This past weekend one of the valet drivers decided to forget how to drive and mess up my AMG GTS. I have been to the Quin multiple times before this, but this is the first time I drove myself. and clearly you can see that was a horrible idea, I figured a luxury members only club would be able to handle luxury cars, boy was I wrong.
The valet and director of operations promised they would take care of this and make it right the next day. They submitted a claim and they are sending me $1,200 dollars. $180 to fix these rims, and the rest to find an original bumper (they dont make this car anymore), get it shipped here from Germany, have it all fixed labor wise, and then also having to wrap it again.
Let alone keep in mind the effort and time this is going to cost me. If you value your time and your belongings, be careful.
Extremely disappointed in how a "luxury club" handled this. Claim was filed, and now its just another ordinary insurance process to be held.
