The Quarter Saladaeng by UHG

Great hotel which I would come back to. Some negatives but overall it was a fantastic experience. Location is fantastic, right next to Lumphini Park, in a calm and quiet neighborhood. I recommend trying “The Commons” which offers plenty of nice food and drinks options with great live music at night. The rooms were large, clean, and had a beautiful view. However they are a bit old, and ours sometimes had a bad musky/sewage smell, but turning on the A/C was enough to fix it. The breakfast was great, with a lot of different options that were different each day: hot foot (Thai food, scrambled eggs), cold foods (including a lot of different cut fruits and pastries). Facilities are great. The gym is a full gym with plenty of machines and weights, I was very impressed. The gym also had a sauna. The pool is 1.70m deep and beautiful.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The property itself is very beautiful, with a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout. My room was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and perfectly organized — exactly what you hope for when traveling.||What really sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff. Everyone I encountered was genuinely friendly, attentive, and consistently helpful. A special mention goes to Wave, who delivered outstanding service throughout my stay. His professionalism, kindness, and proactive support made a noticeable difference and elevated the entire experience.

Stayed for 7 nights in the one bedroom premium suite end of Nov 2025. This is my second stay with the hotel. The room consists of a small kitchen with dining area, a living room and bedroom. The room is really outdated with few power points for charging your devices especially in the bedroom. However cleanliness is maintained, the staff did good cleaning daily. What i like is there is a fully equipped gym with sauna, limited but good and sufficient breakfast for you to start the day, friendly staffs and good location. You can walk to Park Silom, One Bangkok and Dusit Central park from here. To go central park, you can cut across from the open air carpark at Chu U Liang building to save some time. What i do not like, dated design and old room which needs upgrade, aircon too cold and cannot adjust, I have to off the bedroom aircon and blast the one in the living room.

The location is very good, close to both BTS (6 mins walk) and MRT (5 mins walk). Great restaurants, several of them Michelin recommended, are nearby, as is the Silom gay quarter. The hotel is clean and well maintained, and staff are generally very courteous. They have an affordable airport-drop taxi service (600 TBH) which we took advantage of. I would stay again while visiting Bangkok. Our room was spacious and perhaps the only room with a terrace (10th floor), which was great—BUT it had a television set suspended at a weird place, and we kept hitting our heads. We thought of changing the room for this reason, but we liked the terrace too much! The hotel bar is not very functional, but since there are many places to eat and drink nearby, this was not a big deal.

This hotel truly has an outstanding location, making it perfect for exploring the city. We found it incredibly convenient for visiting all the main sights. ​The staff deserves special mention—they were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our entire stay, making us feel very welcome. ​The hotel itself is functional and impeccably clean. My stay at Quarter Saladaeng by UHG was amazing! The hotel boasts a well-equipped fitness center, perfect for those like me who want to maintain their workout routine while traveling.The hotel also provides essential amenities such as complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the property. The rooms are designed with guest comfort in mind, featuring modern decor, comfortable beds, and a range of in-room facilities, including a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and a well-stocked minibar.For dining, the hotel offers a restaurant serving a variety of delicious dishes, from breakfast to dinner. The on-site bar is a great spot to enjoy a drink and socialize. With the hotel's staff providing excellent service,they assisted with everything from arranging transportation to offering helpful recommendations for local attractions. Overall, i was satisfied with my stay and would be staying here again when I’m back in bangkok!

Basically, the hotel is very clean and breakfast is good. The well-trained staff is professional. The price is reasonable and the location is also great because it's close to the downtown. But there are a few critical issues about the room. First, the bathroom tends to be soaked especially around the toilet. because there's a gap on the hinge side of the door. Second, the drain is slightly blocked and the water drains slowly. Also, there are loud sounds the other side of the wall. I think the walls of this hotel are extremely thin.

Hotel customer service and breakfast was top notch... Room is still above average but father time has definitely taking a toll on its appearance and functionality... We had to change rooms because a toilet kept malfunctioning... That and a weird smell in the room and hallways (nothing air freshener couldn't fix) and lights that didn't work .... The gym, massage area, and courtyard area (pool, sauna, sun bathing area and playground) is ridiculously nice. Between the inhouse bar and coffee shop, you could have the potential for not leaving the premises. Despite the minor problems... We'd definitely stay again. 🫡 Thanks to the hotel staff once again for such awesome customer service.
