Our stay in the two-bedroom penthouse with a private pool for two nights was truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the staff's hospitality made us feel incredibly welcome. We loved the spaciousness of our unit and waking up to the stunning ocean views. The facilities were top-notch; we particularly enjoyed the relaxing spa, well-equipped gym, and unique aerial yoga experience. Plus, the breakfast selection was absolutely delicious! We had dinner at the Beach Grill, and it was delicious!

The whole experience was fantastic! We stayed as a family of 4 for 5 nights. We were celebrating our 40th birthdays and the Ritz Carlton made it so special! The facilities are amazing. We spent lots of time at the spa and wellness Center. The kids loved the kids club. ||Speaking of kids, the hotel is very kid friendly. Good kids club, for breakfast buffet kids ate for free with an adult and for separate meals there is a very good kids set menu for 150k IDR. ||If you are lucky enough to get a lagoon access room then you'll love it. Feels really private and is shaded for family friendly use.||The service is also impeccable. Could not fault it at all. Special call out to Sani who checked us in and helped us make the most of our stay. Also special mention to Ayu who runs the the fantastic breakfast. She made each breakfast special for my wife. Equally the man who ran the Balinese cooking class at bejana restaurant was fantastic too!

The Ritz in Bali was absolutely terrific! From the moment you arrive, you’re met with warm, genuine hospitality—the staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and always eager to help with anything you need. The resort itself is stunning—luxurious in every way, with beautifully designed rooms and breathtaking views throughout the property. The pool is massive and incredibly scenic, the beach is pristine and peaceful, and the overall atmosphere is just pure relaxation. The spa and the gym are impressively equipped. Every detail feels carefully considered. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay—highly recommend! Also, the breakfast is incredible!! Would definitely recommend the French toast and a custom pancake design!!

Our stay at The Sky 2BR villa was amazing! The villa was very very spacious with beautiful view. The staffs were so attentive and helpful, making our stay even better. The most outstanding staff was Howard from Front Desk, he was very efficient in check in process, helpful, informative, insightful and had our best interests at heart. Such an outstanding first impression when we arrived at Ritz Carlton Bali! ||For dinner, we had in Room dining, it was wowing! The food was exceptional - our highest compliment to the chef! Well made, seasoning was spot on! love it!|The breakfast was also amazing! the breakfast spread offers a diverse and customizable breakfast experience, just as Howard suggested: "The breakfast is an experience not to be missed! You wont regret it!" And surely we dont regret having this wonderful breakfast experience in Senses Restaurant :)||The Ritz-Carlton Bali delivers service and quality consistent with the brand’s renowned high standards, on par with other Ritz-Carlton properties we’ve visited (Mandapa, Nikko, and Kyoto). My most recent breakfast experience at The Ritz-Carlton, Bali, was nothing short of unforgettable, courtesy entirely of the superb service of Angga. No sooner had I sat down than Angga was not only attentive but also remarkably caring, making me feel genuinely special and acknowledged. He did far more than great service by tailoring my visit to a level. I've never known before. It wasn't an order of just ordering. My breakfast experience was specially tailored to me. His warmth and sincere concern were evident in every interaction. I have been traveling extensively and can honestly say that I have never been better treated. Angga is a perfect embodiment of the ethos of hospitality, and thanks to him, I will definitely return to The Ritz-Carlton, Bali.

We had an absolutely unforgettable stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Bali during our honeymoon. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable—truly the best we have ever experienced. The iconic Ritz Carlton did not disappoint. The service was phenomenal especially from the bell hop Arda and the pool boy Bagus! They made sure we were taken care of daily. The rooms are a tad dated but the grounds are absolutely stunning nestled on a cliff on the beach with amazing views from the lobby. The location is a little off the beaten path so nothing close for walking but a quick ride and you can get to shopping or restaurants off-site. The room service was top notch, turn up and turn down service, as well as great in room dining service. The spa as well was so relaxing before our departure. Overall I would recommend for a relaxing luxurious stay.
