The Ravenala Attitude Hotel

We had a great family stay here. Garden view room was a good size with good bed linen and comfy bedding. The towels are not great- a big worn. The soap and shampoos are terrible so bring your own. Great activities for kids and families. Did the all inclusive and we enjoyed the variety, a good offering of fish, salad, red meat and curry. The fresh build your own salad had a lot of those mini-fruit flies which isn’t my best. Good gluten free offering. Yea and coffee not the best. A choice of 7 or 8 restaurants, we lived the chicken wraps available at the street food kiosks. Great beach section, very friendly staff, I am sure we will be back. Madam Ming restaurant was great.

We had an awesome and memorable time at Ravenala. Lovely good with so many varieties, my favorite remains TabaJ where we get local food. Rooms were so nice and clean. Staff members are very friendly and helpful. Entertainment staff are really fun!|A big thanks to Kevin and Anousha from entertainment, Pawan and Avinash and other waiters were excellent. Grateful to Videsh for making our stay memorable.|Highly recommended!

We had an excellent day at the hotel! The service was wonderful, and the aquagym entertainment was simply amazing. A big thank you to Anouska and Kevin – this duo was so entertaining and really made our day special.|Lunch was delicious and very well served. The restaurant staff were mostly friendly, which added to the pleasant experience.|That said, I’d like to share a small but important note: a smile goes a long way in customer care. Unfortunately, some staff members seemed welcoming only to tourists, while we Mauritians felt as though we were disturbing them. Please remember, we paid for this experience too.|On the positive side, the kayak team was extremely friendly and helpful – a real highlight! However, there was one staff member who was constantly on the phone, showing little interest and no smile, which was disappointing.and also whenever we are asking about something, your staff should be more precisely give good information and try to help the customer.|Overall, despite these small issues, it was still an excellent day and a memorable experience. 🌸

Fantastic resort, my family and I had a thoroughly relaxing stay. A special shoutout to Kishan, who served drinks on the beach with such friendliness - it was the perfect way to start our mornings. Our favourite activity was the Mauritian cooking class at Kot Nou. Vickram is such a bright and lovely person, we really felt like the service at Kot Nou was personal and special. Chef Bharathi and Siven did a brilliant job in the cooking class, they showed us how to make some brilliant dishes that we are looking forward to re-creating at home. We massively enjoyed the water sport activities, there was such a wide variety of choice. Finally, shoutout to Sobrun at the towel desk, who always had a smile on her face.

2nd trip to Mauritius and 3rd Attitude hotel over these 2 trips now and it has lived up to our hopes and exceeded all our expectations |Whilst each hotel has been different you can tell the care and attention with lively little details and ‘attitude’ with all members of staff going above and beyond and a real credit to the attitude family!|Beautiful settings aside the layouts and and the feel/ambience achieved is also equally a credit to the owners |We will be back I am certain and even maybe the new one next time I’ve seen opening in Zanzibar! |We booked this our second trip direct with the company and would likely do this again as the experience altogether has been superb |Thanking you Attitude hotels for fulfilling our dreams and wanting us to come back!

After a glithch with our rooms, we really enjoyed our 5 days at this establishment. We especially enjoyed the service at the pool bar and the beach bar. Food was good at the buffet restaurant, although a bit confusing because of the (understandable) sensitivity towards all dietary requirements. The other restaurants were great, but we felt rushed due to the fact that they have two sittings in the evenings. We experienced this at another hotel as well. Madame Ming was the best on all accounts. The hotel does need a lot of TLC, but we had a lovely time, and it was nice that we didn't have to book our activities beforehand.

We spent a fantastic 7 nights here and all had a great time. We were a family of 22 ranging in age from 9 to over 60 and all had the best time here, there was a genuine family feel and something for everyone. Rooms were a great size and kept clean throughout. The grounds and facilities were well maintained, everything looks really pretty.The pools were kept clean daily. The Spa was truly relaxing and several of us returned after the first visit, the ladies there are very friendly. Buffet food offered a huge variety daily and the booked restaurant meals were delicious, definitely worth trying. The little snack vans provided fresh snacks daily, perfect if chilling on the beach. Daily entertainment schedule throughout the day and evening was fun and most of our group joined various activities. Updated on the board by Mozaik daily, worth joining in. Boathouse staff were fantastic and even put on an extra glass bottom boat tour to accommodate our group. Huge variety of drinks included and the coffee from the bazaar was great quality. The staff worked really hard to keep our large group happy for the whole time. Any small issues we reported were dealt with quickly and appropriately. Thanks to the whole team, the ones I remember by name that stood out most were Roma, the lady nicknamed "Supplement", Kreshan, Raju, Maeva, Kevin, Annishka, chef Joshua, the other tall chef in Madame Ming and all the staff that worked there, the 2 ladies doing the eggs on the buffet every morning also. You all work so hard and do a fantastic job, we appreciated all your efforts. I highly recommend this place for the location, facilities, value for money and atmosphere.
