Great experience from this hotel – highly recommended! The staff are very friendly, and the rooms are cozy and comfortable. The interior design is great, and even though the hotel is located in a lively area, you can still sleep peacefully without any disturbance. Overall, a fantastic experience in every aspect. Special thanks to Mr. Veysi Dagon – he is an absolutely amazing person! 👏👏

I stayed at Hotel Public for a few nights and really enjoyed it. The service was great, breakfast was full and tasty, and the location was super convenient. Our rooms were clean and comfy , we had two rooms and both were in great shape. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel!

We stayed at The Public Hotel in Istanbul, in the Istiklal district, and my family and I truly appreciated the kindness and professionalism of the hotel staff. All the young gentlemen at the reception were very kind and helpful, which made us feel really welcome. A special mention goes to the Restaurant Manager, whom we met every morning at breakfast — always present, smiling, and attentive. The hotel is also very well located, close to all transport lines, and taxis can come right up to the hotel’s entrance. Thank you for your kindness, everyone! I will definitely recommend your hotel to all my relatives and friends who plan to visit Istanbul.

The location is prime and the service was great when we visited the hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful, very responsive. However the room we were in was very small for a twin room, it was difficult to go around to the bed by the window without stumbling my legs of the wooden bed frame corners. The mattress was good and firm but I just wished for a better pillow. The breakfast had lots of options but free coffee was not drinkable to be honest. I was glad that there was an espresso machine at the reception where I could buy my morning coffee. For the price we paid I think the room was not full value. Cudos to the designer we liked little details like unique light switches in our room.

Very good hotel with excellent staff. When our first room had a bad smell, they immediately changed it for us, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was tasty, location is perfect near Istiklal, and the linens were very clean. The room, bathroom, and toilet could be cleaner, and I would prefer if the toilet door closed properly and there was better ventilation. Also, some outside noise can be heard at night. Still, overall it was a pleasant stay and I would recommend the hotel.

We spent 4 nights and after other hotels this was a great stay Reasonably central to most services if you don’t mind a 5-10 minute walk either uphill or downhill. There’s also a vintage tram line on the Main Street. 1 min away. The room we had was double double glazed and was soooo quiet. We were on the corner of the building facing down the side street towards the main hustle n bustle street. Ships and bars and cafes all open till very late. We opted for breakfast included. On offer was a good varied selection breakfast, cooked, cereal, breads and meats salads and cheeses.

I booked this hotel in my last trip to istanbul. it was about 15 minutes away to Canadian visa centre and that was my main booking reason but now I am so pleased to say that it was a great experience. The staf were very friendly and they all were fluent in english, the rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good for a 4-star hotel. The location was also good, it was very close to isteklal avenue. Actually it was a little crowded around the hotel but I liked it and I enjoyed the cozy clubs and resturants nearby.

Location wise, it's pretty good. However, for the price we paid, it didn't really deliver. No spa, no facilities, etc. We only got the breakfast, which, to be honest, is good and diverse. Room service isn't really the best but not bad. Plus, our room happened to overlook the street, which meant we could hear every noise. There was no noise cancelation, really annoying. Would recommend for a short stay, not a long one.

Yelp
My first visit to Turkey& as recommended by a very good old friend I jumped up at the opportunity to stay here,a perfect place to be located centrally surrounded by all brands and an easy access to the pedestrian streets. No need to take cabs for short shopping splurges,by walk you can explore around. This hotel has a very interesting history and now that they have given it a very modern chic ambience,it stands out from the rest. This might seem like an exaggeration but the place has a special aura about it,the atmosphere is very friendly which is attributed to its staff which is readily available for assistance. The mesmerising scent takes over you as you enter the lobby and finally the room.I would def opt for it if I plan to visit again.
