I came here to learn tennis and have visited a few times. The service has been consistently slow, and the counter staff weren’t helpful in explaining details like the day pass or membership. They simply handed me a paper with little clarification. On another visit, they kept everyone waiting without acknowledgment, despite no other visible customers.
That said, the tennis instructor is fine, and the courts are good.
Important to note:
- There are two tennis courts:
1. One in the main building.
2. Another (Courts 5-7) located at Samitivej Hospital’s parking building on the 6th floor. You’ll need to take the stairs up from there.
- The staff at the second building is much more helpful.
From what I understand, booking the tennis courts can be quite challenging. Luckily, if you’re learning there, the instructor can help with the bookings. Also, be punctual because the courts are often fully booked for the entire day.
You can also borrow a tennis racket for 120 baht per session, which is convenient.
Overall, apart from the service at the main counter, everything else is good.
