The Rim Resort Chiang Mai

I had such a wonderful stay at The Rim Hotel! Everything was absolutely perfect – the room, the atmosphere, and the whole experience felt just like home. The staff were super friendly and always went out of their way to be helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices and a lovely setting to start the day. Overall, everything was beyond my expectations – warm, welcoming, and truly memorable. Highly recommended! 🌟

I was very pleased with our choice of hotel in Chiang Mai. The Rim is fantastic in all respects. Staff are so friendly and accommodating. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable and the location is perfect. The architecture and yesteryear vibe really makes you feel like you’re on holiday in Thailand. The food, pool bar and restaurant are first class. I can highly recommend this awesome boutique hotel.

We spent 5 nights here and it was really enjoyable. The service is top notch, especially James at the front desk who did whatever he could to spoil us. We used the bikes, the rooms provided umbrellas, there’s a complementary snack station, and everyone was extremely accommodating. Seemed like one of the larger pools in Chiang Mai from our research and it was nice and well utilized. Also - great yoga less than a 10 minute walk away! Thanks for a great stay!

We stayed for 5 nights at the Rim Hotel, it was incredible, the staff are great and super nice.. they're always helpful and super nice. They helped us book some activities and one of the activities was the elephant sanctuary at 6:30 am. At that morning, they gave us our breakfast to take it with us and it was super cute and nice from them.. we didn't find any negative things in this hotel.. it's a must for everyone visiting Chiang Mai.. thank you to all the staff of the Rim Hotel ❤️

We stayed at this lovely boutique hotel in Chiang Mai for 4 nights. From the initial check in with a welcome drink and cooling towel, the staff here went above and beyond throughout. Nothing was too much trouble and they were extremely polite and helpful. We received many generous gifts during our stay. We were also given a free upgrade to a room with a balcony and extra space. The breakfast was varied and high quality. The pool bar cocktails were delicious and reasonably priced. The resort itself is very calm and decorated in a beautiful Thai style. The location within the old town walls was convenient for all Chiang Mai attractions. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, and would love to stay again if we are ever in the area.

Beautiful facility with spacious clean rooms and plentiful amenities. Staff was all very friendly and helpful. Pool was wonderfully refreshing as we were there during the hottest time of year. The welcome refreshments were also a wonderful treat. Location is very convenient for sightseeing too, with plenty of temples within walking distance and a free shuttle to the night market every evening. Would definitely stay again!

A beautiful resort in Chiang Mai's old town. We spent five nights there and will definitely return. Large, beautiful rooms, a quiet, relaxing atmosphere, and a spacious swimming pool. A hearty, delicious breakfast. We'd especially like to praise the friendly, helpful staff, who take loving care of their guests. We'll be back.

Very peaceful, small hotel in the old town away from the busy modern area’s. all the staff were lovely. Bedroom huge, bathroom huge and clean. Property could do with some maintenance around the pool area - the decking in particular. Otherwise it’s a charming property. They offer free shuttle to the airport and night market. Breakfast is adequate. Would stay again if in Chiang Mai.
