"Sitting in between the historical Sherq Bazaar and the ultra-modern Heydar Aliyev Center, the Ritz-Carlton Baku's location seems to reflect Azerbaijan itself, which blends together a fascinating mix of old and new. Inside the hotel, however, the emphasis is definitely on the latter. Contemporary rooms, which the hotel claims are the largest in the city, are comfortably furnished with the latest technology, large marble bathrooms, heated floors, and views across the city below. The hotel also prides itself on its spa, which might be one of the best in Baku with a gym, sauna, hammam, treatments by ESPA, and two heated pools, one for family and one for adults only. By night, the speakeasy-style cocktail bar, Blind Tiger, shakes up a whiskey-forward menu, complementing the American classics served at the New York-inspired Tribeca. I stayed at this hotel with my family, and we had a great time. The hotel is well maintained, and the customer service is excellent. We had an issue with the cleanliness of the room; however, the hotel manager, Yana, took care of it promptly and resolved the problem. The rooms were clean and that was the main reason I chose this hotel. There was live music and a tea ceremony every day at 7 p.m., which was wonderful. Zarina and Afsaneh, who served tea in the lobby, were very friendly. The front desk staff—Hasan, Akbar, Sahil, and Amar, were also very welcoming. Abdullah, another front desk staff member, was especially kind and even gave us a gift to take home. Overall, we had a great experience at this hotel and will definitely come back whenever we visit Baku.

We had a wonderful family stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Baku. We booked four rooms, and two were upgraded, which we truly appreciated. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were always spotless. A special thank you for the late checkout until 5 PM for one room and the beautiful birthday surprise for my son a cake and a small tent in the room. Such thoughtful gestures made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for exceptional hospitality.

Let me start by saying that this hotel was perfect. From the beautiful spacious room to the smallest details, everything exceeded my expectations. The service was excellent and the staff gracious and always attentive. The hotel was elegant and inviting and we loved it so much. They even had a traditional tea with dessert every day in the main lobby that was delicious. They let me check out late on the last day of my trip. The breakfast buffet was a must and not to be missed. This was probably the best hotel in all of Baku!!!!!!

We had a wonderful stay at The Ritz-Carlton, and the main reason we will definitely come back is because of the amazing ladies who took such great care of us. Thank you to Ms. Narmin at the front desk, and Ms. Zarina and Ms. Aida and also to Ms. Elena for making sure everything was perfect. The only small downside is that you need to take a cab to get to the city center. But aside from that, everything was truly amazing. Highly recommended!

It’s definitely one of the best hotels worldwide: the staff are exceptionally attentive, the cleanliness and service are immaculate, the spa department has excellent specialists. The breakfast is fantastic as well. I absolutely love this hotel and highly recommend it for a relaxing spa break or an extended stay!

My stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Baku was thoroughly enjoyable. The service throughout was impeccable, with staff attentive yet discreet. The room was immaculately presented, offering both comfort and elegance. The leisure facilities, particularly the pool and fitness center, are first-class — spacious, well equipped, and maintained to a high standard. The only limitation is the location, which sits slightly apart from the city’s main attractions, making transport a necessity. Overall, an excellent hotel that delivers on luxury, comfort, and service.

I had a great stay at The Ritz-Carlton Baku. The service was outstanding, with staff who were attentive, professional, and always ready to help. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a busy day. The hotel facilities are top-notch and really live up to the Ritz-Carlton standard. The only downside is the location, which feels a bit off compared to other central options in Baku. That said, if you don’t mind being slightly away from the heart of the city, the overall quality and experience more than make up for it.

Incredible hotel and the staff is top notch! They are very eager to help with any request. The rooms are very spacious and the AC keeps the room nice and cold. Breakfast is incredible! I was not a fan of the cigar bar but to each their own. It’s a great business hotel! Very highly recommended!
