We had a glamorous day to remember at the Ritz-Carlton, Amman. It was a special occasion for me to celebrate, and the team at the Ritz elevated it beyond my expectations. The check-in was very smooth and quick. The staff was amazing — friendly, cheerful, and genuinely caring. You can feel the hospitality from the moment you step into the lobby, with everyone going out of their way to make you feel special. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and offered breathtaking views of the city. Every detail reflected luxury and comfort, from the high-quality linens to the personalized welcome amenities. We also enjoyed the dining experience at the lounge club and at the Ambros— the food was exceptional, with perfect presentation and flavors that matched the ambiance. The restaurant team was attentive and made sure everything was just right throughout our meal. What truly stood out was the attention to detail and how every staff member seemed committed to making our stay memorable. Whether it was housekeeping, reception, or restaurant staff, everyone carried the same spirit of excellence. It was a truly unforgettable experience, and I would highly recommend the Ritz-Carlton Amman to anyone looking for a perfect blend of elegance, comfort, and warm Jordanian hospitality. An immaculate hotel — beautifully designed with elegant details throughout. The rooms are spacious, luxurious, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. Every part of our stay felt special. The staff were truly outstanding — warm, professional, and genuinely kind. From check-in to breakfast and everywhere in between, the service was consistently first-class. The breakfast itself was fantastic, with an excellent selection and attentive team making sure everything was perfect. A truly world-class experience — the Ritz-Carlton Amman sets the standard for hospitality in Jordan. Highly recommended!

We visited here for a wedding. The staff was so welcoming, I particularly want to thank Wissam at the reception. He was so kind and upgraded up to a massive club room upon our arrival. The room was gorgeous with a walk in closet and huge bathroom and view of the city. They also welcomed us with a box of chocolate truffles in the room. The breakfast room was a bit crowded as it is a bit small but the breakfast options were so nice because they had a lot of traditional middle eastern breakfast food. I really recommend this hotel as the number 1 options in Amman.

From the moment we arrived, dinner at Roberto’s was an experience to remember. Chef Farah and his team created a truly exceptional evening — each dish was beautifully presented (we even had the chance to try) and full of flavor, a perfect balance between creativity and authenticity. Ahmad made the service impeccable with his kindness and attention to detail, while Demetry’s cocktails were a true highlight — crafted with precision, originality, and a perfect touch of elegance. The view: perched high above Amman, Roberto’s offers one of the most breathtaking panoramas in the city — simply unforgettable. In short, Roberto’s is a must-try: amazing cuisine, outstanding service, and an atmosphere that turns dinner into a memory. 😍 All round amazing. It was my birthday so they were super kind enough to leave a small cake and balloons with a lovely handwritten note. Friendly and helpful staff, generally quick service. Special shout out to the staff in the Club Lounge who were very professional. Also, the spa service was amazing, shout out to Pat who really took care of me and even gave me a small birthday gift from Thailand. My only con was in terms of the taste of the food itself. I think there needs to be more consistency in the quality of the food especially local dishes. For example, I ordered a shakshouka and I was not impressed with the taste. I ordered room service, the lamb was dry - and this is a country I have lived in for 5+ years so by now I have eaten the best lamb. So the meals really need to match the opulence. Other than that, super awesome experience and I recommend!

The room is nicely decorated, but I hate carpet. The bed hurt my back. The bathroom is very nice. The in house dining options are overpriced and the food is just average. There are no exceptional culinary experiences offered here like you would get in Qatar, Dubai, or the USA. The grounds are immaculate and the staff is welcoming. I ate at the Kenz, Roberto's, the daily breakfast, and at pool side. Eating at the pool side was my least favorite as the waiters were not attentive and there was no salt and pepper on the dining tables. The breakfast is average and the eggs have no taste, but the waiters are amazing and attentive. The Kenz offered the tastiest food and cocktails. The Roberto has stunning views, but the food was overpriced. Also, I didn't like that the restaurants didn't automatically give you a discount since you were staying at their hotel as a guest. It's better to order your food and drinks from Talabat.
