The Ritz-Carlton, Amman

We enjoyed our stay at the Ritz. The rooms were more than wonderful! The size, cleanliness, and comfort are unmatched by any place I’ve stayed before. Everything was excellent. My only note is that the breakfast area needs to be expanded due to the crowding during breakfast time.

I've been to quite a few spas in different countries, and my recent visits and treatments to The Ritz-Carlton Amman spa were really excellent. Had several treatments there over few weeks and was consistently pleased with the quality.|The staff—Rana, Omar, Yazeed, and Wesam—were all professional, polite, and attentive. They made the experience comfortable and relaxing, which isn't always easy to get right.|The facilities are clean and well-maintained with good modern equipment. No jacuzzi, but that wasn't an issue for me and didn't affect my overall experience.|The standout was definitely Nina's massage. I've had quite a few massages around Amman, and her technique and professionalism really impressed me. She was skilled and attentive—honestly one of the better massages I've had in Amman.|If you're looking for a quality spa experience in Amman, this place is worth considering. Good service, amazing staff, clean facilities, and skilled therapists.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax after a long day. The amenities were top-notch — from the delicious breakfast to the serene spa and well-equipped gym. The pool and the service around the pool was exceptional. The location was also perfect, close to key attractions and easy to navigate. Special thanks to the team for going above and beyond to make my stay memorable. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable visit!

This seamless, can-do attitude was just the beginning.||The real heart of our stay was the kindness shown to my grandson. A special thank you to Chef Hamzeh Al Bitar, who patiently guided him to make his own pizza and pancakes. The thoughtfulness continued with the wonderful Rula Raghed. After we mentioned my grandson was excited about an Adam and Mesesh concert, we returned to our room to find a magical surprise of balloons, a cake, and a heartfelt card for him.||This level of intuitive and heartfelt service is a direct reflection of the hotel’s leadership. A sincere congratulations to the management for fostering a culture of genuine kindness and for hiring such amazing, welcoming people who excel at every detail. Immaculate clean, comfortable bed and a private terrace with a captivating panoramic view of the city. ||The outdoor pool was another highlight an oasis of tranquility, well maintained and perfect for unwinding under the sun. ||The Club Lounge was excellent, with lots of delicious food. The staff were amazing very warm and friendly—and they took great care of us the entire time. Special thanks to Anas Alfa for always looking after to us, and to the waiter who made me and very delicious cocktail I forgot to ask the name but thank you.

This is the first time ever after visiting 20 countries around the world I’m very impressed about this one the service the atmosphere the vibe the food the room service the front desk service everywhere in this hotel I was impressed about the gate best service ever in the world seriously five star is not even enough. They are so accommodating they are helpful even though last minute things their own service almost 24 hours safe and a beautiful easy to book at the restaurant inside the hotel the food there phenomenal I’m very happy.
