The Remedy at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Vail

We really enjoyed our lunch! The scallops were tender and perfectly cooked, served on a delicious bed of lentils. I also tried their signature hot chocolate — sweet like most chocolates, but the presentation was cozy and beautiful. We first sat outside away from the fireplace, but once a spot opened up, the staff kindly moved us closer. The service was very polite and attentive.

The Remedy Bar at the Four Seasons Vail absolutely delivers on those cozy-mountain vibes. The Haute Chocolate alone is worth the stop--it's rich, velvety, and presented with a fun, over-the-top pour that melts the chocolate and playfully drops the huge marshmallow into the mug. The burger (7x Ranch Wagyu Beef, Bacon Jam, Chipotle Aioli, Cheddar, Truffle Fries) was satisfying, juicy, well-seasoned, and not too sweet with the bacon jam. The Seafood Cobb, (Jumbo Lump Crab, Citrus Grilled Prawns, Maine Lobster, Arugula & Romaine, Fennel, Tomato, Blood Orange Vinaigrette) was fresh and flavorful, a really nice balance if you want something lighter but still filling. Overall, it's one of those spots we keep coming back to: great food, warm atmosphere, and the Four Seasons level of service even though it was a little slower than expected this time.

Food: 5 star burger with fries. The hot chocolate was so worth the wait. Get a table by the firepit, no matter how long it takes for you to get seated. It is so worth it. Service: waiter was really nice and friendly. Hosts were very accommodating as well. Views. Pictures speak for themselves. I recommend going at night, the firepit gives it a very romantic and aesthetically pleasing vibes.

We came here for just the hot chocolate and desert, and they did not disappoint. Amazing atmosphere, sitting in front of a fire, drinking hot chocolate watching the sunset. 10/10 would recommend, an amazing experience for Vail Colorado. It may seem pricey but if you think of it as an experience it's super affordable.

This was some of the best hot chocolate I've ever had! It's so smooth and creamy well not being too sweet or sugary. What an experience. My only critique is the price, I'm not sure if one cup of hot chocolate would ever be worth $30 but if you had to choose, this is the one.

We went for the hot chocolate experience. It is worth it for sure. Long wait for hot chocolate. There was no hostess in the area. The wait staff had to host and clear tables. It was very inefficient. Otherwise a good experience

The food was good, so was the hot chocolate but it is very very very sweet so consider sharing with someone. You can’t substitute for almond milk if you’re not a dairy fan but the experience and decor were amazing 💕
