Based on reviews and the visit, the quality depends on what’s on. I got to see selected paintings from the local competition: some explores interesting concepts and social reality, some are mouthpieces. All skilfully drawn. All in all, depends on your interpretation of what is art and the current exhibit, it can be a meh to exceptional experience 50baht, cash/online transfer with QR code only

I’ve been traveling for 6 months around Southeast Asia and this was actually one of my favorite art galleries I’ve visited. The art is so vibrant and captivating. The museum was not crowded at all and super affordable (50 baht). There’s three floors and I might have gone back a second time to look at the art again if I had more time in Bangkok. Would definitely recommend if you are an art lover or looking for hidden gems in the city.

A small gallery with a rotating selection of mostly contemporary Thai art. Cheap admission, clean bathrooms, kind staff, and good AC. Not crowded at all. Definitely worth a visit especially on a hot day.

Great experience, welcoming staff and beautiful exhibits. Tales of history expressed on the first floor. We'll worth it experience, do check it out if you enter Thailand

If you look at previous posts here, you can see that there are some interesting exhibitions. But when I went there, the shown exhibition lacked artistic demands as well as curatorial standards. In my opinion, the "art" on display had a purely decorative function and hardly any deeper meaning. The theme was transience, but it was treated in a superficial and clichéd manner. In the entire three-story exhibition there were maybe 5 works that were somewhat interesting. A lot of it was really horrible kitsch. However, the purpose of the institution seems to be primarily to sell the works and not primarily to provide cultural education. I hope other exhibitions on site are more sophisticated.

One of the very attractive sites for art exhibition lovers. Entrance fee 50 Bth. All staff are very friendly and warmly welcoming as well as helpful. No other tourist people in the gallery, while we enjoyed spending our time together. So impressive!

A small gallery in the city center, where now, in September 2024, an exhibition of religious works is taking place. There are many very original paintings, it is worth visiting. But on the second floor it is unbearably hot (although the other floors have air conditioning), much hotter than outside, you will have difficulty looking at the paintings because you feel unwell.

A small but interesting art gallery. I explored it pretty much on my own. A nice place to see a different side of Bangkok.
