The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai

We had a fantastic stay at The Ritz-Carlton Dubai, and it turned out to be one of our most memorable hotel experiences ever.At first glance, the property may look a bit “old school” in design — and yes, some modernization might be needed soon — but once you spend time here, you realize it has something far more valuable: true warmth, character, and heart. In a world of glossy “design hotels” that often feel empty in spirit, I would choose this one any day.A huge compliment goes to the housekeeping team, especially Sachith Karan, who did an outstanding job every day. The room was spotless, beautifully arranged, and filled with thoughtful touches. Sachith’s professionalism and genuine care made a real difference and truly reflected the Ritz-Carlton spirit.The grounds are breathtaking — lush gardens, peaceful walkways, and multiple pools that even have well-placed shade, which is perfect in the Dubai heat. There are activities and games to enjoy throughout the property, making it ideal for both relaxation and fun.The food here is excellent across the board, but a special mention must go to the Arabic outdoor restaurant on-site — it’s pure magic. The atmosphere, the flavors, the setting under the stars — it captures the essence of Dubai in the most beautiful way.Most of all, the team makes this hotel what it is. Every staff member is kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. You never feel like just another guest — you feel truly welcomed and valued.In short: while it may not have the ultra-modern look of some newer hotels, The Ritz-Carlton Dubai shines where it truly matters — heart, hospitality, and unforgettable atmosphere.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Highly recommended.

I had an exceptional stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding – professional, attentive, and genuinely warm. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect, making me feel truly welcomed and cared for. The hotel itself is the definition of luxury. The elegant interiors, beautifully maintained grounds, and prime beachfront location create a peaceful yet exclusive atmosphere. Every space reflects high standards and refined taste. I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return.

Excellent hotel. Food is amazing, staff are another level, the club level garden room was beautiful, and the bath for me was heaven. Bryan on front desk was just so incredible helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing was ever to much trouble. Kamal on the beach just couldn’t do enough for you. All breakfast staff were amazing. A big shout out to Alamin and his team. Alamin was our cleaner and he was the sweetest man I think I have ever met. So gracious. Our room was spotless every day and evening after turndown. A big thank you to all staff at this hotel and sorry for not naming you all, but I can honestly say all staff were truly amazing. Well done and thank you for a great 9 days

I’ve stayed at this property multiple times over the years, the first time being almost 10 years ago. The service is what sets this place apart. It benefits from being one of the smaller hotels in the area - and in Dubai in general - which allows greater attention to detail for guests’ preferences. Small touches such as the staff remembering your coffee preference in the morning, to automatically providing extra water in the room after only asking once on the first night. The staff are the property’s greatest asset, always on hand to assist with a smile. My stay a few months ago was the first one in a couple of years and I was happy to find some familiar faces. The rooms are large, well laid-out and above all comfortable. They are starting to show their age on the edges, but they are still up to modern standards and comforts. I hear a renovation is going ahead fairly soon. One of my favourite places to fully relax, as everything is taken care of for you. I look forward to many more pleasant stays in the future.

This is the second time in the last few months that I have stayed at the Ritz Carlton. The hotel is superb and all the staff are so friendly and helpful. The room cleaning team were excellent (sorry but I didn’t get names to mention here). I visited the gym during my stay and would like to thank Pratibha, Sudesh and Palitha for being so welcoming. The gym is very well equipped with a good range of equipment. Hopefully it won’t be too long before I am back!

Stunning views and high-energy vibes! 🌊✨ Had an incredible day pass experience at this gem! The location is unbeatable—the beach is pristine, and I loved how the atmosphere shifted to match whatever mood we were in. While the scenery was a 10/10, the service was a bit of a slow burn and lacked that 'proactive' touch. That said, the overall 'win' of the visit means we’ll definitely be back for round two!

Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai was beyond extraordinary and something we would highly recommend! The service is exactly how you would expect it from such a hotel, genuine, warm, and personal. The hotel is very family friendly, even the standard room is very big, they have a big playground, a wonderful kids pool and the staff really gave our son the feeling that he is more than welcomed. Since you don’t need to think of anything and everything is taken care of, you can really enjoy your vacation as a family. Big thanks to Philip and Shiva at the pool, who always provided us with water, towels and ice cream, Intan, Muthyam, and Karan from house keeping, who made an excellent job in keeping our room tidy as well as all the remaining staff members that made sure we have a wonderful stay. It’s location in Dubai Marina is really nice too! While the hotel itself is rather tranquil with a massive private beach, it’s also only a few minutes away from the JBR Walk, allowing you to go exploring the city, go shopping or having dinner somewhere else. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and although their are tempting alternatives, we would definitely choose to stay here again!

I stayed at The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai. I went with fairly high expectations because of the brand name, but to be honest, the hotel feels somewhat dated overall. It is kept clean, but compared to newer luxury hotels, the facilities and interiors feel a bit old-fashioned. I stayed in a suite, but the room was located quite far from the main areas, which made getting around inconvenient. Despite being a suite, it didn’t feel particularly special, and the view was not especially impressive either. If you are expecting the glamour and overwhelming sense of luxury that usually comes to mind with “Ritz-Carlton,” you might feel a slight gap between expectation and reality. On the positive side, the restaurant and bar located just outside toward the beach side of the hotel were very good, with a nice atmosphere. I enjoyed that part of the experience. Overall, it’s not a bad hotel, but since there are many newer and more attractive hotels in this area, it doesn’t feel like there is a strong reason to specifically choose this one.
