I had a wonderful stay at The Retreat Hotel! The location is perfect peaceful yet close to everything you might need, and the direct access to the beach was a huge plus. The swimming pool area was clean, relaxing, and beautifully maintained, making it easy to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. A special mention goes to Nathaniel, who truly made our stay even more memorable. He was incredibly helpful, always smiling, and genuinely eager to assist even before we asked for anything. His positive energy and attentiveness really stood out. Also, a big thank you to Ahmed at the reception, who gave us a warm welcome and made the check-in process smooth and pleasant. He was professional, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and welcoming getaway. Will definitely come back!

Wow what an amazing experience from beginning to end! We booked the Family Reboot package to celebrate my husband’s and daughter’s birthdays, and we have absolutely no regrets. It was unforgettable. We left feeling more connected, relaxed, and truly cared for. The staff went above and beyond—special thanks to Anirban, the manager, who was exceptionally professional and ensured our stay was perfect. He was friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome. He even arranged a lovely gift for our daughter, which meant a lot to us. Marilyn from the Kids Club was another standout—so gentle and playful with our daughter. She made her feel completely comfortable and happy. The yoga instructor was fantastic as well, helping us unwind and truly enjoy the experience. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. The service is outstanding, and they made our stay incredibly special. We'll definitely be back!

Our stay at Palm Retreat was absolutely perfect! The hotel was spotless, the food was incredibly delicious and diverse, and the entire staff was so kind and welcoming. Booked two rooms at this hotel, spent the weekend there with my family. Rooms: Fantastic, very clean, feels like a brand new hotel (extra bottles of water would have been nice given how hot it is right now, also better quality shampoo/conditioner would have been appreciated) Food: We went with the half-board package so we had breakfast and dinner. The whole restaurant experience was pretty disappointing, poor service (the waiters wouldn't collect our dirty plates), limit food options, food taste that good in general, there were flies every where in the restaurant) Amenities: We used the pool which was perfect and the little water park for my baby which was shaded, fantastic experience there as well.

The staff is very friendly, the food is amazing, the locations is excellent, the rooms are clean and the bed is very comfortable to sleep, we enjoyed the sea views and the pool area. Our vacation at The Retreat was truly enjoyable! From the reception to the staff, lifeguards, and housekeeping — everything was excellent. Special thanks to Miss Guzlayn, who was always warm and welcoming at the restaurant entrance. On our last day, she made a lovely gesture by surprising my daughter with a complimentary dessert.
