When you book The Reform Club, you are paying premium prices for hospitality befitting the typical local motel chain. Upon arrival to my room on check-in day, my room was dirty. There were leftover dirty socks from the previous guest, little shaved hairs in the sink and all over the tub, and the sheets were stained with what looked like dried wet spots. I attempted to request a new room, which took the staff almost two hours to accomidate, due management incompetence and the owner's unwillingness to help. For over an hour both the hotel manager and owner accused me of exaggerating, being dramatic, and stubbornly refused to make any accommodations until I threatened to cancel all-together.
The food was also not great. The theme of this hotel seems to be an artificial luxury, where on the surface everything looks and feels exquisite, until you find dirty socks under your bed and/or the cheap quality breakfast food they serve. No different from a continental breakfast you could have at a hotel a fraction of the price.
The one positive thing I can say about the hotel is it's location is close by to the local hotspots. This is pretty advantageous as it means you have an easier time leaving the hotel and its cheap amenities and awful staff.
If you want a place that looks decent from the outside, The Reform Club is great. If you want a clean room and accommodating staff, go anywhere else.
