The Reef

Food was really good. Unfortunately, service lacked severely. We were a party of 8. It took the waitress over a half hour to take our drinks order. The food took over an hour and a half to be served and came out in batches. It was good food, sadly a little cold. I hope that this was just an off night because we really like this place.

Awesome! The mahi fish and chips were superb and fresh | the tuna Poke bowl fresh deliciously presented with many toppings. Passion mule the best ever!!! It was so good came back for a second night! This place is top notch! Third visit - we loved the place during our one week stay at Jobos! Highly recommend this place, a must!

Food was good but service needs a lot of improvement. The servers were all pleasant but seemed very young, disorganized and lost. Appreciate the 'slow food' sign but this was beyond slow due to cooking with fresh ingredients. It took an hour to get served. This was clearly due to lack of management and supervision. There was nobody in the team who seemed an experienced, grown up, restaurant staff. Owners need to pay more attention to the reviews people are leaving with similar experiences. I used to come here years ago and it was very different.

Venezuelan owned and PuertoRican operated, they are joined with Poke and Bar next door. The menu included choices from both places which was awesome since some people wanted different things; Very convenient !❤️❤️ they offered a bit of everything and the distance to the airport was A plus. The food was decently priced and so were the drinks. Coconut mahi was well seasoned and not over cooked. We also had the fish pinchos and poke bowls, passion fruit mojitos. Amazing.

Great fried shrimp, really big and cooked perfectly. Onion rings were outstanding too!! The mozzarella sticks looked good but they didn't have marinara sauce. Nor did they have cocktail sauce, but I brought my own. Will go back if I'm in the area again

We ate here last year as a big group and had an excellent experience. I was so looking forward to enjoying another fantastic poke bowl, yet the lack of attentive service tonight ruined the whole evening. I have worked as a waitress and bartender for many years and I was floored by the lack of even the basic of service provided tonight. There were three servers for about 12 tables which should be plenty. They were steady, but not slammed… clearly since the servers were constantly hanging out behind the bar chatting, eating and scrolling on their phones. During the over 2 Hours we were there, we had to ask to get served a second beer, they never brought the bottle of water one of us asked for and when we were clearly done and we had refused the offer of dessert, the server went behind the bar and was scrolling on her phone AGAIN. So we had to ask for our check. I hate writing negative reviews, but if I was the owner of Reef I would want to know that the poor service is going to cost you business, not to mention better tips for your servers. I’m here for four more weeks, but will not be coming back to Reef no matter how delicious the poke bowls are. Good food cannot overcome bad and inattentive service.

We had wings for appetizers they were good, but since kiddo likes them more crunchy( for him, it was a 3 stars), but flavor wise, they were good. We had the salmon poke bowl in jazmine rice, (as both restaurants are next to each other they bring both menus), it was delicious. We also had Mahi Mahi pinchos with veggies, shrimp with fries, and spicy crab wrap with onion rings. Everything was delicious, for drinks Moscow Mules, which were right on point. I will definitely recommend it, and will go back for sure. Staff is very attentive, fast , and place is really clean! There's a Wine menu available too!

Staff is super friendly. Had the red snapper. Very tasty. Came again 2 yrs later and had ceviche and pork dumplings. They were amazing
