Our stay at Ravenala Attitude was a mix of many positives alongside a few operational and housekeeping issues worth noting. On arrival, our pre-booked hotel transfer was missing, but after contacting the hotel the issue was quickly resolved. Our driver, Fasil, was excellent, professional, and welcoming.
Unfortunately, our initial room was not clean and required a deep clean, which reception handled promptly and efficiently. During the stay, we experienced daily sightings of rodents around the resort. While we understand the open-air, riverside setting, this may be off-putting for some guests.
The standout feature of this hotel is its staff. Across all departments, service was genuinely excellent. Our housekeeping attendant was outstanding, the laundry service was the best we’ve ever experienced, and food & beverage staff were consistently attentive. A special mention to Ki Shan at the beach.
Dining was mixed: Riviera and Lime were exceptional in both service and food quality and were highlights of our stay. Mozaïk offered good food but was very busy, repetitive at breakfast, and challenging for guests with food allergies due to cross-contamination risks. Management did respond positively once concerns were raised.
WiFi was excellent throughout the resort, the spa was fantastic, and upgrading to All-Inclusive Executive is highly recommended.
Despite a few hiccups, issues were addressed quickly and professionally. No hotel is perfect, but the team here genuinely cares and that makes all the difference. We would happily return.
