Unfortunately, my experience at this resort was very disappointing. During my stay (September 30, 2025) with my infant baby, I encountered several issues that made my vacation stressful instead of relaxing.
Upon check-in, I was given a room that could only be accessed by stairs, which was very difficult with a baby stroller. When asked if I was celebrating any occasion, I mentioned that it was my first trip after giving birth — but this was completely ignored. In every other luxury resort I’ve stayed at, staff have shown genuine care and professionalism by sending a small gift or congratulations. Sadly, this resort showed no attention or sensitivity toward families or new mothers.
No baby amenities were provided — not even a crib or basic baby products, which are usually standard in family-friendly resorts.
The worst experience happened at the pool area (Villa 20). I was carrying my baby after swimming at the beach and asked where I could rinse him off. Several staff members directed me to the pool shower area, but once I started rinsing him, a staff member suddenly told me it was not allowed. I explained that it was cold and windy, and my baby couldn’t handle it, but he gave me only five minutes. While I was rinsing my baby quickly, another female staff member entered and started speaking loudly and harshly, insisting I leave immediately, even though I had just given birth and was clearly struggling.
The male staff then told me I could not have my baby with me at the pool area at all — not even on the lounge chairs. He stood there watching me with no respect for privacy, then removed the pool towels from my chair even though my bag was still there. It was an extremely uncomfortable and humiliating experience.
Overall, the resort’s attitude toward families was disappointing and unprofessional. My entire vacation was ruined because of this poor treatment. Additionally, an activity I never attended was added to my final bill, so please double-check your invoices before signing.
The only positive part of my stay was the Spa, which was excellent — professional staff and truly memorable moments.
I sincerely hope management takes serious action to improve staff training and family care standards.
