The Regent Palms Hotel

I had made a booking in this hotel and had made the advance payment. We were 2 adults but we did not have the ID of one person, so we were not allowed to check in and our booking was not cancelled. The staff does not compromise at all. Very bad experience for this hotel.

Hills view, clock tower, Mandi city view -- all are very nice from this hotel, especially from the top floor.

We stayed here for 2 nights and I would say rooms are average. They are very small and windows don't offer much views too. We were kinda disappointed to be honest. Rooms are basic and facilities offered are basic too. We got the bedsheet, pillow covers, quilt covers changed since they were pretty dirty. The service team was quick and responded well. Full marks for the service. That actually covers up for the basic rooms. They have a restaurant and it served good food. We ate only once so cannot recommend much but it's worth a visit. Though cleanliness needs attention. Location wise it's pretty good. It's in center of Mandi Main Market. So if you plan to stay near center this scores high points for that. Parking is available at a paid parking which is paid by Hotel. So that's not a hassle too.

I went to the restaurant with my family for dinner last night. We decided to order some appetizers to start off our meal. We chose a piping hot bowl of soup, a plate of flavorful Manchurian, and a serving of crispy honey chilli potatoes. The soup was absolutely delicious, with its rich flavors and comforting warmth. The Manchurian was a hit as well, with its perfect blend of spices and textures. However, when it came to the honey chilli potatoes, we found them to be a bit lacking in flavor and too sweet for our liking. Overall, we were pleased with the service we received during our meal. The staff was attentive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our dining experience. It was a lovely evening spent enjoying good food and great company.

Property is good. Rooms are fine and neat but need maintenance. Washrooms are clean and good. Staff in property is cooperative polite and well behaved. The thing I don't like is that u don't get toiletries for the price u are asked. Walls of the rooms need paint job. Morning tea was not upto the mark. Rest all is good.

They charged us '5 star prices' but the bed linens weren't even clean. Rooms are good. Situated in a prime spot in Mandi. Very big parking lot is there but have to pay for that parking. Office ambience is very good. But room don’t have good lighting. But it’s okay okay. Rate is very High. The staff was rude. the towels were dirty, even the shelves and tables looked like they haven't been cleaned for a while. None of the staff offered us any welcome drinks like water, nor did they offer to carry our luggage to the room.

Was looking for a good hotel near ISBT mandi, apparently it's the only decent hotel in the vicinity. They say it's 5 star, but it's a good 3 star hotel.

Located very near to the bus stand , almost like 5 mins walk. Building is good but lack proper maintenance. Rooms are smaller without proper cleaning. You can find algae on the ceiling. Beds are not good as well. Bathroom was OK. For a price of 2000, i hoped for better but it's below average.
