Outstanding location they at the same time is quiet for sleeping and getting quality sleep! They offer a free service to the closest train stations during the day, and a cheap transfer to the airport if you need it (compared to taxi or grab). Service is great and they’re super helpful for everything, overall very good English level, and they have a lot of options to enjoy, from the pool to a very big gym, with massage and spa options as well. Also they offer laundry services and there are coin machines for using if you want. We got the cheaper room and let me tell you, it was HUGE! The hotel is not new, but it is spotless and well-maintained. It is a great option if you want to enjoy Bangkok, and there are a lot of I dining options walking distance, from high end to more cheaper places, all very good! The only “bad” things were the noise you get from other rooms if they’re loud, as the walls are a little thing (but no noise from the outside, which is great), and the poor internet all over the hotel but in the bar area, so if you’re planning on working, go to the commons across the street or camp at the bar! Great place in terms of what you get for the price you pay!

One of the worst experiences of my life... I consider myself a regular customer of this hotel for the past 6 months, I have stayed here at least 25 nights. ||On August 30th, before check-out time, I called the reservation department to extend my stay for another night because I was feeling unwell and needed rest, so I could not check out. ||Around 10 pm, I went out for dinner. When I returned around midnight, I found out that my key card was no longer working. I went to the reception desk to ask for a replacement key card. ||The staff immediately asked me to pay for the new room. By around midnight, I was unable to pay because the online banking system was down. I asked them to let me pay when I checked out. The staff refused my request and forced me to leave the room and pay them immediately without any explanation. When I asked to speak to the manager, they refused, saying that all the managers were off duty. ||||They then proceeded to tell me that they would call the police if I did not pay 270 baht, which I could not do at that time due because my online banking is not working.||||They refused to let me in the room and then called the police. Then 5 police officers came to the lobby. They asked me what happened. After I told them what happened, the police looked confused. I asked why they were there, what did I do wrong, No one could answer my question. The only reason the hotel staff called the police was because I refused to pay 270 baht. ||The staff insisted that I pay the 270 baht and leave immediately, so I had no choice but to do as they said. Luckily, one of the hotel security guards who understood my situation offered to help me by lending me 270 baht to pay at the front desk. ||They then forced me to pack my staff and kicked me out of the hotel at 2 am. I ended up on the streets, sick, shock on what just happened, and with no money to go anywhere at 2 am. I was never taught that hotels would do this to their customers. Even the security guard who was helping me was shocked by what the receptionist did to me.

Hotel is in a great location right near the BTS and MRT with a complimentary shuttle to and from both although its not mentioned and we found out about it from tripadvisor reviews. Reception staff (apart from Joseph and Wave) don't really speak English and struggled to understand what we needed. Wave and Joseph were great and gave alot of advice about the area and all questions about where we wanted to go.|The room (two bedroom executive suite) was massive and spacious - air con very loud. The one room only was ready on check in (inconvenient but we managed). |The rooms are dated - overall on first glance seem great but have not been maintained. eg the tap on the shower fell off when using, the one tap on the basin dripped continuously. The cupboards etc lots of space but need a revamp and modernisation. Fully equipped kitchen.|Great pool and gym but we were told by reception that the pool is open until 10pm - came back after a long day out ready to swim but lights were out by 9pm and i have to tell the staff that the pool was open until 10pm - they argued.|Went to use gym and sauna in the morning - sauna was not on and staff could not work out how to get it going.|Breakfast OK - very Asian - but with an egg station. Several chipped plates in the dining room.|Overall an Ok hotel in a good location but needs modernising and staff need alot of training.

I’ve stayed here twice now, and both times were excellent. The hotel is perfectly located in central Bangkok — just a short walk from Lumphini Park, yet tucked away in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood in Saladaeng. There are plenty of great local and international restaurants nearby, and the area feels both safe and convenient. The rooms are clean, well-designed, and vary in layout, which makes it easy to find something that fits your needs — all at a very reasonable price. The air conditioning works well (important in Bangkok!), and the beds are extremely comfortable. Some rooms even offer stunning views of the skyline and Lumphini Park.Breakfast is tasty with a good variety, and the staff are truly outstanding — always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help with anything you need.Highly recommended whether you're in Bangkok for business or leisure. I’ll definitely be returning again.

Close to Bangkok Central. Has shopping centres close, along with small traders. Many small cafes and restaurants within a short walk. Rooms are quiet and comfortable. Water pressure in the shower is very good along with heat in the hot water system. The gym is very well equipped and has personal trainers if required. The pool is on the ground floor, is cool on a hot Bangkok day. Saunas are aviation in the gym areas of the male and female toilets. The spa is upmarket, prices are reasonable and the service is very good. There is a laundry for personal use, and the hotel does arrange for laundry to be done for you. Breakfast is very good with a large buffet style. Dishes are varied daily and the choice is very good. Overall an excellent stay.

The biggest let down is there’s no consistency. I’ve stayed in this hotel numerous times in different types of rooms and found issues to be varying throughout. Things like cleanliness, fixtures/fittings not working and even bed comfort type. This visit I thought I’d try the “Penthouse Suite”. It’s a generous sized room with a good living/dining/kitchen/bedroom & balcony on the top (19th) floor. Unfortunately the room itself had numerous problems. It started off with light switches not working and not being able to see the writing on the digital thermostats (which also read the temperature incorrectly, meaning you freeze if you leave it on too long). I advised the front desk about this and they did fix the light switches but not the thermostats. The next issue the sound from the lifts. All day & night you get a constant whirring sound from them. Sometimes loud, but always there in the background. After a night of no sleep I went to the front desk again and asked them to move rooms. There was “no availability” in the other suites, but they were happy to downgrade me to a worse/cheaper room with no compensation. I told them that, if they gave me 1 free nights stay to make up for the night I’d lost, I would accept. I thought this was fair, but they rejected this and offered me a discount (off their standard prices) on my next stay. No thanks. Back to the room I go and other issues such as ants, the fridge not shutting properly, the cleaning being half done, bed being rock hard, water not being replenished (even after requested) and the room entrance door security lock not working, reared their ugly head. In the other rooms I’ve stayed in there’s always been minor issues, but none this bad. And the bed thing is perplexing, as it’s usually softer than this. I can’t understand why the hotel has different types of bed depending on the room you choose?! Also, the buffet breakfast has been steadily getting worse as the visits have gone by. I’ve given it 2 stars because I genuinely think this hotel is good value for money in a great location, if you get the right room. But after paying the most for what should be the best room in the building, I feel thoroughly let down and am not sure I will return again.

Stayed 4 nights at Quarter Saladaeng on May. The hotel is actually quite nice with great amenities like a big pool, gym with a huge stretching area. Breakfast is also very nice with lots of selection on both Western and local Thai food. It also has a great location within walking distance to shops, malls, restaurants and street food. The only negative is the pool that is too deep. In summary, nice hotel with great location and adequate amenities.
