The Resident Soho

We chose this hotel due to its location and the competitive price for the standard we looked for. We were very pleased with our choice. Location is excellent. Not only for dining, West End shows, shopping but also for reaching Heathrow via Elizabeth line is literally around the corner. We stayed in the Small Double Room and were very pleased with the size and the functionality of the room. Shower doesn't leak a drop. Shower gel, shampoo, body lotion etc from Molton Brown, kitchenette has everything you may need for a pleasant breakfast in the room, TV pairs easily with your phone for streaming, there is a proper desk, lighting, ironing board etc. All is well thought, designed and maintained. It was perfectly clean, too. Staff is genuinely helpful and friendly. We were so happy, we booked another trip. I hope we can get the same experience.

The room was incredibly comfortable, and the service was outstanding. The staff made us feel very welcome and warm throughout our stay. A special mention to Esta at the front desk — she was exceptionally friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. Highly recommended!

Amazing hotel. Lovely and spacious room and clean. Unbelievably friendly staff that go above and beyond. Perfect location for shopping and the theatre. Definitely going back. Ester was particularly fab. Lovely touch having a complimentary wine hour for guests and being offered free take out coffees on checking out.

Perfect Stay! Everything about this hotel was flawless. The staff was incredibly attentive, the room was spotless and luxurious, and the food was top-tier. The infinity pool with city views was a dream. Can’t wait to return!

A great hotel right at the heart of Soho. A performance at Ronnie Scott's was our main reason for coming to London and The Resident is a 5 minute walk. Our room was spotless and the staff on reception were super helpful. We enjoyed our stay so much we booked an extra night! Definitely recommend this great hotel at the heart of Soho!

Really good location, located very close to underground , tesco and restaurants. Room is really new, clean and Friendly staffs. Highly recommend if you love convince. Ester is really take a good care of us and also gave us coffee. We will come back here again!!

The Resident Soho, is one of the best hotels in the area of Central London and especially in the Soho neighbourhood. Everything around is a 5 min walk. From Oxford street to Piccadilly Circus. From Covent Garden to Regent Street. ||Rooms are really clean, bed very comfortable and spacious bathroom. The Hotel Staff is great. They are friendly but professional. They help you with any kind of inquiry and trying their best for your stay to be unforgettable.

Lovely reception staff, a great location for the theatres and lots of restaurants/ interesting shops on your doorstep. The room was very nice, spacious with some luxury touches such Molton Brown soap, GHD hairdryer. We had suite 401 which has a nice view out to soho square, this was perfect for us and our two children. Highly recommended
