It was such a great experience. We were celebrating our baby's first anniversary and when we mentioned that to the front desk they ensured we had balloons and a ted bear waiting for her in her room. It was such an wonderful details and it made our day. The hotel is amazing. The room was clean and comfortable, the swimming pool was warm, the amenities around the hotel were also impressive. The food was also great and all the staff incredibly kind. We will definitely return to spend more days there in the future.

While our experience with other hotels on the palm has been that they are overly occupied with a hectic atmosphere the Retreat was a quiet surprise. We enjoyed the spa and the Turkish restaurant the most. The rooms were clean and we'll maintained although I recommend taking a beach facing room atleast until the neighboring building work is complete. The noise from the building site was not so bothersome but it didn't offer the best view from the balcony. I'd like to say thank you to all the staff for your kind and efficient service with a special mention to Abhishek and Amgad for going the extra mile to make us feel welcome and comfortable.

We had a truly wonderful stay at The Retreat Palm Dubai MGallery by Sofitel, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The seafood dinner buffet was outstanding, with excellent quality and variety, and the breakfast spread was huge, offering something for everyone. Our room was very cozy, clean, and relaxing, making it a perfect retreat for our family. A special thanks to the Housekeeping team, especially Deepak and Maria, for maintaining exceptional cleanliness throughout our stay. At Vibe, Ahmed provided great service, and Chef Nizam at the live seafood grilling counter impressed us with both his food and interaction. The sweet and welcoming hostess Caroline made dining even more pleasant. The Front Office team deserves special appreciation — Abhishek, Widad, Chris, Zia, and Mohandas were all warm, professional, and extremely helpful. Our daughter had a lovely time at the Kids Club, thanks to Michelle, and our toddler especially enjoyed the pool, which was very family-friendly. Most importantly, thank you to the entire team for making my wife’s birthday so special with beautiful celebrations and a lovely surprise room setup. These thoughtful gestures truly touched us. Overall, we are very happy and grateful for this memorable stay and would highly recommend The Retreat Palm Dubai to families and couples looking for a relaxing and joyful experience. 🌴✨

Decided to stay on The Palm for one night in Dubai. Gave this hotel a shot. Checked-in, and the lady staff (Nazgurl, I hope I spelled correctly) was nice & gave us a complimentary upgrade which was one of the most awesome experience. The room was spacious, the beach was great and the experience are to die for. More importantly, there are 2 gentlemen (Nathaniel & Karan) who are SUPER attentive, helpful with our luggages & booking of taxi. Their professional, enthusiasm and attention to details are commendable. Super impressed with the overall stay and those 2 gentlemen made it even better.

We recently stayed at The Retreat for my partners 30th birthday. The staff very kindly left a happy birthday message and complimentary cake in our room on arrival which made it even more special! The room was incredibly spacious, bed comfortable and everything you could possibly need. The room was clean and a big thanks to Ram from housekeeping who was always on hand for anything we needed. The breakfast was lovely with a large selection, and we ate on the private beach twice during our stay. I would recommend the club sandwich, it was delicious. All staff were professional and friendly There was construction on to which our balcony faced but it did not bother us. The noise was minimal and didn’t have a negative impact on our stay. Overall would definitely recommend staying at The Retreat.

Beautiful, calm, and family-friendly. The staff are kind and very helpful. Everything is healthy; they offer a delicious green juice upon arrival. No alcoholic beverages are served. It’s definitely worth trying, and the location is very easy to access. There is a lady at the reception, I believe she is Russian or ukraine . She is very helpful, warmly welcomes guests as they arrive and leave the hotel, and asks if everything was okay. She has a cheerful and friendly face. Many thanks 🙏

We had a wonderful dining experience at the restaurant during both lunch and dinner hours. Caroline delivered excellent service with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude. She was attentive to our needs, polite in her communication, and ensured everything ran smoothly, even during busy periods. Her positive approach really enhanced our overall experience. The food was equally impressive full of rich flavors, well presented, and made with fresh ingredients. The restaurant offers a great variety of cuisines, and every dish we tried was delicious and well balanced in taste. The combination of high-quality food, efficient service, and a pleasant atmosphere made our visit very enjoyable. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and we would be happy to return again. I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and was completely satisfied. I would especially like to highlight Isaac from Security – he is extremely kind, professional, and does his job very well. He always makes guests feel safe and welcome. I would also like to praise Cayla from Housekeeping. She does an excellent job, everything is always clean and well maintained, and I am always very satisfied with her work. Both of them are very polite, helpful, and courteous, which truly made my stay more enjoyable. Thank you to the wonderful team – I would be happy to return!
