A good service given by the workers of the hotel. Also the food is great with a delicious taste, there is also a bar which serves alcohol at the nominal rates which can be rarely seen into this kind of hotels.

The Residence with its well mannered and friendly staff along with top notch rooms is a must stay. The pool is completely chlorine free and well kept. The gym is also really good. One can never have a single complaint about the food as well. Overall this hotel goes beyond its way to give you ,one might even say a 10 star experience by its standards.

The management and staff at the residency took personally upon themselves to make sure of the comfort of the guests. MR Chetan Rajkat has been extremely cooperative, service with smile and has never shown disregard to any guest whether young,old or teenageHis approach towards hotel management in almost perfect. Ha s the ability to drive the staff towards achieving desired results. Thr food was always a delicious sight and people seem to enjoy- we had wonderful time be it breakfast,lunch or dinner.The staff in the restaurant very humble and polite. Room service always ready to keep the place neat and clean with the aminities that are required Housekeeping equally followed the pattern Once again we must emphasise the leadership provided by Mr Rajkat worth envey God bless all and let the good work continue

The place is not clean.. We cannot give any stars to this hotel. Foul smelling corridors and teared bed spreads.. Couldn't stay for a night though. The rooms have cigar smell. Food is OK and hygiene is not maintained in rooms. The lift closes even before you enter and I have personal experience of getting stuck between doors twice.someone have to come for rescue. They are charging close to five star but very poor.

Bed, bed linen and other amenities in the room are great. They made everything nice, except for odd step to bathroom. May be specific to this first floor room. Unfortunately key card doesn't work so had to be accompanied by a staff to open with master key. Good night sleep for a night though. Restaurant seems to be average.

Good place for dinner, especially when you wish to try a hell lot of things on a buffet. They serve both Veg and Non Veg starters directly from the kitchen. The best thing on the buffet was Mutton Stew. Good taste and the meat was also soft and tender. Staff was friendly and helpful. Service was quick and efficient. Just a suggestion, should add beverages on buffet.

Stayed at the property as a part of a marriage function. The rooms are spacious but the layout of the room (at least where I stayed) was a little awkward. For instance, the dressing table wasn't well lit and the almirah wasn't suitably placed. The restaurant spread is good and the food is awesome. The staff was very courteous and efficient. Lot of construction / renovation work was in progress and was a put-off but I hope that it will be for better. The swimming pool is common between two properties of the same group and us just OK. Drinking water and life guard are recommended as a must. Despite a lot of publicity about non-chemical pool and ozonizer, the water didn't seem to be right. The management needs to deliberately focus on making the property better.
