Placed an order for pumpkin pie pickup and although I haven’t tried it yet, based off the customer service- I have to give it 1 star. Went in, waited to be greeted or helped, ignored. Watched a guy behind the counter just eating snacks and then sit right in front of me and stare off into space. I asked him if he worked there and he completely ignored me. Finally the lady acknowledged me and brought my pumpkin pie. Anyways! The one thing this “American” store doesn’t have is the American customer service 😂 hopefully this 35eu pie is worth the trek and rudeness.

I had the same experience as SSmith. Took all the public transport to arrive to 'closed' sign in the window! No Google update, no website. They had two years to correct this...

Love coming here for a sweet treat, they have a great selection and the staff are always so kind and warming. It is more expensive but it’s understandable given they have to import they’re product

Careful - opening hours are wrong here and on their Facebook story/page . Call ahead.

Google
Thank you so much for the turkey and the pies. Everything was delicious, and made with care. We were so happy to experience an American thanksgiving, while being on a different continent. Will definitely order again.

Google
The only place in Paris to get original Cheerios, the unsweetened kind. Yeah they're expensive but they came all the way from Buffalo, New York.

I love this little (but very packed) shop! Wonderful staff! They have most of my favorite goodies from the US, and I love coming here every Thanksgiving day to get essentials! This year they have literally saved me on the turkey side! I don't have enough nice things to say about them!

Yelp
Wow, this place still exists?!? In the 90's, it was way, way over priced with a limited selection.

Yelp
I went there looking for Thanksgiving type food. No Stove Top Stuffing because I was told "new French law as of June 2023" which doesn't allow chicken bouillon used in it (it's available on Amazon for delivery, though). Also, they only take orders for turkey (cooked or raw), pumpkin pie, etc for the weekend after, not before, so I was out of luck on those, too. Bought Libby's pumpkin, canned sweet potatoes, condensed milk, Lipton onion soup, and cornbread mix, which cost 28.50€.

Yelp
around thanksgiving, i predictably crave for pumpkin pie. and am glad McCoy can help me out. usually have to order a few days in advance and runs about 28€ for a pie. sometimes i'll share, but usually not.

Yelp
While you can find American items that you cannot find elsewhere and they are open on Sunday: they're overly priced (9 euros for Pam spray?! That's over 12 dollars people), their cookies are terrible, and the help is often snooty and holier-than-thou.

Yelp
All of the food is very fresh and the selection is excellent!! I'm not sure of her name but the fetching, blonde cashier who served me was particularly memorable, and reason enough to stop by (if you don't mind my saying so). A fine boutique and a must-see location for all things Patriotic!!
