An Exceptional Experience at The Ritz-Carlton, Jeddah From the moment I arrived, the service was simply outstanding. I had originally booked a standard Seaview room, and upon check-in, the lady at the front desk went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. She kindly offered me a free upgrade to a Deluxe King Room with a partial Seaview, and even surprised me with a complimentary dinner for me and my guest — an incredibly generous gesture that reflects true hospitality. What impressed me most is that during my next stay — although I booked a regular standard room online — she made sure I received the same upgraded room again. That level of consistency and care shows how much the Ritz-Carlton values its guests. Everything about this hotel was excellent: the room was spotless and elegant, the housekeeping was perfect, the supplies and amenities were always replenished, and the health club with the jacuzzi, sauna, and steam facilities was top-notch. Even the doormen, porters, and housekeeping staff carried themselves with genuine warmth and professionalism. Truly, it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Thank you to the entire Ritz-Carlton Jeddah team — and especially to the wonderful lady at reception who made my stay unforgettable. 🌟

I rarely ever write reviews, but this experience truly deserves it. I’ve traveled to more than 20 countries and stayed at some of the world’s top 5-star and even 7-star hotels but The Ritz-Carlton, Jeddah has genuinely exceeded my expectations in every possible way. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was mesmerized by the elegance of the interior the architecture, the fragrance that fills the air, and the sense of calm luxury that surrounds you. Everything about this hotel radiates sophistication and warmth. But what truly makes this hotel stand out is the people. I want to especially thank Yusuf and Abdullah at the front desk two of the kindest, most professional, and accommodating individuals I’ve met in all my travels. With their gracious attitude, they went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. They helped me secure an incredible room, offering nearly a 2,000 dollar suite in less price and did it all with such genuine hospitality that I felt completely at home. Their warmth, flexibility, and professionalism are what define true luxury service. The food was outstanding, the rooms were immaculate, and every corner of the hotel reflected world-class attention to detail. I sincerely hope the hotel management recognizes and retains these two gentlemen because they’re the reason I’ll be coming back and recommending The Ritz-Carlton, Jeddah to everyone I know. This isn’t just a hotel it’s an experience. One of the finest in the world.

One of the most beautiful experiences. The welcoming once you enter the property the genuine people at the lobby always smiling and welcoming makes the the guest feels special as if he is the only guest in the hotel. Room amenities are always available and people at the reception are always helpful and there for any guest requirements. You need to try the hotel yourself to understand what i mean it was exceptional no other hotel provides this much genuine care of the guest. Thank you for this memorable experience

I had a pleasant stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Jeddah. The customer service was excellent — special thanks to Moluk , sahm and abdallah ,who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast was great, offering a wide selection and high-quality service. The rooms were clean and comfortable, showcasing a touch of classic, slightly outdated luxury. The location is ideal for business travelers, especially if you’re attending a conference at the hotel or have meetings nearby. However, it’s less suited for vacationers looking to explore the city, as it’s primarily positioned for business stays. Overall, a solid choice for business trips that’s why i would gave it 4 stars considering other options and previous stays at other ritz-Carletons , with outstanding service and elegant hospitality.

If you want to experience the best hospitality in Saudi Arabia, then you must stay at the Ritz Carlton Jeddah. ||I was returning to Jeddah (the city of my birth) after 20 years and had briefly mentioned this to the staff. They kept this in mind and made it such a memorable trip with personalized notes and attention during my entire stay.||The hotel is literally a former palace that was converted into a stunning hotel. Every step of the way you are treated like royalty by the staff.||Being a Marriott Bonvoy member allows me to get a complimentary upgrade. However, the staff went out of their way to give me a sea-facing suite which was incredible. ||The breakfast spread must be experienced. You get the usual spread that you would expect in a Ritz-Carlton but the display and ambiance are so unique and gorgeous. ||The lobby, spa, and restaurant are also great. However, the most memorable part is the hospitality of the staff.||I enjoyed my time so much that I returned a few weeks later with my wife so she could enjoy too!
