The Randolph Hotel Oxford, a Graduate by Hilton (Oxford, Oxfordshire) Verified Reviews | Tablet Hotels

"In the United States the Graduate hotels exemplify the classic American college experience, from football-focused state schools to Ivies. It’s only fitting that the Randolph, then, would partake in Oxford’s deeply historic elegance. Here the style is classic but the colors are turned up to 10; where some Graduates feature semi-ironic sports bars, this one is home to a proper restaurant with an Alice in Wonderland theme." - Tablet Hotels

Wonderful stay in a beautiful hotel. I loved the Alice in Wonderland lamps and overall decor. The room was a bit warm but I appreciated being able to open the windows a bit. The bed was luxuriously comfortable, which I greatly appreciated after days of walking. The front desk was fantastic. Thank you!

Visited Oxford and stayed at this hotel in 2019 with family, when it was part of the MacDonalds Group. It was part of a special birthday celebration back then and I had brought my mum, aunt and sis along. I was keen to revisit Oxford after my mum recently passed away a few months ago. I had the fortunate opportunity to come along with a very close friend of mine and we chose to stay here for a night and visited the sights of Oxford over two days. Ideally situated in the heart of the city centre itself. The hotel staff were so accommodating and went that extra mile for us given the special circumstances of our visit. I dealt with Pan initially over the phone and whilst there, Kunal and Mahesh who also looked after our every need. They were able to assist us with a room upgrade to a junior suite with a view, a concession on a spa visit and provided many small items of memorabilia for us to take away. We had a lovely breakfast in The Alice and the lady who served us had a million dollar smile and was so warm and welcoming. The hotel has been beautifully refurbished and rebranded to an excellent standard. It was indeed very luxurious!. To anyone visiting Oxford, I would say look no further and come and stay at this wonderful hotel, 5 star hotel with a 5 star service, you will surely love it like we did!

A wonderful experience!||Not cheap but we were lucky enough to be upgraded to a suite, which was fabulous. Lovely hotel, efficient friendly staff.||Breakfast was busy, we had a short wait for a table, but the offering was superb. Hot and cold options, pastries and fruit all available for you to help yourself. Coffee made to order, hot and strong.||Faultless!

My wife came from Oxford and always dreamed of being able to stay at the Randolph when a kid. It didn't let us down. Everything you would want from a traditional British hotel - elegance, style, attention to detail and lovely welcoming service from almost everyone (female receptionist not so happy in her work!)|We were upgraded to a Deluxe King which was a lovely, large room. Very comfy bed, really quirky, but stylish, decor and lovely attention to detail.|Public areas were lovely - had a drawing room and a "Morse" bar - both comfortable and elegant. Position is ideal to see the colleges and the town and is directly across from the Ashmolian - ideal.|We had breakfast in the Alice restaurant - beautiful restaurant with amazing chandeliers - and the breakfast was excellent in variety and quality. Again excellent service from the people in there.|Would definitely return and staying in August - pretty good value for money!

Usually stay here when in Oxford. Love the furnishings of the rooms and the character of the hotel. The check in is easy. We were able to access our room earlier which we appreciated. The breakfast is average buffet style. They do make excellent iced soy lattes. The bar has considerable character and warmth but unfortunately is under staffed. The one bartender has to service the bar area in addition to a separate room at the other end of the hotel. The bar is counter service. There is very limited food choices for the evening so be prepared to eat before hand. The location is central to everything. Be aware there is no gym. Also did a treatment at the spa….not the best service and something to avoid.

A Day as an Oxford Student The hotel is located right in the heart of Oxford, making it very convenient to reach famous attractions as well as the train station. The architecture and atmosphere are classic, elegant, yet warm. The rooms are clean and well-kept, with daily housekeeping service. The food reflects traditional English style, especially the English breakfast which is hearty and authentic. Considering the quality of service and the overall experience, the price is quite reasonable. Overall rating: 8/10

We had such a fantastic time in this beautiful hotel full of charm and character. From bar staff to reception desk 100 percent excellent service. They could not do enough. Room was so luxurious bed was comfortable too. Also the breakfast was delicious in the beautiful setting in Alice restaurant. I can’t wait to return back to this lush hotel.

This building is beautiful and the Graduate gave it its touch that made it even nicer. I had a big and quiet room, the only downside was the mattress which I didn't like at all. Also it was in the new wing which is far from the main entrance (reception) and it is a maze, but I didn't get lost. Right in the heart of Oxford, a few steps away from all the amenities of the city. Excellent service, everyone was kind and helpful. The breakfast is super good and the restaurant where it is served it is stunning, with its high ceiling, chandeliers and beautiful bar taking you back to the old days. I had dinner here and food was truly amazing, classic with a twist.
