After my disappointment with another hotel nearby, the services at Al Habtoor saved me 🥹 thank you We have a really lovely stay, everything went smooth and well. The hotel itself is quite baby friendly as I traveled with a 10 months old. Breakfast is good, the room is nice and the location is just perfect. Thanks all the lovely staffs at the hotel From the reception to the housemates team and the restaurant and room service, all very polite and so Helpful We are impressed. If you’re looking for a hotel to stay in Budapest. You won’t regret choosing this hotel 🏨

This hotel is in the perfect location - centrally located and right next to a metro stop. The rooms are large and comfortable. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet each morning as well which had a little bit of everything. ||We would definitely recommend staying here again!!

We had a wonderful 4 nights stay at the Al Habtoor Palace hotel. On arrival we took the 100E Airport shuttle bus and that dropped us right in the center of Budapest and the hotel was about 1 minute wall away. We bought the tickets for the bus from the ticket machines at the airport just where the bus stops. ||We had booked a club king room which meant we had access to the club lounge. The room was beautiful. We had dinner in the club lounge most evenings. Plenty of Halal options were available at the hotel. All the staff we interacted with were very polite and professional. A special shout out to Adam in breakfast who looked after us very well and Daniel in the club lounge who was there on most days that we went to the lounge. |The SPA area is very good as well. We used the SPA ever day that we were there.|The Location of the hotel is absolutely fantastic, it meant that we could visit all the main attractions on foot. I would definitely recommend the hotel and cannot wait to go back.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Budapest. All staff were very nice and knowledgeable in whatever we need help with. The hotel smells amazing in entrance. I had the executive room which was equipped really well with coffee machine and different type of pods. I drink decaf only and I was pleasantly surprised that they even had decaffeinated pods for the coffee machine. The fridge was full of chocolate, crisps and anything you want for a midnight crave. The bathrooms were very nice and clean and had the toilet shower to clean yourself with after number 2 😉 The view was amazing to the streets and shops. Not too loud, I was able to relax. Aircon was great, though I didnt need it. All services without any fault!

I visited the Habtoor Budapest Hotel for their Sunday Brunch and left feeling underwhelmed. The ambiance is lovely—elegant and well-designed—but unfortunately, the food and service didn’t match the setting.||The oysters were the only standout item: fresh and enjoyable. Beyond that, the food was very poor. One burrata was served for two people, which felt stingy. The pizza and pasta were extremely basic, lacking flavor and creativity. For a brunch experience, it was surprisingly minimal.||Service was mostly inattentive, which was disappointing. However, I want to highlight Gabriella and Mona, who were genuinely kind and attentive throughout. Their professionalism and warmth made a real difference.||Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this brunch. Budapest has many better options that offer more variety, quality, and hospitality.

Last week, I went to Al Habtoor Palace and was absolutely stunned. First of all, the staff were incredibly kind and offered me water and orange juice. Secondly, I felt like I was truly in a palace.. not only is the architecture extraordinarily beautiful, but the people are also so kind and helpful. I highly recommend this place to anyone thinking about having breakfast in a mesmerizing setting.

Our first time in Budapest began with a stay at the Al Habtoor Palace. We were greeted by Lilla and Dorina, two gracious women who definitely made our visit all the more delightful. Lilla provided us with excellent service as she checked us in. Dorina escorted us to our beautiful room, pointed out all superior accommodations and then delivered the Hotel's signature cake! All members of the hotel staff, including Esther, George (of the olives, cheese cocktails & wine) and a waiter whose name escapes me ( beef osso bucco chef), were exceptionally skilled at making us feel like valued guests of this magnificent hotel, The Al Habtoor|Palace!!!

Exceptional service and hospitality with top notch staff members. From the front desk to the concierge service, housekeeping as well as the staff members serving breakfast makes sure to take care of the guests diligently Overall very good experience.
