I ordered Black Cloud, Americano, and Burnt Cheese Cake. The coffee is genuinely nice—smooth, well-balanced, and the kind you can enjoy slowly without feeling rushed. Now let’s talk about the cheesecake, because it deserves attention. It’s light, not overly rich, and just the right amount of sweet. You know the kind that doesn’t make you feel heavy or guilty after? Yes, that kind. Absolutely yummy. The overall vibe is relaxed and comfortable, perfect for catching up, sitting alone with your thoughts, or just enjoying a quiet coffee moment. Everything feels easy and well done without trying too hard. I’d definitely come back, and I’d confidently recommend it to friends. Simple, satisfying, and done right.

Great vibes and service, but the food was a mixed bag. While the pesto pasta was delicious and well-executed, the portion size was modest. The churros were nice and crunchy—but the duck confit was a major disappointment, being nearly inedible due to its toughness. To round it out, the latte was weak and the carrot cake lacked moisture. A bit of a letdown for the price.

Came on a weekday 2pm. Was pleasantly surprised they still have table service instead of a QR code. Atmosphere is good with soft lights and Christmas music. They would do well if they extend their hours to dinner. Had laksa pasta and wings as a side, all the food were freshly made and arrived piping hot. Taste wise, I have no complaints too.

Nice cosy cafe. Order the Nasi lemak and added fried squid. Latte too. Food is good. Will try the other items on the menu in future visit. Went during off peak so it is quiet in the cafe.

Had an amazing time at The Replacement Lodge & Kitchen! All the food we had was really good, the vibes and service spot on, and it was such a pleasure connecting a little with Sukee, who has been running this place for 10 years. You can feel the heart and care that goes into the space. Wishing the team continued success and many more years ahead!

Had breakfast here and had the eggs benedict and salmon bagel. Both dishes tasted great! Plating is amazing too. Ordered a tiramisu to finish off the meal, tasted great as well. Coffee is a must try here since they use their home blend beans which tasted so differently that we loved it! Will come back to try other dishes.

Popped by on a Sunday about 1pm, for a cuppa and a snack after lunch.The atmosphere here is very relaxed, with concrete floors and whitewashed walls, and plants for decoration. Space is ample here; the place is not crammed full with tables and chairs. Toilets are clean and wifi is free! The cafe wasn't very crowded, and our orders came within 15 minutes.We got a cappuccino, a Red Ranger (beetroot) juice, and churros with ice cream to share. Our churros were freshly made, with a good creamy vanilla ice cream, and a sort of iffy chocolate sauce. The churro batter was a bit crumbly, and it was not firm enough to wedge ice cream on it. Overall, tasty, but not a true churro per se. Bill came up to RM40. I would come back for the atmosphere, and the juice! Coffee here is made with double ristrettos, FYI.

Ordered a few things on the menu, had the black churros with the salted egg yolk sauce and caramel sauce. Interesting black churros with charcoal like texture, the combination of caramel with salted egg yolk turned out to be pretty good! We also got the breakfast platter with avocados and smoked salmon, it wasn't too bad. Their juices were also pretty good, has the yellow pages and the red ranger. Also ordered a latte which was to standard. The soft shell crab burger wasn't too bad as well, just that the onions were a tad bit revolting. They didn't accept cards which left me a little dumbfounded, had to scurry to change to more cash - thank god for the kind passerbys Deco wise, everything was quaint, nice interior and exterior and dim lighting
