V.P. Singh at Red Pier is truly a gem — his expertise, professionalism, and warm demeanor made my experience absolutely exceptional. From the moment I arrived, he made sure every detail was taken care of with genuine care and attention. His recommendations were spot-on, and the quality of service exceeded all expectations. You can tell he’s passionate about what he does, and it shows in the way he interacts with guests. I left feeling more than satisfied — I felt valued. I can’t recommend V.P. Singh highly enough; five stars all the way!

Had a lovely stay at this hotel recently! The location was super convenient — close to everything I needed. The room had such cozy vibes; it was the perfect place to unwind after a long day. Comfortable bed, peaceful ambiance, and spotless cleanliness. The staff were kind and helpful throughout. Would definitely come back!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The pool is super cute and was very clean — definitely a highlight. Our room was also great: clean, comfortable and pretty too. I’ll definitely recommend this hotel to others. We didn’t face any issues or hassles during our stay. While the hotel doesn’t have its own parking, there’s a nearby parking facility which worked for us — though that might be a consideration for some.

recently stayed at The Red pier and was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable—friendly, professional staff who went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The rooms were spotless, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Amenities like the pool, spa, and on-site restaurant exceeded expectations, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. Overall, a flawless experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality, comfort, and outstanding hospitality.

Overpriced and Underwhelming – Not Worth It I stayed at Red Pier Hotel expecting a comfortable and well-managed experience, but unfortunately, it was a major letdown. The room was incredibly small, barely enough to move around with two suitcases. To make things worse, the lights kept going out randomly throughout the stay, making it both frustrating and inconvenient. There was no parking available, and despite advertising assistance, we received no help whatsoever—no guidance, no support, nothing. We also had to carry our own luggage to and from the hotel with no staff offering to help, which was quite shocking for a hotel charging this much. The WiFi didn’t work at all during our stay, which is unacceptable in this day and age, especially for travelers who rely on connectivity. As for the rooftop restaurant—while it may look fancy, the food was extremely disappointing and overpriced. Definitely not worth the hype or the bill. Overall, the experience felt like paying a premium for basic (or below-basic) services. Definitely would not recommend Red Pier Hotel.

A close hotel to stay to all the amazing tourist places to visit Budget friendly, the pool is unique and beautiful to spend some time in. The rooms are equipped well enough with the amenities. The staff VP Singh, Hemanth were more the approachable at all times and provided with amazing service through the entire stay. A recommended property for friends and family.

I loved the service provided by the management there. Only set back for me were frequent power cuts. The ambience is nice, there’s a pool where every morning a guy plays flute. And the location is the best part, every tourist place is nearby, and few steps away!!

A Disappointing Stay at The Red Pier My recent stay at The Red Pier was incredibly frustrating, and I would strongly advise potential customers to look elsewhere, especially if you're traveling with a car. From the moment we arrived, things went downhill. There was no luggage assistance provided, which was a real struggle. The room itself was extremely small for the price they charged, making it feel cramped and uncomfortable. To add to the woes, the lights in our room kept flickering and going out, which was a constant nuisance. However, the biggest nightmare was the parking situation. There are no parking facilities provided by the hotel, nor do they offer any guidance or assistance. If you're bringing a car, be prepared to park very far away and pay a hefty price. In the evenings, the police stops cars from entering the area, forcing you to walk a good 15 minutes just to reach the hotel. On top of that, you'll have to pay around ₹200-₹400 for overnight parking, and the hotel doesn't even provide any coupons or discounts for this. Overall, my experience at The Red Pier was incredibly poor. Save yourself the hassle and the extra costs; find a different place to stay.
