Stopped here for lunch recently with family while traveling. Quite a nice pub/restaurant/hotel. The pub is smaller, low ceilings and wooden bar - classic English style. Smaller lounge off to the side as well. It opens up in the back to quite a large room with high ceilings and natural oak.
Decent selection of local ales and lagers. A few wines by the glass as well as gin, whiskey and such. Good was very good. Generous portions. Chips were excellent, crispy on the outside. We have ham, pulled pork, a bacon and Brie sandwich and a burger - everyone cleaned their plate. I would definitely recommend it.
