Amazing place to stay ! The minute we walked in SHAMS was at reception and he was quick, welcoming and efficient . Perfect hospitality’s well. After. 14 hour flight he made our check in process easy. Meals staff and quality at the hotel is amazing … highly recommended … BIG THANKYOU TO MR SHAMS AT RECEPTION!!!

I rarely ever write reviews, but this experience truly deserves it. I’ve traveled to more than 20 countries and stayed at some of the world’s top 5-star and even 7-star hotels but The Ritz-Carlton, Jeddah has genuinely exceeded my expectations in every possible way. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was mesmerized by the elegance of the interior the architecture, the fragrance that fills the air, and the sense of calm luxury that surrounds you. Everything about this hotel radiates sophistication and warmth. But what truly makes this hotel stand out is the people. I want to especially thank Yusuf and Abdullah at the front desk two of the kindest, most professional, and accommodating individuals I’ve met in all my travels. With their gracious attitude, they went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. They helped me secure an incredible room, offering nearly a 2,000 dollar suite in less price and did it all with such genuine hospitality that I felt completely at home. Their warmth, flexibility, and professionalism are what define true luxury service. The food was outstanding, the rooms were immaculate, and every corner of the hotel reflected world-class attention to detail. I sincerely hope the hotel management recognizes and retains these two gentlemen because they’re the reason I’ll be coming back and recommending The Ritz-Carlton, Jeddah to everyone I know. This isn’t just a hotel it’s an experience. One of the finest in the world.

I have tried their adrift mare restaurant in the first floor for my birthday. The restaurant ambience is amazing, we went at 7. They had a DJ. The employees there are highly professional, well trained and friendly. The food was amazing. We paid 500 Sr for one burger, one salad and steak, as well as tiramissu. The staff sang happy birthday for me and it was a nice gesture. I recommend this restaurant

An Exceptional Experience at The Ritz-Carlton, Jeddah From the moment I arrived, the service was simply outstanding. I had originally booked a standard Seaview room, and upon check-in, the lady at the front desk went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. She kindly offered me a free upgrade to a Deluxe King Room with a partial Seaview, and even surprised me with a complimentary dinner for me and my guest — an incredibly generous gesture that reflects true hospitality. What impressed me most is that during my next stay — although I booked a regular standard room online — she made sure I received the same upgraded room again. That level of consistency and care shows how much the Ritz-Carlton values its guests. Everything about this hotel was excellent: the room was spotless and elegant, the housekeeping was perfect, the supplies and amenities were always replenished, and the health club with the jacuzzi, sauna, and steam facilities was top-notch. Even the doormen, porters, and housekeeping staff carried themselves with genuine warmth and professionalism. Truly, it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Thank you to the entire Ritz-Carlton Jeddah team — and especially to the wonderful lady at reception who made my stay unforgettable. 🌟

My wife, 1 year old son and I had an absolutely amazing time here at the Ritz Carlton Jeddah! We were upgraded to a beautiful suite that was very clean and spacious. However it was the people that truly made our stay once in a lifetime. Aamir Nasir took great care of us. He made sure our every need was taken care of. He made it easier for us as we prepared to go for Umrah. Also Tayab Bukhari was very kind. Each member of the Ritz Carlton team was outstanding. My family and I will definitely be coming back to stay here again!

A really beautiful and luxurious hotel in Jeddah, right on the sea. The location is perfect, the place is spotless, and you can feel the attention to detail everywhere. The staff are warm and welcoming, always greeting you with a smile, which really makes a difference. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and one of those places you’d definitely want to come back to

I had a pleasant stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Jeddah. The customer service was excellent — special thanks to Moluk , sahm and abdallah ,who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast was great, offering a wide selection and high-quality service. The rooms were clean and comfortable, showcasing a touch of classic, slightly outdated luxury. The location is ideal for business travelers, especially if you’re attending a conference at the hotel or have meetings nearby. However, it’s less suited for vacationers looking to explore the city, as it’s primarily positioned for business stays. Overall, a solid choice for business trips that’s why i would gave it 4 stars considering other options and previous stays at other ritz-Carletons , with outstanding service and elegant hospitality.
