The Quarter

The only positive thing I can say about this hotel is that the pool was nice. Other than that, the stay was a total disappointment. The location is mediocre at best, but the biggest issue was the quality of the hotel itself. The rooms were unpleasant and lacked basic amenities. To be honest, they were simply dirty. The overall level of cleanliness throughout the property was very poor. Service was another disaster. The staff looked exhausted and acted like they were half-asleep, showing zero interest in helping guests. On top of that, the food was very poor quality. I definitely do not recommend staying here – there are much better options in Pai for the price.

Such an amazing place. The room was gorgeous and the pool was so so beautiful and serine. Beautiful location with an additional free taxi. We used it once which was so convenient but it was so easy to walk into the main town too. Breakfast was delicious, a mix of western and Thai which was fantastic. We had a bike accident and they were so thoughtful and kind to us. Which we really appreciate 🫶 thank you to this hotel and the wonderful Thai culture and the community in Pai.

The hotel complex was the most beautiful we stayed at during our entire trip to Thailand. Very clean, cozy rooms, fantastically designed and beautifully located. Lots of amenities such as free bicycles, shuttle service to the old town (which is also only a 5-minute walk away), plenty of fresh water, etc. The pool area is very nice, completely peaceful and you feel very comfortable there. There are two drawbacks: the rooms are very noisy, and you can clearly hear any noisy neighbours. The biggest problem is the breakfast: the selection is good and varied, and the fruit is delicious. However, all the warming containers are deliberately left open, which means that all the cooked food (scrambled eggs, spaghetti, sausage, curry, chicken, everything) is always cold. Why is this done? It makes no sense and really doesn't taste good. This is a shame and detracts a little from an otherwise perfect stay. All in all, 4.5 stars.

We really enjoyed it here. It was clean and the room/ bathroom was lovely. The biggest issue we had was that the ground floor room was exposed with windows all around, facing the pool and the activity outside. So perhaps some nets would help to add privacy without having to close curtains and be in darkness. We were hoping to stay another night as it was great, but they were unsurprisingly booked out! Booked 2 rooms of twin bed. Rooms were clean, firm mattresses, great shower pressure. Great breakfast! Really enjoyed the pork porridge and the many fruit varieties. However to note, the toilet window is fixed open, so cool wind will enter the toilet, making it super cold and unbearable. The aircon has no heater function so can be really cold in the room. If want to come during the cold period of Nov, do take note.

This was very good value for money. Location and grounds are awesome. Rooms are perfectly clean and equipped. Pool is great. Breakfast lovely. Staff helpful and kind. Would stay here again 100%.

The pool was clean, the rooms were spacious and clean. The housekeeping staff were very friendly. The location was not far from walking street but you do have to get on a shuttle bus to get there which is handy and they can also collect you if you call them and give notice. However, during our stay there was a lot of maintenance going on around the properties which created quite a lot of noise during the day time which made it difficult to relax by the pool.

Friendly service, only a 7-minute walk from the center, and the hotel also offers a shuttle at any time. Beautiful view and spacious rooms. The downsides were quite a lot of mosquitoes in the room (on the second night we found out there’s a device to keep them away, which helped), and the breakfast didn’t have much variety. Overall, I still recommend this hotel.
