Had a great weekend here. Top class service and great location. Beach is private and is a perfect place to unwind. Spa massage was so relaxing and the overall service at the hotel is top class. Denny and Elaine could not have been more welcoming and helpful. Looking forward to my next stay

I had a wonderful experience at the Ritz-Carlton Spa and Beach Club. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was serene and welcoming, setting the perfect tone for relaxation. The facilities were immaculate and luxurious, truly living up to the Ritz-Carlton name. What stood out most was the exceptional service I received from Patrice, a staff member at the spa. She was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive, taking the time to guide me through the spa experience and making sure I felt completely comfortable. Her warm personality and genuine care made the visit even more memorable. I highly recommend the spa and beach club for anyone looking for a top-tier experience in both service and amenities.

Her professionalism, skill, and warm personality made the entire treatment a real pleasure. She took the time to understand my needs, explained each step clearly, and delivered one of the best treatments I’ve ever had. 🌟 A Wonderful Stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Bahrain 🌟 I recently stayed at The Ritz-Carlton Bahrain and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Rooms & Cleanliness The room was immaculately clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Everything felt fresh and thoughtfully arranged, offering a real sense of luxury and relaxation. Staff & Service The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful always ready to go the extra mile with a warm smile. From check-in to room service, the hospitality exceeded expectations. Dining Options There’s a wonderful variety of restaurants on-site, including Japanese and Indian cuisines, which were absolutely delicious. Whether you’re in the mood for sushi or spicy curry, there’s something to suit all tastes. Bar & Nightlife The bar was lovely, offering a great ambiance and a perfect place to unwind in the evening with a drink in hand. Beach & Water The beach was clean and well-kept, and the bay water was crystal clear and very inviting—ideal for a refreshing swim or just lounging with a view. Swimming Pool The swimming pool was clean, well-managed, and a great spot to cool off during the warm afternoons. Overall Impression This was a top-notch experience everything from the cleanliness to the service and amenities was excellent. I would highly recommend The Ritz-Carlton, Bahrain to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway in a beautiful setting.

Unfortunately, our experience yesterday at the Ritz was extremely disappointing. We drove more than 80 km just to enjoy coffee and relax at the hotel, but what happened was unacceptable. We waited for over an hour with no proper attention from the staff. We had to find a table ourselves, and even then, no one came to take our order—we had to go to them and write it down. When we moved to another table, the manager (Birday) treated us with clear bias and refused to serve us, while prioritizing other guests right in front of us. We spent an hour and a half being completely ignored. Our table was left dirty, and when we asked for it to be cleaned, they barely wiped it and left food residue behind. On top of that, our order was delivered very late. This kind of service is unacceptable in a hotel that claims to be five or seven stars. What makes this worse is that I’ve been a regular guest at the Ritz, visiting at least 15 times before because I enjoyed the atmosphere. Yesterday, however, the treatment we received was filled with discrimination, neglect, and frustration. A truly disappointing experience, and I doubt I will return again.

A Perfect Start to Our 30th Anniversary, Exceptional Service at The Ritz-Carlton Bahrain We had the pleasure of starting our 30th wedding anniversary celebration at The Ritz Carlton Bahrain, and the experience was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, personal, and truly world class. Victor welcomed us at check-in and kindly accompanied us to our room, setting the tone for a stay filled with thoughtful touches and genuine hospitality. Every part of the hotel, from the elegant interiors to the peaceful beach and pool areas, provided the perfect backdrop for a special celebration. We were especially impressed by the amazing staff who made our stay unforgettable. Ajay, the food and beverage manager, was an absolute delight, friendly, professional, and always checking in to ensure we were enjoying ourselves. At the pool bar, Abishek offered outstanding service with a warm smile, and Kader and Henry from the lifeguard team were incredibly attentive and kind. We’d also like to thank the Loss Prevention team for their presence and professionalism, Siraj’s team in particular. Wiksme was such a lovely guy, and we also appreciated the kindness of Yuka, Listia, and Rabina upon check out. We were given so many special gifts and thoughtful touches that we are so thankful. We feel we have taken a piece of Bahrain home with us to London. Every interaction felt personal and sincere, and it made all the difference. Thank you to the entire Ritz Carlton Bahrain team for making the beginning of our 30th anniversary so memorable. We left feeling truly appreciated and already look forward to returning.

One of the finest hotels on Earth that consistently provides world class service. The staff's professionalism and dedication to guest satisfaction is unmatched. The property is immaculate with beautiful pools and a clean, well manicured beach. The resturants on the resort are expensive in comparison to off resort alternatives, however the food, drink, live music, and excellent service justify the price. This resort is perfect for weekend getaways and offers everything you'll want without having to leave the property.

Lovely hotel and facilities especially the beach area. Room was very nice and was well looked after by the lovely Jamshed who went above and beyond to ensure my room was tidy and even put my suitcase on a stand as he saw I had put it on the sofa! Will be back soon.
