If you are into vintage clothing this is an incredible place to do your shopping you can find just about anything that you want and the prices are absolutely incredibly reasonable I highly recommend this to anybody who needs a motorcycle jacket or early jeans or wants to dress like a hooker or need some kind of a costume for a party but this is not costumes these are real clothing and they are really vintage I highly recommend There is no problem with on street parking and for the disabled there is no problem getting in and out of the store Store

The shop has so many treasures to comb through! They have a great selection of vintage medical and dental items, as well as books, patches, old photographs, and clothing. Cool place to shop! Thank you!

What a fun store full of memories from my grade school years. From painters pants to authentic denim jackets (I bought a Lee), this is definitely not a thrift store! Vintage classics everywhere. Worth a trip and a slow mooch.

Beautiful visual merchandising, clothes, jewelry and collectibles. The vintage military jackets are amazing.

Very average *not* thrift store. I share the sentiment of many reviewers, that the staff leaves a bit to be desired. Not a very warm or welcoming environment. The prices are also a bit much and I see many items sitting for a long time. I’d recommend giving your staff a little more wiggle room to negotiate prices. I was able to get the exact same vintage denim jacket in similar condition on eBay for nearly 1/2 the price. I don’t expect you to price match and I’m happy to pay a bit more than online (gotta pay staff, rent etc), but the prices are a bit crazy on some of the items. I mean how long is that WW2 leather bomber gonna sit on the wall at over 300$. It’s been there since I first went to the store however long ago. RE: response from owner There’s no contradiction in my review. I’m saying there is somewhere in between online prices and your prices. I’m saying I would pay more than online but not as much as some of your items. You can disagree, but many of your items are not particularly rare. I prefer to support local business but it doesn’t make sense to pay 2x. I see where your staff gets their condensing attitude from. “I hope you can comprehend this.” Give me a break. If anything it seems like you had trouble comprehending my review. You can not like my review or disagree with me and that’s fine. You don’t need my business and I don’t need your overpriced clothing. Downgrading from 3 stars to one star for the condescending response. Update: The owner appears to have deleted their response to my initial review. Perhaps they realized it didn’t make them look too good.

Raxx is easily one of THE BEST thrift stores that I've ever been to!! You can find plenty of high quality vintage for a fairly reasonable price here for both women and men, even vintage for children! All of the staff there are super friendly, upbeat, and very approachable. The place is always neat& tidy and stocked with goodies to discover, and there are 3 sturdy dressing booths w/ locks on the doors so you may try on clothes in privacy! I give this place a 100/10 and will always be a loyal customer!!

The workers are extremely rude and condescending. They sit there on their phones and don’t assist customers. If you ask them for questions or help, they get mad for some odd reason. It’s almost like they want to rush you out of there as fast as they can. It’s a shame too because aside from the customer service aspect, it is a nicely curated store and the prices are very fair. I just hope they can instill some kindness into the workers because it would easily bring the store up to a 5 star rating.

Update: I reached out via email as the shop suggested in their response to my post. This was on July 3rd. I followed up on Jul 22nd and still haven’t heard anything from them. It’s not a good look. Large space and big selection of sweatshirts, tees, dresses, button downs and western suede jackets. There are changing rooms and friendly staff around the store. I bought a cotton button down for $24 in great crisp condition. UPDATE: upon seeing the shirt in daylight I can see a weird discoloration that wasn’t clearly visible to me inside the store since it’s quite dim in there (see photo). I should’ve been more careful checking the condition but it’s definitely disappointing to see this.
