I had booked my stay at Tunga International Hotel through Agoda for 2 days. We mostly stayed inside the hotel during this time. On the last night, around 1 AM, my sister came by to visit briefly. Despite it being an emergency and a late hour, the staff asked her to leave immediately. I tried to request them politely, but they insisted I pay the full 24-hour charge for her, even though she would have only stayed for 4–5 hours.||||I had booked 2 rooms on Day 1 and 1 room on Day 2. When I explained this, they still demanded full payment just for her to visit. I requested them to allow her to use our washroom for a few minutes. However, within 5 minutes, we received a call in the room asking us to vacate, claiming there were 3 guests. This immediate action, especially in the middle of the night, was extremely disturbing.||||I fail to understand how a hotel in the hospitality industry could act with such rigidity and lack of empathy. I ended up spending nearly ₹25,000 on rooms and the restaurant, yet was treated this way. Very disappointed with Tunga International. I will not be returning, and I would not recommend it to others, especially if you expect flexibility or understanding in emergencies.
