The hotel overall was satisfactory; however, there were several areas that require significant improvement. The food service was extremely slow, with an average waiting time of approximately 45 minutes for a single order. The reception landline remained busy most of the time, particularly during morning and evening hours, making it necessary to visit the reception desk personally for basic requirements such as requesting water bottles. Additionally, bottled water was charged separately, which was not communicated clearly.
The accommodation provided for the driver was located around 3 km away from the hotel and was poorly maintained, unhygienic, and not up to acceptable standards. Moreover, heaters were not available in the rooms despite winter conditions, which should be considered a basic amenity.
Addressing these issues would significantly improve the overall guest experience..
