The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai

The best guest service possible!! That’s the one thing that stood out from arrival…I was greeted by mane as I stepped out of the taxi, by Waseem… with a friendly and warm smile and told me to just head in, everything else will be sorted out!! ||Outstanding service really!!||Even as we stepped into the resort, from check in to arriving in our room-everything was seamless!!||I particularly loved the variety of restaurants at the hotel as we were on a half board package - particularly the Italian & Asian restaurants!! A special mention for Gabrielle from the Italian restaurant, he was amazing!! Our experience at the restaurant always felt personalised as he was very attentive and recommended the best dishes in the restaurant!||The staff overall are very attentive and lovely to deal with…it felt like home away from home. ||The breakfast options are plenty and the quality of the food was incredible!! ||My kids loved the service, they were always well looked after at the kids club, the pool area, and the restaurants! They also particularly liked the fresh crepes & pancakes each morning! ||The start was being comfortable, with spacious rooms and bathroom!! ||We are definitely coming back to the Ritz, what 5 star expensive all around!!||Thank you so much!!!

The hotel was in general very nice with colonial style decor and very clean. Staff in general were very friendly except the staff in Club Lounge could have been a bit more friendlier. Food in the Club Lounge was okay but nothing stood out and in general it was not bad but not great either. The food in Asian restaurant was the same level, not bad but not great either. Same in Italian restaurant. Pool areas are okay but could be much more homey. The service in pool area was also not bad but not great either. Room was spacious and clean. The staff should have taken more effort considering that I have good Marriott Bonvoy Elite status.

The stay at the Ritz-Carlton Dubai was wonderful. We had a couple of pool days, other than that, we were out and about exploring Dubai. Their breakfast buffet was excellent, pool staff on point, but what stood out to me the most was our room....for our 6 night stay, Sachith-Nirosh kept our 2 rooms immaculate... with written notes, big smiles, and the cutest towel animals. It was nice after the long, hot days of touring around to come back to a cool, pristine room. Luxurious!

The Ritz carlton is excellent. The service we experienced was top notch. We travelled with a 1 year old and 3year old and the hotel is very family friendly. The chef at the buffet and the a la carte restaurants made our children special food following vegetarian Asian diet. They also made myself special food due to my religious dietary requirement at all eateries. Cold water was available at the pool free of charge. Talib and bikalp tended to our rooms very well and twice a day. There was plenty of shade in the pool and sunbeds cannot be reserved which I thought was a good policy and they were always available. Portion sizes at the a la carte restaurants were massive. And we always left full. |The only small small critique would be to consider making water free with dinner as well. Especially with small children. I would return again but maybe not in August where the temperature is quite hot. Excellent hotel.

I recently stayed at the Ritz-Carlton Dubai and was happy with the overall experience. The property is beautiful, nice gardens, a beachfront, and elegantly designed rooms that feel like a retreat. The staff were warm, attentive, and made a genuine effort to ensure our comfort. We decided to buy the club lounge package, we were limited to its offering, time limitations and couldn’t use the main restaurant for our included meals. While the lounge food quality was good, it would have been nice to have more flexibility. I’d recommend this package for business stays but not for leisure with kids. We also used the concierge service to book local attractions. While the arrangements worked out fine, we discovered it was handled by an external company, not Ritz-Carlton staff, and the quality didn’t quite match the brand’s usual high standards. One lovely surprise was the gift pack of Arabic coffee we received — a thoughtful touch that made us feel welcomed and connected, thanks to Joao and Susan for that. Overall, the resort offers elegance, comfort, and warm hospitality, with a few small areas that could be improved. We would be happy to return.

I cannot leave this place without dropping a review. The stay was so far the best that I've had and I 100% recommend this to folks who are looking to have a comfortable and relaxed vacation. Right from the room to the pool, private beach access, breakfast buffet and housekeeping, everything is top notch. I am definitely coming back for another stay. I would like to give a special shoutout to Miss Khin Gurung who took special care during my stay. I always returned to a super tidy room with either flowers, chocolates or a towel origami on my table which was super sweet. Ritz Carlton, you have my ❤️

Amazing experience at the hotel!|The housekeeping team, especially Sachihi and Nirosh, were absolutely first-class — attentive, friendly, and always going the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. Their professionalism and genuine care made our stay even more comfortable. Honestly, it’s the best service we’ve ever received from housekeeping.

My family and I purchased a day pass to enjoy the facilities and have lunch. We had a fantastic afternoon, with wonderful pools and decent food at La Baie. However, the adult menu was somewhat limited, so everyone except me ended up ordering kids' meals, and some even had two! But price wise it was okay and everyone left very happy.
