including a woman who was buried with her dog 14 thousand years ago. The guide was very enthusiastic. Has a good view from the entrance.

Informative, special, great guide that gave great knowledge and a lot of care for children. This museum holds some of the area's most ancient findings, dating over 10,000 years old, and also have lots of unique displays from tribal tools from around the world. Worth the trip

Very interesting museum of you like such stuff. A bit pricy since it's small and it's just for 1 hour. It could be more interactive to make it interesting for modern kids. I liked it very much, my kids (6 and 10) listened with interest for half an hour, then told it was boring (but still listened).

Hidden pearl of the North! World class Paleo museum with collection that includes over 120K authentic items from Paleolithic periods. The museum staff is extremely knowledgeable, kind and helpful. They are making guided tours every hour or so and share deep knowledge of the subject. It's great for adults, young adults and kids of all ages. Must visit on your next visit to the Golan!
