Enjoy the ambiance of the restaurant! Service provided by Siva & Flo was personal and excellent. The eggplant is creamy & tasty! Especially to mention are the desserts - cheese Kunafeh, date pudding prepared by Chef Zenny are extraordinary and has a pleasant spice kick to it! It offers me a new love for Middle East desserts ! Simply enhancing! 😍😍

We had the set lunch menu. Love the tasty and refreshing pickles, hummus with cashew, pumpkin, mushroom rolls, potato croquettes and chicken sticks served as a appetiser platter. And it’s refillable! We had the lamb Shashuka and fish and chip. The Shashuka is well cooked and goes well with the croissant. Love the dessert which is of good serving portion. The ambience of the restaurant is so relaxing and the pace of food served is not rushed, it’s a good hangout place to catch up. The server is very attentive and kept topping up my cup of sparkling water

Took two views of the sharing platter. The set lunch was really worth it. You get to try the sharing platter where it’s refillable of all the bite size appetisers. All so good. The mains were lamb shashuka and pulled duck burger. So yum. Dessert was berry cobbler and spiced carrot cake. The food was excellent, service great and ambience nice. More people should frequent this place. Quiet during brunch. Maybe nighttime would be crowded with the drinking crowd.

This is a bit of a late review but I came here with my SO for our anniversary dinner which we reserved online for. We came a bit early, and had a bit of trouble finding the place as it was kinda hidden away. When we finally found the place, we were quickly shown to our seats. Their service had just started but somehow I got a bit of a forced friendly or somehow condescending vibe from the staff, which didn't feel very nice. The atmosphere though, was great, the decor was middle easterny and it felt like they were going for a bit of a myserious arabic vibe with the music they were playing. The lighting was also quite romantic and they had these small candles on each table that looked real but were just lights. We then proceeded to get our drinks, a Baklava Milk Punch and an off the menu drink recommended by our server; a Banana Cocktail. Both of these cocktails were quite special, they really fit the middle eastern vibe of the restaurant and we enjoyed them. For our dishes, we got the Grilled Octopus and Arabic Braided Bread for our starters and the Lamb Porter House and Chilean Seabass for our mains. The portion size for the Grilled Octopus was really small, it surprised us, especially at that price but taste-wise it was not bad, it was tender and the sauce it came with was savoury. For the Arabic Braided Bread, we decided to order it as we saw from another review that it was delicious with the accompanying date butter but to be honest, it was nothing special. The bread had a really lovely texture which I enjoyed munching on but the date butter was disappointing, it was a very one dimensional sweet taste and wasn't very buttery. Then came our Lamb Porter House which I thought was delicious; there was no gamey or earthy taste at all and it was really tender. It was also perfectly seasoned. Finally our Chilean Seabass arrived, it was also to the same standard, very tender, moist and had a perfectly crisp skin on top. However, once again, the portion size was really small. For desserts, we were given a small slice of Chocolate Cake on the house (as I had indicated I reserved this place for our anniversary) and we ordered an additional Classic Cheese Knafeh which I thought was quite average in taste. All in all, it was a great experience but when factoring in the price, it becomes quite average. The dishes I enjoyed were above average but not particularly mind-blowing. Perhaps if we had picked different dishes we would have enjoyed this place more but alas, it is what it is. We would not return again but I would still say the experience we had was enjoyable.

Me and my family visited The Prince restaurant on Dec 31st it is a modern Arabic restaurant located at 48 Peck Seah Street in Singapore’s Tanjong Pagar district.  Formerly known as Fat Prince.The interior design draws inspiration from Arabian desert architecture. The Prince offers a prix menu, starting from S$78 per person, which includes a communal dining experience with a sharing mezze platter, soup, mains, and dessert. The mezze platter features a variety of dishes such as cashew hummus, pumpkin baba ganouj, and smoked date butter, accompanied by freshly baked breads like Malawah. Main courses include options like Romanesco steak, sweet vine peppers, whole Mediterranean seabass, and USDA Prime ribeye. Desserts include traditional kunafe stuffed with pistachio cream and drizzled with rose syrup.  The restaurant also boasts an extensive drink menu. The meal was delicious and MUST VISIT! The food is soooooooooo mediocre The interior decor is beautiful, staff are curt but friendly, and the vibes are immaculate. We went around lunch time and had their set menu, which is essentially like a tasting/sample menu with tiny portions. The dips were phenomenal, the rest of it was just bad. Poor quality, poor flavour, honestly seems like it’s made for people who have never eaten middle eastern food. Hopefully their dinner plates are of better flavour because I cannot imagine why else this restaurant has such high reviews!

We loved the bread basket as well as all the small bites. Didn’t get a chance to try the main course. Excellent service and great place to chill out

Very warm and professional welcome. Super ambience. A fantastic lunch deal. All food were excellent, especially starters and baby squid. However, most kebab options were excellent (fish, beef cheek stew), but some were not so (chicken, jackfruit). But will definitely try the dinner menu also one day.
