The Ritz-Carlton, Budapest

We went for my husband's birthday. Of course, our expectations were very high because of the hotel's name. However, the hotel provides a service even above our expectations. A room overlooking the cathedral was prepared for us. The bed and duvet were the most comfortable I've ever experienced in my life. (Although we've stayed at many hotels.) Our extra requests for the room were met at lightning speed. The staff is extremely polite and knowledgeable. They are completely solution-oriented. The indoor pool and jacuzzi are very relaxing after walking around the city and taking over 20,000 steps. The breakfast buffet was very sufficient. We had dinner at the hotel's Ottimo Italian Restaurant. They were all delicious. I'll even write a separate review for there. We thank the management and all the employees for everything.

What a great experience. I went for afternoon tea to celebrate my friend's birthday. The weather was not great and we arrived early for our booking. What makes a Ritz-Carlton special is that we always find an associate who goes beyond making a positive impact. After some rough start we were able to find that one special associate. We were greeted by Toni who was so kind to help us with out inquiry, even an hour early. She was helpful, kind and went beyond to make this celebration special for us all. First Class! She was able to create a memory my friend will cherish.

This is by far my favorite hotel, and each stay has been exceptional! The staff is the greatest part of this - they are all so attentive and go above and beyond. In addition, the rooms are immaculate, the food is incredible, the spa is an oasis (be sure to book a service - Vera gave me a fantastic facial!), and the list goes on and on! I highly recommend staying at the Ritz Budapest and cannot wait to return!

The hotel is very well located, well maintained and great decoration. |All the staff members are very courteous, friendly and helpful. |A team member, Toni, of the Breakfast team has walked an extra mile to bring homemade food to satisfy my craving!! Her efforts are very much appreciated and it made me feel homely away in Europe.

The Ritz Carlton Hotel in Budapest exudes elegance and sophistication. We checked in at 11:00 AM, only to find our rooms unavailable upon our return at 4:30 PM. While this was a minor disappointment, the attentive staff went above and beyond to enhance our experience with complimentary prosecco and refreshing juice. Our rooms, once ready, were nothing short of magnificent, featuring generous space and exquisite decor. With breathtaking views of the central park and the Ferris wheel, the location is ideal for immersing oneself in the charm of Budapest. A truly lavish stay!

I stayed at the Ritz Budapest for a business trip for 3 days and can say, without reservation, that this is the place to stay for either a business or personal trip to Budapest. The location is fantastic with easy access to transportation and any of the city attractions. The hotel itself is gorgeous, with old world charm, and various amenities including a well appointed spa and well equipped gym. The rooms are luxurious, with attention to detail in every facet and some of the most comfortable bedding and pillows I’ve ever used.|What made the stay most memorable was the service of the staff - from the front desk, concierge, house keeping, and spa staff. I want to highlight the service in the restaurant from Anna, Toni, and Liliana. Liliana, especially, made breakfasts enjoyable, with a friendly smile and greeting, sincere interest in my day, and attention throughout my meal. Thank you, Liliana!

Restaurant service was exceptional, staff attentive and friendly. Food was good, loved the honey comb. Latte was perfect. We would definitely staff here again. Our group was treated like royalty. The view of the St Stephen cathedral from our balcony was breathtaking
