This place was fantastic! Way more spacious than I thought it would be. Very secure. We only stayed one night but would have happily stayed a week or two as the bed/pod was so comfortable! Convenient location, near the subway station. Friendly staff and well organised business. Nice atmosphere at the check in area. You get slippers, tooth brush, tooth paste and a towel. Shower area was nice and clean and well maintained. Price was good - worked out at about 30 euro each.

It’s a great location. Lovely pods, super comfortable with just enough space. Super clean and always new towels and very friendly helpful staff The only downside is you have to leave the pods from 10-16:00 and it can be a bit tiring if you just want to go and have a lay day. Toothbrushes don’t need to be replaced everyday. It might be better if you get it from reception. I ended up with 8 toothbrushes but I of course gave them back.

The facilities are clean and well organized. The bedding in the room are surprisingly comfortable. The staffs are friendly and can all speak a little English. There are private lockers for guest to use, just ask the reception. The view out to the city is nice as well. Best suited for a night or two and if you’re on a budget. It is located in Ginza which is a hi-so district in Tokyo. You will find lots of brand name shops as well as bars and restaurants not far from the hotel. It is also right next to a metro stop so access to the city is easy and quick.

Prime Pod had wonderful, friendly staff. The pod area was very clean and quiet. Upon arrival you are given a night gown, slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste. In the shower there was shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. They had all the necessary items to have a relaxing stress-free stay. Would highly recommend!

Nice place with lovely, accomodating staff. The view is beautiful and everything is very clean. They've gone to effort to make (women especially) feel safe. I like that there are separate floors for the men and women, but I wish they had more options for couples - maybe even just a larger lounge area. I also wish that the pods had real, lockable doors which would feel a little more private and quieter. If you're staying here I'd highly suggest asking for a bottom pod as the top ones are hard to climb. Not sure if this was a one-off fault but the fan in my pod was very loud and it would get too stuffy without it. The TV doesn't face the bed properly either. Overrall, a nice experience but I probably won't be choosing a pod over a regular hotel soon.

the value was amazing. then location is great. there were amenities that most places I've stayed wouldn't offer. the bathrooms we're clean and my pod was turned over every day with fresh linens, towels and pajamas. for what I paid, my first pod experience was well worth it

Although clean showers and toilets, and a unique experience to sleep in a pod, I wouldn’t return. The pods are stuffy at night and the only way to get some cool air is to leave your curtain open. Other guests came in late last night and made a decent amount of noise, especially opening all of the things you get for free wrapped up in plastic. So much plastic unwrapping after midnight I wanted to scream. Going to the restroom in the middle of the night is a hassle especially if you are assigned a “top” pod. Definitely not the place to stay if you’re looking for somewhere to rest during the day either.

What was good: It's really value for money and safe. You can only enter and exit from reception on the 13th floor and only using key cards. The view from the grand room and reception is great. The place is very well maintained. They give you toiletries, fresh night clothes every day, slippers. There are separate shower and toilet areas. The shower area can be locked and there is a separate area within the shower area to change. The toilets are very clean and modern. The staff is friendly and helpful. Please remember this is a low budget solo traveller kind of option and for that it is really good would not recommend for couples or families. What could be better: There is only one breakfast option hot sausage and coffee. You can exchange coffee for iced tea but that's it. No option for vegetarians. Luggage is stored in a common room and is accessible to all. So if you are travelling here make sure to carry a lock and key for the suitcase. For valuables there is a locker. There are no doors to your Cabins only curtains and once in you have to maintain pin drop silence and can't take calls. But that also improved the sleep quality for me.

Yelp
Cool. Tried it out for the experience. All males are on one floor and females on the other. Toilets and showers are communal but sufficient. The pods are two levels top and bottom like a beehive kinda. I got the top bunk that I had to climb up to, it was a minor annoyance when I was going in and out of the pod. Each pod has just a curtain for privacy so you may have the fear of someone weird popping in your pod, I could never see this work in new york city, you'll likely get robbed in your sleep, or anywhere in America really. You also can hear people snore but the front desk supplies ear plugs. There are lockers around the luggage area and in each pod. The location has many food options. They have a functional wifi. Would definitely use it again if I'm on a budget.
